Receptionist was amazing! Provided us with lots of information about the city and transport links and made the check in and out process very easy. The luggage storage is ideal if you have a long final day with check-out at 10am. The room was great! Everything was clean, especially towels and bedding, small kitchenette was perfect especially if you're doing more than a couple of days and the location was perfect, away from busy roads but so close to walk to the centre.

The sofa bed could have been comfier, it was fairly thin but I was tired after long days of exploring so didn't notice it much. The double bed was great though. We did not mind that there was no elevator but might be something to consider if you have less mobile guests/pushchairs etc. Honestly nothing bad to say about this place really!

Location is excellent. 10 minutes from Rail and Bus stations and less than 15 minutes to the main Town Square. Our apartment had one bedroom and two bathrooms and was more than adequate for our purposes. Kitchen consists of small worktop area with a portable two-ring hob and a microwave oven. There is a fridge and kitchen utensils, glasses, cups, plates, bowls, kettle and cutlery. Close to main shopping precinct with an excellent supermarket for all you will need. Also local mini markets less than 2 minutes away. Overall, excellent value for money.

The apartment we were in was on the 3rd floor. Hot water took a while to come through. Kitchen a bit small. *Would definitely return*

It was an amazing apartment. It is near the railway station which is very convenient. The receptionist is extremely polite and speaks English. Everything was clean! The most pleasant thing was that the room is divided into two "floors". The bed upstairs was so exciting for the kids! They loved it! Some people had comments about playing hide-and- seek , so my kids used this idea and it was fun. The extra bonus is the kitchen side where you can cook, microwave or just boil water for tea. As we had an evening flight, we were kindly offered to leave our luggage at the reception. The best apartment in Krakow I've been to. Thank you.

The surrounding is perfect. The Old Town is very near and the street is not busy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the heating was on and temperature was just perfect. It was a good one-night choice and if I return to Krakow for several days I will choose the same place.

There is no free parking possibility on weekdays. You can park your car on the street but on weekdays you must pay. In the apartment everything was fine, there are even kichen utensils provided, though a soup ladle was much missed. And, do not open the curtains or the windows as there is a very ugly and disgusting rubbish dump in the small inner yard just under the window (they should pay attention to removing it and putting there an organized waste collection facility and some plants in pots would make the wjole thing much better).

The apartment was big enough for the five of us, very clean, with a nice kitchen. It had two bathrooms, it was walking distance to the train terminal, Old Town, and other tourist destinations. The staff was very helpful and available for all the questions we had as there is a reception office during the day. Our train to Prague was at night so we were able to store our luggage in the reception office.

No lift. A lot of stairs to get to apt. I personally did not mind it as I travel light but my friends had heavy luggage and it was painful to make it up.

- The location is very close to the Bus/Train station/Groceries/Shopping Mall/Restaurants/Old Town. - The rooms are spacious. - Everything was clean. - Separate bathroom.

- The disadvantage of being too close to the train station is the noise of the trains passing by as the windows of our room were overlooking the rails. Unless you sleep like a baby the trains will wake you up. - No elevator.

Very close to central station, max 7 min walk. Nice and spacious rooms. All very clean and baby cot available also easy to access old town. Nice staff

Please note, building is next to railway, we were with baby and we got room with view to railways. During stay weather was very hot and we had to keep windows open, therefore, it was very loud when trains were passing by. So if you are bothered with sounds during sleep, ask for room looking to street.

It was very close to the old town, and a shopping centre in the end of the street. There was also a small supermarket a couple of minutes from the apartment. Perfect apartment for a group, especially the fact that we could make breakfast ourselves.

We had to ask for toilet paper the second day. And the third day we tried to go to the reception three times to ask for some more, eventually we bought some more ourselves. There were no small towels to use after we washed our hands.

The apartment has a great location for sightseeing in the city. Very clean and beautiful apartment. It was a bit annoying to walk to the third floor every time, but it is worth it because you are close to the city center and the train station; everything is there.

I was bothered by the loud air conditioning in the bedroom and that this bedroom did not have a curtain to block the morning light, so I couldn't sleep in a bit longer.

I loved everything! The apartment was warm, super clean, spacious, comfy couch. Kitchen with big fridge, microwave, pots etc. + perfect location- the moment you leave the apartment you can see the Gallery. Amazing!

No shelf under shower :c and the wi-fi signal was a bit weak but I think its because my neighbours connected to ours, and we had to connect to theirs <awkward>
