The location is great, in the old town, you can have nice walks in the neighbourhood. I was travelling alone and the room had a very good size, often singles rooms are very small. Comfortable bathroom. The breakfast was awesome. There was plenty of variety, classics and more interesting choices. And the breakfast room was beautiful - especially at Christmas time. It is in the cellar and it is very special. Unfortunately I am typing on my computer and the photos are on my phone but you just have to trust me on that. The staff working there was pleasant as well.

My room was on the third floor, I think, and it only had a ''ceiling window'' - so I could not see out of the window. I just could not reach the window. Next time I would request a room on the second floor so I could see out of the window. The hotel is in a nice street in old town and I would have liked to look out of the window. It is a cool historic house, the breakfast room is so cute, I was a little disappointed that the room had this very generic bland furniture and design. I feel like they could have done something much cosier with the space. But this is just my opinion and I think you can see it on the photos (I am too lazy to check the photos now), anyway, it doesn't take away from the comfort of the room.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few dozen meters from the old town center. The room was very spacious, which was a really pleasant surprise. The bathroom had a heated floor, which was very hot and couldn't be adjusted, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was good, with some interesting dishes, although I would have liked to see something more classic, typical of average hotels—but that's just a matter of taste, no complaints :)

The room cleaners could be more thorough and report any damages to the room's furnishings to the administration. We had a broken bed wheel, which caused the bed to wobble. It was lying right next to the bed and was impossible to miss. I fixed it myself. Again, I do not complain about it because it is not the fault of the hotel management or administration staff, it is a matter of the person who cleaned the room before us.

The location was superb, so close to the town a very short stroll. My room was lovely and clean, the bed exceptionally comfortable and having a fridge in the room was a bonus. The weather was hot so I like to sleep with the window open. Unfortunately, people using the local bar were very noisy and disturbed my sleep each night. The breakfast buffet was nicely presented with an adequate selection of food.

The air conditioner in the room was set at minimum temperature which was far too warm for me (more like a Scottish summer). Ordinary, plain toast at breakfast would be nice. I did try and request this but it wasn’t very successful.

Hotel is situated in a great location, in The old town near the square. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants near by. Breakfast is very nice good choice of food to choose from. Staff are lovely and very helpful with directions,maps etc. They also provide water still and sparking for you to take with you. These are available in reception. Free of charge. About 20min from main airport., Uber is the best way to get around. Uber from airport to hotel was only €12. There is also a fridge in the room which is great to keep drinks cool.

There was nothing to dislike really. Only I found the pillows very uncomfortable. Also be aware the lift only goes to the third floor, so if you are on the fourth you have to walk a flight of stairs to the fourth. Also breakfast is served in the basement which is a set of steps down to it. Just if anyone has mobility problems, or health issues.

Lovely hotel perfectly located just a couple of minutes away from the main old town. The breakfast was lovely and they would switch some options every morning, so we were able to enjoy the variety. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The rooms were nice and comfortable

The air conditioner sadly wasn’t working properly. In one of the rooms it kept turning off out of the blue, and in the other room it made a constant noise that would wake us up throughout the night. Sleeping without the AC was not an option since we got some very warm days and the window open was not enough for the top rooms.

Hotel in a Great Location - Krakow's Old Town, just a few minutes' walk to the main square. There is a tram stop near the hotel, making it easy to reach and visit other attractions outside the Old Town. The hotel staff is very friendly and pleasant, always smiling and willing to assist guests. The room was very clean, equipped with air conditioning, with everything in working order and comfortable beds. The windows are well-insulated, providing excellent soundproofing, so no noise from the street gets in. During our stay, housekeeping came daily to tidy the room and replenish the complimentary coffee, tea, and mineral water. The breakfast was wonderful: beautifully presented, interesting, with a wide variety of dishes that go beyond the standard hotel fare, and plenty of fruit, so everyone can find something they like.

Although the hotel is in a great location, it is quite noisy, as is typical for old town areas in many cities, due to the nearby cafes, restaurants, and other entertainment venues. Therefore, sleeping with the windows open is not possible; you’ll need to rely on the air conditioning. Additionally, the coffee machine at breakfast needs an update, as it is an outdated model and takes a long time to make a single cup.

1. The photo of the room is misleading: we both thought from the photo on the website that the room was 2-3 times bigger than it actually turned out to be. I think it is unacceptable to post such photos. The situation was complicated by the fact that the ceiling in the room is sloping (we knew about it in advance), but with such a small true size of the room, in the end there is only a narrow strip along the bed for living. It's fine for one night, but to stay at least two days in a room like this, where you can move around in a narrow strip along the bed, would be unacceptable. The refrigerator is undersized. Internet is not good enough.

The room was very spacious and clean. We were there for two days and had early starts around 6am on both days. We asked for packed lunches on both days as we were not able to have breakfast. The staff were accommodating and provided the pack lunches without any fuss. The hotel was quiet, didn't see any other guests. We were there 8-10 April. The hotel had a lift which only went to the 3rd floor, so we had to take a flight of stairs to our room on the 4th floor. It was easy to walk to our tour pick up points from the hotel. The area felt safe and people were friendly.

The location, around the corner from the old square, is perfect. I like this kind of family run hotel where service is personal, they know you and are very helpful. The breakfast in the beautiful old restored cellar was very good: a full range of interesting Polish dishes, and they will also prepare scrambled eggs one request. Our room was warm and comfortable. We had asked to change to a floor with a lift, and they did this immediately. We had an early call on our last morning, and because we were too early for breakfast they gave us two delicious packed meals.

Beautiful hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, the best location we could have chosen, lovely room with great bed and shower. The breakfast was also fantastic and the lunch we had as an extra for a tour was huge! Easy to find and close to everything including tram stops, the main square, bars, restaurants and 20 mins walk from the train station.

Nothing, I would stay here again immediately. There is some noise from the bar over the road but it really is not much and should not put you off this fantastic hotel.
