Great location - all the advantages of living in the heart of the old town. The apartment is cozy with very spacious main room. All the needed appliances are there.

One bedroom has no windows - a bit challenging during hot summer nights. Bath amenities are not provided - don't forget to bring your favourite shower gel or shampoo! The AC is not installed but there are plenty of fans in the apartment. The two smaller bedrooms are pretty compact but for us it was not a problem. The apartment is approached only on foot because it is in the pedestrian area - keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. Parking needs to be booked way in advance - central Krakow does not have a lot of parking lots. Parking around the area is 50-60 PLN a day.

The location of this property in old town is sublime! It’s easy walking distance from the main train station And trams to get you all over the city are even closer. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are beyond comfortable. It was easy to check in and pick up the keys. There’s bars, restaurants and grocery stores all within 100 yards. This property absolutely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend staying here without least hesitation. The picture I posted is the gate you walk through in the old city walls. The property is about 100 yards from there up on the left.

Apartment was very spacious and the location was fantastic. Just a minute walk to the centre square. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and the shower nice and powerful.

The apartment we were allocated is not pictured on Booking.com, there was no kitchen facility, just a two ring hob, kettle and toaster. The sofa bed had cigarette burns on it and the springs were poking through one of the holes. There was an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom which was more apparent after we had used the shower. Everywhere seemed a little dated and tired. The curtains at the windows were thin, in winter this is fine as it's dark in the morning but I imagine in the summer it could be an issue. There was no noise from outside but other residents were really inconsiderate, banging doors, stamping feet on the stairs and talking loudly into the early hours, I appreciate this isn't the owners fault at all.

Friendly reception clerk, desk open till 11pm or so. Good communication via booking.com messages thereafter. Apartment very olde worlde, charming, lots of space. A couple of blocks in one direction to Rynek Glowny, the 13th century huge square with lovely old buildings and restaurants, the Jewish Ghetto with its very moving photo display in Schindler's List Passage in the other direction.

Mattress hard, map to property difficult to follow (it was a ten minutes walk from the reception office, map ignored the large ancient square the route cut through). Short dark interior passage to apartment door - best keep the (also interior) door to that passage open until you switch on a light in apartment, as timer light for passage is very short. If the wifi code you are given doesn't work, seek out the router in your apartment and use the code written on that.

This apartment is huge and light, it is located in the heart of the city and it's a very good value for this money. We spent only one night and we didn't cook, so I can't say anything about kitchen facilities. The space is great, we liked it a lot.

We arrived late at night and we found a key together with the instructions in a box near their office. Then we had to walk to another building, but well, no problems. However, the instruction was weird. "You have to go to the floor above, there will be two doors in front of you. Those without a number are yours". We came there and saw that both doors had numbers ))) Well, we took a chance and inserted the key into one of them and luckily guessed. But I would not like to have problems with the neighbors at night.

Apartment is located in the very centre of the city in quite old building with interesting planning. One of the windows faced the gallery and inner yard. It was a very calm stay even though the busy market square is very close. I appreciated very much lots of space and light in the rooms. We had everything we needed in cuisinette and in bedrooms. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped.

It would be great to add some hooks/hangers in the bathroom for towels and clothes and to have some minimum amount of powder/gel for the washing machine to keep the clothes clean. When travelling with the kids sometimes one cannot postpone doing the laundry.

Big apartment in a very convenient location for the old town. Just a short walk from main square. Breakfast delivery was good with some interesting variations and nice fresh bread. Lots of food! Staff were helpful. Helped us get breakfast early before an early start for a tour.

Bathroom small but clean and modern. 2 bedrooms but bedroom 2 accessed through bedroom 1. Not a big issue for a family but awkward for 2 couples maybe? As you are in old town it could get noisy at night with people walking from restaurant and early mornings as restaurant and shops nearby had deliveries. But again you accept a bit of that for being right in the middle of things.

Location is great, with windows closed, sound isolation was good enough, although my stay were not during weekend. Apartment was clean and spacious. Access was easy, despite need to go through three doors to get to the apartment.

Mattress and pillows were too soft. Shower was a bit low. Not sure how hot it would get during summer months as the ceiling is high. If needed to keep the window open, it will be very noisy. The apartment was not at Florianska 39, that was the reception. I had pre planned the tours using that address and had to include another 5-10 min walk to the meeting points.

i loved the property , it was set up well and amazing value for money. the staff on check in was really amazing , they described the check in process in polish and in english which is amazing , they was really helpful and gave lots of good advice.

we got told check out was at 11am , so we was getting ready and was going to leave at 11 due to our train being at 12 we didn’t want to be sat in the train station for ages when the weather was cold. at 10:30 the cleaner walked in our apartment and basically told us to leave , this was not acceptable. i work in the hotel industry and am a manger , this is highly unacceptable, and not okay, it is a shame , and should not happen again , if check out is 11 we should not be kicked out at 10:30 !

Apartment couldn't be more central to the old town, was great! It was clean and tidy too. Perfect for what we needed it for. Breakfast was delivered each day to.the door, although no choice this was a nice touch. Value for money was great.

The check in staff weren't overly friendly. We had a message to say we could check in early but when we arrived she said they hadn't sent that message. There was no soap in the apartment, and also the wifi was incredibly temperamental, luckily we had data to use. None of the above would put us off staying again however.
