The apartment was light and airy and well equipped for city living. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the old town and all of the main sites. The apartment itself faces the rear of the property and is very quiet. The kitchen is basic, but with toaster, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer gives you plenty to be self sufficient if you choose to be. Check in details were clear and easy to use through the website. You will get them on the day so you need to make sure you have internet connection.

Nothing, everything was good!

Before arrival in Krakow, we had asked for the code to enter the apartment as we might not have access to the internet. To our pleasant surprise, not only was the response positive, it was very prompt! When the apartment's internet and hot water system were interrupted, we called them and again, the management's response was prompt.

It would help if there had been some laundry detergent available. We needed to do a load on arrival but had to find detergent in a mall nearby.

The kitchenette contained a minimal amount of equipment - much more thought to what may be needed would be an advantage to those who with to cater for themselves.

Very nice apartment right in the centre of town. Great facilities and cool décor. Amazing value for money and would be my first choice when I go back to Krakow

Only suggestion would be to get a smart TV to allow international guest to access YouTube/ Netflix Etc. A full size iron board would be good.

Was the entranceway with no names to actually locate we were in the right place… which was a bit worrying at late check in !

Great location, within walking distance of all main attractions. Close to public transport links. Staff in the building were super helpful and friendly. The building was very clean and quiet.

The apartment is advertised as having a terrace and a balcony is listed in the facilities - there is neither a terrace nor a balcony. Its very hard to tell what you are booking until you have booked it and been sent photos with the confirmation. The photos on booking.com are of all the apartments, which all look very different. The likelihood is the apartment you book won't look anything like the photos.

The apartment was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had such a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The company provided outstanding service, with flawless communication and excellent value for money. When we return to Krakow, we will definitely choose one of these apartments again. Fantastic location and lovely safe feeling building. Check-in instructions were really easy to follow.

Would have been great to have more helpful information in the welcome guide inside the property - for example, what is the tipping culture in Krakow? Is the tap water drinkable in Krakow? Due to hard flooring and size of the apartment, inevitably the floor was quite dusty, so would be great to have some cheap hotel slippers there to use during your stay. The blinds are quite ineffective and the controls are so high off the ground it is impossible to change the blinds on the higher windows. Some curtains would be much more effective and easier to use. The sound proofing is quite bad - you can hear dogs barking in the next apartment, and noise late at night from deliveries to restaurants and people walking back from partying.

This apartment is on Mala street and is really beautiful and designed with care and flair. The smaller bedroom is internal with no windows / views other than high internal glazing so can feel cramped. We were a little daunted on arrival as we expected to be in on the main square and the exact location wasn't released until after booking. However it turned out to be better- easy walk to the square, the castle, the river and the Jewish quarter. We had to check out on a bank holiday so the main reception was closed and unable to store our luggage which caused a bit of panic so check first of their opening hours.

The location is misleading. When searching on Booking.com the location shown is actually of the main reception and the actual location of the apartment is not given until the property is booked. This really needs to change as it could affect some travellers confidence in the area.

It was located outside of old town what surprised us. When searching for accomodation we specifically selected old town location. As the company promotes their reception in old town it comes up as old town location. When arrived at the reception we were surprised to be directed to walk another 10min with luggage to find our apartment. The promotion in this way should not be allowed as it is misleading.
