Hotel is situated just outside of city, linked with a tram number 6, just few meters away. All the staff was really nice and helpfull. We got breakfast according our preferences, which was nice too.

Visiting in the winter tíme is probably not the best tíme of the year. I am sure the whole experience would be more pleasant in summer.

The external is quite austere but once in side it’s is a different feeling, the dining room is very bright and cheerful. Food was lovely with a good choice for breakfast. Room was quite and view of river was lovely surprise in the morning as I arrived in the dark.

it was family stay. The level of service was outstanding – the staff performed their duties very professionally, which had an extremely positive impact on our overall experience. Plus very nice view from the window - Just make sure to check if the mosquito net is in place :)

Very charismatic place with magnificent views and even objects around, although it is located on the outskirts of Szczecin. And good breakfast as well.

It could be a bit cheaper, but everything is clear with the actual situation with prices everywhere.

No hairdryer in the room. Air conditioning very weak, beds not comfortable unfortunately. Room good size and bathroom was fine.

Loved that it was away from the city centre. Meals and drinks overlooking the river were great 👍. Interesting eatching ships, boats and birdlife. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Mosquitoes were a bit annoying at dusk.

Breakfast had too many unusual choices such as fish salads, it may be easier to have more standard options. Also make sure you bring a mosquito repellent

The location was wonderful, away from the busy city. On the Oder River and watching large commercial ships pass by was enjoyable. We had a very nice room with an extended window area. The staff was great and restaurant was good.

The staff never cleared the snow from the sidewalk in front of the hotel entrance steps during our entire two-day stay and the steps themselves were not cleared for many hours; a five minute job. Very dangerous trying to negotiate going up and down the steps.

A beautiful place, even for one night and a short day after breakfast. The rooms are clean and tidy and the hotel decoration is perfect. The breakfast is delicious and the flavors combine perfectly. Fantastic and helpful service. It was hard to leave this place. But it is worth going there to feel the atmosphere and the silence.

Great location with a beautiful view of West Oder and boats, ships and tankers passing by. Restaurant food was very beautifully arranged and with a reasonable price. House wine was cheap and okay for the price. Waitresses were nice and service was great- especially Natalia stood out with perfect English language skills and professionalism- also she was very witty which was nice. Window mounted mosquito screen was nice. Supermodel Kinka working at the reception was a nice touch also. All in all a nice stay- definitely a place I’ll come back to.

Mosquitos (don’t forget repellent) Aircondition would have been nice, but the fan was of better standard so it was okay. I’m a big guy so the dishes at the restaurant could’ve been much bigger. Compared to a lot of other places I don’t really remember anything negative about Jachotwa.
