Evrth was nice, clean in general, especially I like clean bed and towels, very good room.

the receptionist offered towels to me for an additional fee, although previously they gave me clean towels for free. I was also upset that luggage can be left for up to 60 minutes.. also for an additional fee, previously it was free :( nobody could answer me whether there was gluten-free cold cuts at breakfast, since I have gluten intolerance, I had to refuse and not take the risk (

I slept in 6 beds room, the price was very cheap for one night stay and the bus station for flix bus is like 25 mins away by foot. I liked that the front table works 24/7 and the staff was nice to me. I enjoyed that room I stayed in, which was clean and tidy. There was shower gel/shampoo in the shower, so you dont need to take shampo or shower gel. Then, the bed was comfortable with a small light. I also like the design of the rooms with bigger windows and tidy looking beds. I took the upper bed, which was more comfortable.

As I booked a bed in (6 bed room), I had to pay for bedsheets (around 3-4 euros), which I didn't know about. Also, I didn't feel very safe in the room since there was one guy smoking in the bathroom. Thou I was never disturbed, and nothing has been stolen from me. Another thing, I didn't find any locker for a 6-bed room, which would be useful, but there wasn't any. Also the charger next to my bed (the top one) was broken, so I couldn't charge my phone. There were other chargers in the room, but I didn't feel safe to charge my phone with a neighbour who was smoking in the bathroom. And you have to pay like 8 euros for breakfast, which for me looks to expensive

Nice and clean place. Professional staff, always operating for any question. 10/15 min by walk from the center. Good price. Hostels often give you the possibility to meet people, so if you travel alone it could be interesting.

The structure was very nice, quite big, and looked more like a hotel rather than a hostel. The experience was very good and the location ideal to go to the centre of Warsaw. Apart from this, I'd like to spend a few words for Gaia, one of the receptionists: very experienced (you could see her), always willing to help, and very passionate about her job. You could see guests turning to her, because her feelings from her will to help even seemed to transpire through her personality. She helped me personally a lot many times, and it was so different from those times when you are simply left on your own. Keep these people: they make much more difference than many numbers, because humans are feelings (even though we are very good at finding excuses to deny that) ;) Overall, a very good experience! :)

The train station was really close, we only had to walk for 20 minutes. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was better than we'd hoped it would be. The room was modern and stylish, perfect for a couple of days. It was simple and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place, and if I ever come back to Warsaw, I will definitely book a room in this hotel. The room wasn't big, but for us it wasn't a problem. We were on the 8th floor, the view from there was spectacular.

There weren't any glasses in the room for water which would have been nice. Otherwise, we had everything.

The hotel has a convenient location and good infrastructure, making it easily accessible from Chopin Airport, Warsaw bus station, and the Zachodnia railway station. The hotel is large, with fast elevators and friendly staff. We arrived late, and although the reception was closed, we used the self-check-in kiosk, which was quick and convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and plenty of towels. The bathroom had a hair dryer and an automatic exhaust fan, good plumbing, and a clean shower cabin, with many electrical outlets available. The windows were well-sealed, though there was no air conditioning, so we had to open the windows for ventilation. The lobby area was well-equipped, including a children’s zone, Wi-Fi, work tables, and a breakfast area. The prices were reasonable for the quality and services provided.

The room had a big column inside, which took up a significant amount of space, making the room feel smaller. The breakfast selection was a bit limited compared to other hotels in the same category, with a lot of pastries and cheese, but it was enough to get by. Additionally, the luggage locker service after checkout was quite expensive.

A few minutes walk to the tram or metro and from there you can get anywhere quite easily. Plenty of convenience food stores in the area. My 4 bed dorm with private ensuite was comfortable, although not a lot of rooms for bags, the table and chairs in the room is probably not needed so if they took that out it would be plenty of room. Also no lockers in the room. The kitchen is very dismal and let's this place down as a hostel big time. I used it along with quite a few others and there was no cutlery, crockery or much else. The fridge was overloaded and the microwave stopped working on my last day.

Lack of kitchen facilities

This is the first time I've stayed in the A&O chain -- I was so completely satisfied. The check-in guy was sooooo nice to ensure I got a bottom bunk. The room was exceptionally clean & very modern -- very comfy beds, great shower, very self-contained bathroom. Only 10 minutes by bus from the train station. A lot of spacious room in the hostel & TV room/reception area to "hang out". There's a small kitchen & fridge area -- not overly stacked with stuff & no windows, but it exists. I had the breakfast -- kinda expensive, but I ate lots & lots (adequate variety, buffet) This hostel was a completely lovely surprise, compared to other hostels I've stayed in, in Warsaw! I would definitely stay there again!

surprisingly, there wasn't any locker in my room (shared space) -- of course I could lock my things in my suitcase -- but -- found that a little surprising. It could be an exception, meaning that maybe my room was designated as a family room (????) so make sure you check that out (if it's a concern). There is a small kitchen, but don't expect much. The breakfast was very good, but, for Warsaw standards, kinda expensive.

It was comfortable and okay for the price. It’s very warm in there and you also can regulate the temperature in the room. It was kinda easy to find, as we’re not from Poland and the stuff was great.

For 5 people it was quite small, but nevertheless it was good. At the start we had difficulty with parking, because there were no signs how to get into the parking that was meant for hostel visitors, so we needed to find another spot, then go to reception and then go back to car to park it in the parking lot. So it was a little time consuming, but that doesn’t change the quality of our stay - which was good!
