location is close to the Train Station, and easy to commute to the City Center but also is a walking distance to the XXI Warsaw Trade Center so for those attending fairs is a good option. Also the Parking place availability in the building is a great thing, it is paid but with fair cost

paid breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. The restaurant is not managed by Vola Residence. For breakfast cost, we paid over 50 zł per person which I think is over what is offered there. You can prepare your own remember to buy stuff in the shops downstairs

Remote access, the staff was available via chat without the need go to the reception. Tea, coffee and water included. There is a restaurant on the first floor (cannot comment about it, because I didn't use it), shops nearby

A bit noisy, even if someone will talk in the neighboring room you will hear (my neighbors not even talk but also listen the music after midnight :( ). Also I've extended my stay for +1 night and it appeared that the heat was disabled after I came back.The first day it was ok, but after I came back after a long evening walk the second day it was disabled, even though I turned the radiator to max it didn't helped, as it was after 10pm I just used additional blanket, but it spoiled the night a bit

The apartments, actually studios are in a new building which is mixed office and residential. The building is located quiet far from the city center but we had car to get there and in Warsaw we used Uber to get to city center with a very good price. We had parking in the underground but we had to pay extra for this. There is a small kitchen inside the studio. It was clean and quiet, we stayed only 2 nights and we were satisfied.

When we arrived there was smell from the cigarettes inside even if the room was a non-smoking one. The balcony is not open, it is closed by the glass curtain of the building so there was cigarette smell from the other rooms.

I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. I have observed that the beds are quite comfortable. The view from the window is very pleasant (10th floor). There is a restaurant on the first floor with delicious meals. It is also located in a convenient location.

We were searching for a place to stay with a double bed, as statedon booking site. When we arrived at the apartment, we discovered that there were two beds joined together. The beds were constantly moving. I wonder why the owner of the apartment didn't sew on Velcro or grips to avoid such a move.

I liked being able to watch TV directly from bed. Comfortable beds, although my husband said the bed was too hard :) Very easy and convenient access to the building, to the room and to the garage to park the car. Exactly the right place to stay, which met all our requirements. Wifi, parking, direct TV from bed, balcony, comfortable beds, coffee and tea making facilities, fridge.

We stayed 3 nights, it would have been nice to know where to take the trash. However, we also didn't ask for it, obviously if we had asked we would have got an answer. Didn't like the restaurant on the first floor called First Floor, liked the sushi and pizza place under the building.

Just had a stay at Vola Residence apartment hotel in Warsaw – total score for the price! Only 55 EUR and you get a clean, cozy place with all you need. Definitely worth it if you're hitting up Warsaw on a budget! 👍

Comfortable apartment. As we had to do some business as well, we enjoyed that the apartment was equipped with office chairs.

We got chain-smoking neighbour and that rendered our balcony unusable for us non-smokers, but that can be changed only by non-smoking policy of the aparthotel. For customers staying for more days, more frequent garbage bin cleaning would be better.

Nice new apartments with all facilities.

The staff wasn’t pleasent, not rude also, just not like you are a client of good service) the water in the shower was too hot or not hot enough, we couldn’t found this medium( the hair dryer turned off every 5 min, so it was very hard and took long time to dry my hair( very comfortable bed, but small for two persons. Everything else was really fine.

All was ok, collected the keys from the indicated location. The room was cool and beautiful very clean. I had no complains, all worked well. Nice tea bags
