The breakfast was very good. The hotel is near the center. The view from my room was excellent. The city is wonderful.

I would like a mini refrigerator in my room, but all the rest are perfect. The hotel is VFM.

The hotel is located right in the city center, 1 km from the main railway station. It's more than enough for spending couple of nights in Warsaw and having a good sleep there (as they advertise it). The staff was friendly and helpful; the breakfast was delicious and diverse enough.

A crazy elevator that needs your hotel card to work and often sends you to another floor (e.g., you want to go from the first floor to the ground floor and it goes to the third floor instead). Probably, somebody pressed a button on that floor, but nobody is there anymore. I saw several guests struggling with the elevator, so it was not only my problem.

This was a pleasant surprise . The staff were very helpful even at 3am in the morning when I went looking for some tea . The price was excellent, the room is quite small with two single beds as to be expected but very clean warm and well fitted out. The bed was very comfortable , wifi good and the Hotel is in a good central location . Its a short walk to get a bus to the Airport (6zl)and close to a corner where all trams stop going in all directions . The breakfast was good value at 29zl. if you want drinks then you can go next door to Campaniles' Bar and restaurant . I had an excellent stay and would recommend this for a short stay on a budget

location, reception service people super nice and help., I like the system of the hotel with green attitude, room has all I need it just I can hear everything from next door/room, for the price it's to be expected.

breakfast: no vegan options and food waste (To cut off only a half from the larger slice of bread without touching the half left on the common food counter- the waiter immediately threw away (to the waste) the untouched half bread. I found this disturbing and sad.

The staff displayed kindness, politeness, and helpfulness, promptly addressing any concerns I raised. The location perfectly suited my needs, being close to stores, restaurants, and a patrol station. Excellent value for money.

The breakfast offerings had extremely limited vegan options. I believe a significant improvement could be achieved by incorporating essential products like soy, oat, or almond milk, along with a broader selection of vegan food beyond the current options of bread, cucumbers, and tomatoes. It can be quite frustrating for a vegan to pay for breakfast only to find inadequate options, preventing them from enjoying coffee or morning cereals. The absence of basic and common vegan alternatives, such as oat milk, not only hinders a varied diet but also restricts the overall breakfast experience to basic items like bread with mustard/ketchup, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, possibility to buy some refreshments by the reception, the prices were alright. Room was comfy, good location, a few shops around. Definitely can recommend for the city break or any other stay in Warsaw.

Funny enough I liked pretty much everything about that place. I knew what I was booking and in the end the place met all my expectations. Can't complain about anything really. There could be a little fridge in the room.

Location - It is about a km from Warsaw central station. Also, very near to public transport stops (Bus, tram and train). The check-in was fast and the hotel had the necessary amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous. Overall, we felt that it was value for money in the city like Warsaw. Wi-Fi was good.

The room and bathroom was small. It is ok for a short stay, but can be an issue if you want to spend long time in room.

The reception manager told us that the hotel ungraded the level of accommodation for us (it was unexpected and free of charge as a promotion). We stayed in The Campanile, nextdoor hotel at the same building but 3-star rating. It was nice and comfortable. It has perfect location, quiet inside. We found tea spot in the room wich was very helpful in our case of late check-in and early check-out. The room and the bath were clean. The bed was comfy. We were satisfied

Good location, nice staff, good room, good wifi.

Ferry style bathroom, crammed in right next to the bed (doors barely open). Otherwise, the room was good. The hotel sent us refusal to check-in early even if we booked one extra day for this purpose only (reception works 24h). But in the reality they did checked us in when we came early in the morning (our booking was effective from the previous day).

The bed was comfortable and it's nice to have a possibility of buying breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was fairly good.

The size of the room leaves a bit to be desired. It's hard to manoeuvre with two people inside, because the bed takes a big part of the room and leaves space for only walking around it and a small space in front of the room entrance.
