Modern and new, great water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds, kitchen with everything one might need for cooking, hair dryer, iron, etc. Really, everything one might need.

A bit difficult to find the place where to go to pick up the keys, I was lucky there was a local lady entering the same building, she explained me which floor I have to take the elevator to, etc. Would be nice to have some signs indicating where the office/reception is (in my case, the flat itself was in another building nearby so you have to pick up the keys first).

Good location, Comfortable underground parking, The apartement was very clean and cosy A lot of space for storing cloth and baggage Grossery store in the same building, bars, restaurants, hairdresser in the neichbourhood.

Air conditioning system did not work, but that was not a problem at the beginning of May.

It was amazing, very cozy apartment with good facilities, have everything needed for a living, even washing machine and a dishwasher. We stayed for one night only, asked for earlier check in and stuff provider the check in upon arrival at 11:30, though in website it was mentioned after 2 pm. We completely satisfied our staying and will definitely come back. Thank you

Had a great stay - location was good; different food options and transport connections nearby; space was clean, warm and comfortable; check-in was easy and efficient with friendly and helpful staff. I was also able to leave my bag in their office until my evening train, which was very helpful. Would recommend and stay here again when traveling through Warsaw alone or with someone.

Location is very good, check-in process is fast and smooth, building is modern and beautiful inside and outside, apartment nice and clean. Little grocery stores in a few step distance.

Pictures and information of an apartment should match with that particular place. When I was choosing an apartment, pics and specification showed there is a bathtub and the balcony should have had a table and chairs but there wasn't. I stayed for one night so it wasn't a big deal but still.. It's hard to choose and select when different apartments have the same general info.

We liked absolutely everything, clean, comfortable, everything works, there is everything you need for living.

I didn't like the difficult access to Reception. It's very confusing and I got lost! It would be better to self checkin .. Also, the apartment does not have an intercom with direct access, which makes it difficult. Well, I order a lot of delivery!

The apartment is impressive. Very well maintained and at a very good location.

There wasn't anything as such. The only thing to improve would be to provide the dishwasher tablets as per the number of days of the stay.

The curtain could be improved as it’s opposite to another building. Me as guest want to have my privacy and safety feeling behind the curtains.

Friendly staff. Extremely professional service, clear instructions and great infrastructure.

Apartment lacked blackout curtains or blinds. We were awake very early in the morning during summer due to this.
