I liked the place as it was not far from railway and my conference. The room was clean. Breakfast starts from 6:30! and this is excellent for the business trip! the food is good, I was fed. Personal was hospitable and fast for reply.

There were no fridge and kettle, I guess I didn't read about their absence, just thought it considered to be. there were no slippers- you should buy them on reception.

Just what you expect from an IBIS - standard room, with everything you need. Convenient location, close to the bus station, which is what I needed. Close to Blue City if shopping Is your thing. Definitely try out nearby Browary Warszawa - the underground food hall! It took me an hour to walk from the hotel to the Pałac Kultury i Nauki, and once there, I was able to easily get to the Royal Route, and the Old Town. Warszawa is a very interesting city, I wish I spent longer than 1 day there!! Staff at the hotel were great, I spoke to an American receptionist, and he was brilliant to chat to, very interesting and interested that I spoke some Polish!

We always stay here while being in Warsaw. It's close to West Warsaw bus station. Beakfast is always really good. The staff also added an option to reduce plastic trash by offering warm/cold water using your own bottles or glasses for free in the coridors.

It's quite hard to organize late check out because even if you ask about it in the evening the staff will tell you to ask again in the morning. And usually all rooms are busy. But still you can stay in the lobby of the hotel using bar and wait for your time to go.

Only stayed one night. Hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. A luggage storage is available to store suitcases after checkout if needed. The staff were very courteous and helpful. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get to Stare Miasto by public transit.

The room was a bit tight with suitcases so you need to organise the available space so there's room to move about the room. I don't think there's a lot of choice for places to eat in the neighbourhood if you're in a rush, some fast food places and a small Jabka available at W. Zachodnia.

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size with a great view. Breakfast was different but there was plenty to eat. A reasonable location though not that central. The Blue City Mall is nearby for food and shopping. The Old Town is worth seeing but is a long walk away or a 15 minute taxi ride. An excellent public transport service too.

No outdoor seating at all. The lady overseeing breakfasts didn't smile and seemed business like but not very welcoming!

The classic comfort of Ibis. The staff was very welcomeing and helpful. I was asked which floor I wanted to stay on and got a great room at the top floor, with nice morning sun and a view about the roofs. The bathroom was very good, well equipped. On the last two nights, my wife joined me, and it turned out that there was nothing extra to pay for her accommodation, just an extra breakfast.

The breakfast itself was decent but the breakfast area was a bit too small and too crowded in the early morning hours. Too little space for clothes racks and shelves. With only two elevators, I had sometimes to wait a minute or two in the morning, or take the stairs from the 9th floor.

This hotel is ideally situated for us when we need to visit nearby in Ochota neighborhood. It is ideal also as a transfer point when going to and from the airport. The budget one is perfectly comfortable and inexpensive and we like the lights in the room for dealing with jetlag. It can sometimes be noisy from guests as the budget status means a lot of busses with kids or sports teams might come through which can lead to disruptions in the hallways but generally it's a great deal. The red one is where you get the breakfast included and it's absolutely worth it as we often go with the budget and have to pay full price at the breakfast place - so this time we went to the regular one to take advantage of their fabulous breakfast spread. The red one doesn't have the strip of lights that the budget one does but the rooms are bigger and the bathroom has its own door and doesn't shut off the lights on you when you sit there too long without waving your arms around. The shower is also inside the bathroom in the regular red one and is more comfortable. Both offer different good things of the value. And the staff is always super super nice at these hotels.

I missed the strip of lights that we had in the other budget side when we arrived here jetlagged. A smaller nightlight would be beneficial... The bathroom is always on the inside and it is pitch dark in there and with a closed real door (the door in the accompanying budget one is somehow flimsier) so a small source of light (it doesn't need a lot just a glowing led on something) would help a lot here too...even if it was just a glowing indicator on equipment in the room. The shampoo and soap options were the same in both hotels...a single soap for everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in September, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in many ways. I am always looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly option in Warsaw, if I stay for 1 night, if you are the same - this hotel is definitely worth considering. It's situated very close to the Zahodnya station and Blue City shopping mall - just a 3-5 minute car or taxi drive, making it a perfect choice for me. I booked a standard room, it was comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was of a good size and provided a decent night's sleep, although I did find the pillows a bit firmer than I'm used to. Pillows I didn't like but was too tired to ask for a change. Nevertheless, the room came equipped with USB chargers for my devices, which was a thoughtful touch (as my adapters are always lost)) While the room lacked a kettle, it did come with two complimentary bottles of water, a small but appreciated gesture. The air conditioning worked well, also you can open the windows. The bathroom was a real deal for me. The shower cabin and tiles were clean and new, with a consistent supply of really hot water, shower gels. I think I have no dental kit, however I never look for them in the hotels. Plenty of towels...I had everything I needed. I took Room only rate, however I decided to have breakfast (starting from 6:30 a.m., however you can have something even at 4:00 a.m. upon request) if you are an early bird. I found the price of 49 zloty to be reasonable (At least, I can have as many coffee cups as I want with croissants))). Standard buffer table with bacon, cheese, eggs, sausages, vegetables and fruits, cottage cheese, cereal and other things. During good weather you can have the option to enjoy breakfast on the terrace, allowing guests to savor their morning meal in a relaxed setting.

Pillows on the bed

A quiet room with the windows to the inner yard; good arrangement of the furniture; good bed; quiet corridors. The breakfast was good and sufficient, a variety of dishes was quite good. The personnel was helpful, nice and friendly, although a bit busy with other guests.

It was not possible to manage the temperature as the system was not working. That was not a problem, though. The personnel took a note about it.
