Overall everything was good. Our room seemed too small but I guess it is normal for the price I paid. There is a small store nearby which is a big plus for me, and the restaurant and bars. Breakfast was delicious. I recommend this place 👍🏻

Location was a bit hard to get cause there were few pedestrian crossings and long highway

Good instalation and easy to check in even if you arrive after their reception working time. The apartment is clearn, lots of storage place, even in the bathroom, silence and we got a high floor as requested with a good view to the neighborhood and extra light. When closing the windows, you cannot listen to anything and the heating system is very good. Few meters from a tram station, you can get to city center in 10 ninutes and from there go to anywhere. The location looks like a new neighborhood, with lots of new buildings, roads, bridges and business. There are some convenience stores, restaurants and bakeries all walking distancies.

There were no hangers for the coats, so we had to use the chairs or put them inside the wardrobe Small detail, but putting two, three hangers on the wall would make it more convenient :)

I liked the price, room was comfy and clean. Fridge and kettle is a bonus! Thank you to the kind receptionist who got us a room with a balcony, as we appreciated the breeze. ❤️ It is around 20 mins from the center and the tram and bus stop is right across the road. It said it might be noisy, but we didn’t hear anything. Loads of bakeries and restaurants nearby + Zabka and Biedronka.

Only Polish channels on TV, wish there was at least 1 English channel. Walls are made of paper, could hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING happening within the vicinity of our room. We were woken in the morning by the cleaning cart which sounded like a train going by😂!

location is good, just 15 minutes by tram from central station. maybe it is not the area where you spend a lot time being tourist, but it had some places to eat and small supermarket in the same building. room was quiet, clean, newly furbished. I especially liked not being disturbed during stay. there is no cleaning every day, but there is a possibility to order one in case you need. reception has limited working hours, which I haven't seen in the description, but for late arrivals self-check is available and the instructions for that were super clear. and good price

We arrived at Warsaw early morning and were allowed to check in earlier. The stuff was very friendly, they always helped and answered all our questions. The stuff knew English as well. It was clean in the apartment, and although we didn’t have a kitchen, we had utensils. We were also provided with tea bags.

First of all, we were not provided with water bottles to drink, which is usually the standard for Poland, considering our experience of different stays. The soap and hair gel that were given to us were enough for 1 night stay, though we stayed for 3 nights. However, when we asked for more, we were given more right away. The apartment was small (though expected) and did not have enough socket. Therefore we could not find a way to turn on the table lamp, and had to plug in the kettle in the corridor.

I loved how the rooms had everything in them to make them feel like our own little home while away in Poland. The location was perfect as it was across the road from the trams, making it easy for me and my friends to go and explore during the day.

The keys for the rooms were very stiff and despite all our friends rooms having either a balcony or air con, sometimes both, our room had neither, so when the weather was 28 degrees plus which it was every day, it was unbearable to stay in the bedroom and sometimes made it hard to sleep

Great location everything you absolutely need a walk away. Great walking trails, park, etc all around. The mall is 10 mins walk away with convinient stores, restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops etc being all around. Great transport system, right to the Apartments. Very, very quiet, clean and comfortable, studios are equipped with all you need to prepare your own meals...the ladies at reception where quite friendly and helpful. Especially when my WiFi went off after the loss of power because of the fire alarm. And also when I needed an extra pot and toilet paper as there was only one in the room. Thank you.

130 zł is a bit excessive for cleaning and really for longer stays cleaning should be free, or rather just include it in the price to begin with...

We got a nice room with a nice view The location was comfortable, there were many restaurants around, a bus station and a train station. We got a standing fan in one of the rooms

The location was noisy, we had to close the window at night so we won’t wake up. The room wasn’t very clean. The hotel’s restaurant was very very bad. We waited 50 minutes for the food, the shuksuka was like a soup and there was a hair in the agg.

The room and bathroom were clean. Although the location was far away from the centre, the apartment is located in front of Metro entrance and you could easily get anywhere.

There was no toothpaste and not enough soaps/gels for two people for 6 nights. Also there was no conditioning and it was getting hot in the room; if you opened the window it was very noisy, as it is located on the highway. There was no room service unless you order it.

1. The room's equipment was new : furniture and technique. 2. A lot of cafes and shops close to apartments. 3. Luggage room, where we left our luggage before check in. 4. We could check in earlier (11.30 am)

1. The room was cramped. We couldn't open the front door from our room fully, because our suitcases blocked them. But again, there were no place for suitcases, except for that. Also small size of the room allows spreading of the dirt, because there were very small place before bathroom to leave boots. 2. Pay attention, that cleaning is paid, even changing of towels.
