The best location in the old town everything is walking distance. The rooms are very clean and spacious. If you don’t need All location has its own charm plus the desk is open 24 hours so you can check in and leave your luggage and go and enjoy the old town. We will definitely go back

Perfect location: next to Royal Palace. The room was very spacious. There was tea and coffee available at the corridor.

I didn't like the lift: Extremely slow and I had to keep the button pressed the whole time when the lift was moving.

I thought my booking comes with breakfast but apparently not. I'm totally fine with no breakfast but it's confusing when it says breakfast included but it's not. There is also a musty smell in the room. Beware of taxi scammers parked near to hotel/McDonald (nothing to do with hotel, just an awareness). The taxis looked legit with signs and everything, and I got scammed, ended up paying alot to the airport. Recommend uber, bus, or ask hotel to book taxi for you

Very central location! Stunning views, overlooking the old market place. Very good storage options for clothes, plus a rack for the suitcase. Large fridge in the hall, hot and cold water dispenser. Very slow elevator, but it helps a lot!

I had no idea how busy and loud it could get at night, motorbikes revving, crowds chatting till midnight, city cleaning at 2.30 a.m., military music at 7 a.m., then hussle and microphones again till sunset. At one point I could hear the news on the radio from the next room (I think they took a Bluetooth speaker into the bathroom). So it's a challenge to get a full night's rest.

Excellent location in Old Town of Warsaw, the tourist area. Beautiful old style European furniture and high ceiling but modern enough with bathroom and flat screen TV. We had the very top floor with small balcony, it was facing the Royal Castle. Exceptional view! Our room was very spacious, like an apartment, not cramped, as we had lots of suitcases, and still a good deal of space. Comfortable bed! Also nice that we were able to leave our suitcases by reception desk, as our flight was in evening and check out was 11 am. Receptionist helped with getting the taxi to the right entrance. Good service. We would come back here again.

The elevator is small and very old. You had to hold the button to move it all the way to 4th floor and this moved SLOWLY. Faster to go by stairs. The water cooler and kettle for boiling (with tea bags and instant coffee packs) were not in your room but a separate room for all guests to use, no coffee maker. Breakfast, you had to buy from the restaurant/cafe on main floor, but we went out to another place.

The location is fantastic if you want to explore the old town! Everything is just outside of your door, and the buses and trams stop nearby. It is a bit old school, but it has most of the things you need. The price is very decent for the location.

Loose shower head, poor toiletries and poor hairdryer, generally not a great showering experience. The elevator is impressively slow, but I love how the hotel turned it into a joke (make sure to read the elevator instructions, they are very funny)

I loved the place, we had apartment 20. It's spacious, uncluttered, with comfortable classic sofa and armchairs, a couple of antique pieces, and a few nice homely oil paintings. The bedroom is lovely, super comfortable bed, good linen. The kitchen is sweet, old style, with two electric cooking plates, no mod cons, but everything you need. The position, right in the Old Town and by the Royal Castle, is brilliant if you like to be in the midst of the action. The flat was warm and cosy. There is usually a Chopin piano recital in the building at 7pm, which was lovely. And you have the independence of being in an apartment while having the security of hotel reception.

I really didn't mind any of the following, but some people might. So: the fridge is incredibly noisy, but not audible from the bedroom. There is a fairly constant rumble of trams from way down below the building, I'm usually hypersensitive to noise, but it didn't bother me. The day we left they were setting up for an open air concert right outside, which might have been bothersome. The heated towel rail in the bathroom has seen better days. The apartment doesn't really have a view to speak of.

Exceptional. Easy to get the 175 bus to the hotel. Large room (23) overlooking the square. Warm bedroom Staff could not have been more helpful

Breakfast is only available after 9.00 a.m. which can be a problem if you have booked a tour

The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and comfortable, incredible views, the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming (and understanding of my bad polish)

the women who cleaned the rooms in the mornings were generally very lovely but sometimes would enter without knocking or asking while I was asleep—I started to put on a do not disturb sign, but I wish I had been aware that this would happen ahead of time—and unfortunately they sometimes got visibly frustrated with my poor polish language skills, I really am trying to learn :,)

The location is perfect. It’s right in the center of the city. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend it but otherwise it’s great. We had a view of the main square. The room has everything that you might need. Hairdryer,toilet paper, amenities.

The bathroom door was completely see through so if you are traveling with someone that you are not comfortable seeing you naked than reconsider.
