The single quilt for a double bed We wanted to reuse the towels, but still have the room cleaned. That seemed not to be an option.

Very well located , walkable distance to everything you want to see. If not metro is close plus taxi/bolt location right next to hotel.

Great place to stay everything is close - metro bus stop tram etc. In the night is calm so you are still not in the centre of crowded noise traffics. Great breakfast what is a new for me - every this is described in details even what is the producent! Amazing and good thing. Great place to play for children - inside the hotel is located near restaurant open area reserved for children to play, and available 24h. At the 0 level I saw cozy conrner with books, even for kids! Hotel is a very clean place overalls. Big plus - you have water refill every level in the corridors abvailable. Glass for refill stays in your room. No more plastic! I really like this very useful idea.

Air conditioner - everywhere even if it’s not so hot in my opinion there is no change to turn off and open the window in the room. I hate sleeping with air conditioner when I know outside is cold as well and can sleep with open window. This is Not available that you can decide that you want or not to be switched on off. This is bad. I Like Hotels where air conditioner is installed with windows / when I open it’s automatically turned off and when closed the windows - turns on/. So I have a control over the comfort over the quality of the air in my room. Our fridge was not cleaned enough, somebody forgot to look into it ;) except that all very clean even sterile!

The location is great, the hotel is modern, rooms are really, really nice, clean and equiped. The hotel pays attention to small details which makes so much difference. On the seventh floor there is 24/7 zone where you can get free coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Also, in the room you dont get plastic water bottles, but there is machine on each floor near the elevator where you can take still water and sparkling water, cold or room temperature. Those features give you such a premium feeling.

The stuff is not quite friendly. Receptionists dont even bother to say hello when you walk past them in the holl. Its really strange. Still, the hotel is fabulous.

Very nice modern room with a terrific view of the city. Adequate breakfast and good location. Comfy beds.

The long-haired male receptionist who checked us in did a really bad job and greeted us coldly and inattentively after a pretty long and tiring trip. For starters, he gave us zero info about the city or the hotel and its facilities and amenities (isn't that a receptionist's primary function?). Furthermore, when we asked for a simple receipt (not an invoice) of our credit card payment after paying on the spot, he said we would get it after checking out, which made no sense at all. It was all very unprofessional.

The room is sizable.

Great rooms, big windows, comfortable beds, plenty of options for breakfast. Parking was very convenient, staff was nice and friendly. Great that we could refill our water bottles in the hall, no plastic waste during breakfast, no mini fridge, fast check-out available.

The water refill station in our floor was broken and only got fixed on our last night. Not a big issue, we used water station in another floor. The price/quality ratio was not great, but I guess that's because all prices were inflated due to Taylor Swift's concerts in Warsaw.

The staff members who could speak English were very helpful. The hotel is suitably located. The rooms had appropriate size for a single person to stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean.

The wifi was miserable. I had to mostly work with a hotspot generated from my phone. The lighting in the room could be better. The breakfast provided were not labeled vegan/ nonvegan. the staff members could not help as they could not understand my questions on the ingredients of the items.

The hotel is located near the center of the new city. By walking easyly all you need could be reached. The personnel is really responsive. The room was perfect. All you need is in it.

I could say that it was strange for me to pay at the check in, but nothing to be given to you till check out. No proof that I gave my money till check out. First time experienced that ! No problem finally, at check out receipt and invoice given! During an electricity cut in the night, the door lock at my room started to make sound, like someone is trying to unlock the door and that really scared me! This was for 2 hours!
