The apartment is close to the central train station, although it is on the other side of a six-lane Street with no crosswalk directly adjacent to the apartments. So you have to walk a bit to get to a crosswalk intersection that I found inconvenience. As far as location for Warsaw, I think I would have preferred to be on the central train station side of that wide Street Pope. John is the name of it. Anyway, there are many good points to the apartment itself. It is clean, comfortable and has a clothes, washer and all the kitchen utensils you would need to live there for any length of time. The elevators stop between the actual floors so you have to walk up six or seven steps or down six or seven steps from the elevator door. The receptionist is very accommodating and helped me with my luggage. I was also able to check in early. The concierge is there from 8:30 so it is convenient to leave your belongings if you arrive in the morning.

Important: To get access, turn off the main street and walk for 5 meters. You'll see a door on your left. Enter '10' on the keypad and wait for the ringtone. Someone will come down to let you in. This should have been made clear in the instructions. I stayed for almost a week and found the property great value for money. It's on a quiet but safe side street, within walking distance to the main train station. There are many Bolt & other scooters on the pavement to affordably get around town. The interior of the apartment was in good condition, and it had everything I needed, including kitchen utensils. The heater in the apartment worked well, as did the internet for video calls. I liked that their admin office (apartment 10) was open from 8 am until 10 pm.

It's an old soviet block, as can be seen in the hallways. You have to walk up half a flight of stairs to catch the elevator, which can be challenging if you have heavy luggage. It's not soundproofed, so I sometimes slept with earplugs because of the lady upstairs talking.

The location and the environment. Generally , it was clean , comfortable and accessible except the bathroom.

The bathroom was too small with no hooks and stands for towels and soaps.

The apartment has all the necessary items required in a home. It was clean and comfortable. Warsaw central station is around 500 meters away, so strategically located. 3 to 4 buses and tram stops are in the 400 to 500 meters vicinity. The kitchen has required utilities. Different tea bags, coffee, sugar, and salt are available. The apartment had a washing machine, and detergent powder was also provided. We were able to store our luggage in their office till our return journey late in the evening, which was a great service. There is a supermarket just in front of the apartment, and that is open around 10.00 pm. Overall, it is a comfortable stay, and we recommend this apartment.

It's a suggestion to the renting company (not a complaint at all) to keep a microwave in the kitchen.

Super close to the central train station (that was most impotent of me that trip). Apartment offers you everything you need for a short stay. Water, tea, coffee. Very comfortable size of everything.

The only uncomfortable thing was the smell. Not a bad one, just felt like they washed the whole apartment with tons and tons of laundry soap. Which is great that they taking good care of cleanliness, but the smell was too intense, it was almost impossible to be inside so I had to put on my coat and leave the windows open for like half an hour.

Everything was super clean, facilities were great. Location was near newly built Skyscrapers, but it was a bit far from historical part of the city.

There was some crazy (or alcoholic) person in the building, on the same floor as the one we stayed on. He was yelling at the nights, but on the last it was too much and he even crashed some stuff, it made me think if it was even safe to stay there, I've tried to contact the host, but it was Sunday night so I can understand that they couldn't respond.

Excellent location, close to all transport hubs. Great facilities has everything that you needed to self cook. Included a washing machine. Tea and coffee was supplied and had a great choice of teas...mini market just across the road for supplies. Bed was comfy and wifi was good. Staff friendly snd explained accommodations and building and some interesting tourist spots. Hot water for shower.

The bathroom shower head was very low and had to be taken off hook to shower. Difficult to wash hair. And water got close to electric switches. Bath appeared to leak and wet floor making room a bit musty. Heard noise from upstairs occupants walking the floor and flushing toilet at night

Very nice apartment, and very close to the center. There is a big supermarket right in front of the building. Plus, there were two bottles of mineral water prepared for guests, that is also very nice, especially when you come there right from the airport late at night. Besides that, there are tea bags, coffee and coffee machine and all kitchen staff in case someone needs to cook.

The location was fantastic as it was basically opposite the Warsaw Central station. There was a grocery store also across the road and a shopping centre very close by too. The property had a kitchenette and a lot of free tea and coffee. Staff were lovely and gave us extra toilet paper when needed.

The kitchenette didn’t have most of the basics. No oil or any types of herbs and salt or pepper so we had to buy them which was a pain but not terrible. The roof above the shower was also dropping this orange insulation stuff which was a little annoying but didn’t impact the stay really.

First a huge thanks to the lady who was waiting for us way after her working time. We was delayed due to some serious traffic on the highway. So huge thanks to her. The apartment is very cozy, with some wooden floor and nice wardrobe. The bed is also very comfortable. The bathroom was good. The apartment is part of a huge apartment building with secure access. There isn't dedicated parking places, but you can park on the street. You can pay for full day and it is cost something around 15 euro. The location is very near to a metro station that leads you to the old town. There are also busses. I recommend this place for your visit to Warsaw.

Minor inconvenience is the lack of AC. But there is huge ventilator that cools the apartment.
