Amazing reception staff; very welcoming, helpful and kind. Super central location so it’s easy to find anything you may be looking for within walking distance or catch one of the many buses. The room was lovely; clean, stylish, tidy. I didn’t expect (hadn’t noticed) the kitchen area - I only stayed for a night but I can imagine it being super useful for a longer stay. I wanted to gatekeep this and almost didn’t want to leave a review because of how much of a gem this place is. But it deserves the 10/10 rating for me and it will certainly be my first choice when I return to Warsaw.

Amazing amazing apartment hotel, beautiful, clean, lots of space, everything about this place was perfect. We were a family of four and had everything we needed. The rooms has a huge closet in the entrance, big bathroom with room for all our things, kitchen fully equipped with dish washer, very comfortable big bed and nice sofa bed (not as comfortable as the bed, but good enough). The AC worked well and the room was quiet and spacious. Every day there's a coffee, cookies and corrosions in the lobby and there's a water and soda machine you can use all the time. The location was great, close to many coffee places and restaurants. We had a really great time and would defiantly return

The property was lovely. It was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and it was a great space to relax. The kitchenette was a lovely addition, not really something we used, but it could be really useful to some guests. Location was also very central, yet it was very quiet. You wouldn’t have believed you were still in the city centre once inside. It was amazing value for money and you certainly couldn’t argue for the price!

Would’ve maybe liked more breakfast options. And on the first night we only had 1 towel to share between two of us. But nothing we couldn’t get past and hardly affected our stay.

- i cannot stress enough how helpful the ladies at the receptions are. - insanely comfortable beds - both the double bed and the "transformer" couch. - kitchenette is equipped with everything one could need. even the ice molds and wine glasses. - an excellent location: 10 minutes on foot to the central train station, plenty of nice cafes/bars/restaurants around the hotel, numerous supermarkets. shopping strip in 5 minutes, shopping mall in 10. i just LOVE this place.

The room was beautiful, spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette was well equipped. The staff was above friendly and helpfull. I can only recommend this place. The location is also excellent - walking distance or good connections to almost any sights. Couple of lovely restaurants, bars and cafes in walking distance.

We could not.figure out how to connect our phones to the Tv, but it was a minor inconvinience - and as there were so many things to do anyways, it did not matter.

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, equipped with all the necessities. The location was great, good connection to public transport, yet the street felt calm. But the cherry on top was extremely nice staff at the reception, they were super helpful, nice and welcoming. It was a very last minute reservation (after an unpleasant issue with initial accommodation) and there was no problem whatsoever. The neverending supply of tea and coffee was a nice addition too. I really enjoyed my stay there!

Very spacious and great layout of the apartment. I loved that it's well ventilated and bright! The kitchette with everything needed to cook. We cooked our breakfast without problem! And could put things in the fridge. We would definitely come back !

We tried to change the language of the TV but couldnt :( and tried to set a movie in their original language but i think is more cuz of the tv broadcast provider?

We arrived and I had informed through Bookings.com that we had no internet so would reception be there. Luckily yes they were. Though her first words when we had to Buzz in was “Didn’t you get the message so you could do self check in” ! Rooms large everything clean, lovely kitchen, No Microwave, Dishwasher, two hot plate plug in stove top. Aircon in the lounge area, Bedroom has a petition dividing from the lounge area. Washing machine off the reception area. All in all a lovely stay very Central.

As there is a courtyard area in the middle of the residences which is lit up all night, would be good to have Blockout Curtains, as it’s very light all night in the bedroom.

Very convenient location for Central Train Station and Centrum Metro Station. Pleasant and flat 25m walk to Old Town. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. No noise in room at night - overlooking a quiet central courtyard/storage area. Room was large and comfortable, and cool in summer. Some coffee capsules and tea provided, together with one dishwasher tablet. The check-in instructions were clear, and everything worked as expected. No surprises at checkout. We didn't try to cook, or use the dishwasher, so can't comment on those.

We didn't manage to get access the Terrace, but this was a minor thing.

Having stayed at hundreds of places (and plenty of 5-star properties!), the No.4 Residence is among the best I've ever been to. Excellent value for money! Loved the refillable carafes of sparkling water; the spacious, quiet room, the design, and the location. Karolina gets special mention for her friendliness and excellent recommendations! I will absolute stay there again on my next visit!
