Zofia at reception was amazing—always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The room was spacious, warm, and clean, does not feel dated. Breakfast had a good selection, including polish specialties to try and fresh bread. The location is fairly close to the Old town, though it does require a walk (keep it in mind if it's important for you)

The coffee at breakfast was terrible (self-service coffee machines in the breakfast area) . Luckily, there’s a coffee shop nearby, and we ended up going there after breakfast. A room meant for two people came with just one bathrobe and a single pair of slippers—were we supposed to share one slipper each or take turns using them? We arrived late from the airport (around 11 PM), and when we called reception, they informed us that room service wasn’t operating and we’d need to wait until morning to get extras. Later, when we went down to reception ourselves, Zofia managed to find an extra pair of slippers and a bathrobe for us as well as gave recommendations where to we could find something to eat at that hour (room service is available only till 11:30pm).

I have stayed in the Sheraton a number of times, and was very happy to return. As usual, the room and hotel is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, good Wifi and choice of food for breakfast. I felt very relaxed when in the hotel, which is exactly what I wanted. I definitely appreciated the complimentary water in the room due to the hot weather outside.

Nothing, I was very satisfied. The room was more expensive than my last stay but that's probably due to the time of year.

I’ve stayed at Sheraton in Warsaw many many times. I always come back here to Sheraton because of its fantastic location. It’s so close to best restaurants, best drink bars and luxurious shops; that’s why in Warsaw I always choose this hotel. It’s also stunning inside (I love those golden elevators:) , rooms are always nice and clean. What’s more is that this hotel has a 24/7 gym inside which is a cool option for sport persons that have to work in a day and workout late. I fully recommend this hotel to everybody in every single type of stay.

I enjoy the club lounge and the service there. Breakfast is really well organized and served in convenient hours. Room was comfortable, with sofa and very practical desk. The location is central, yet quiet enough. I always enjoy staying in here.

The club lounge is now not open 24/7, during certain times you need to use other restaurants (free of charge, as a part of the club offering). Service in the lobby could be improved, although the staff is always very friendly and able to resolve any potential issues.

Lovely room, amazing breakfast

1)view from our room, 2) when we arrived at hotel I was asked for my debit card but nobody informed me about 200.00 zl deposit to secure payment if we would use restaurant or the bar and 5 days after check out from hotel my debit card has been charged again for reservation plus deposit so I paid twice for my 1 day stay in this lovely hotel what caused unnecessary stress and waiste of time for calls and emails

The room was clean and looked new. Breakfast was delicious and the gym well equipped.

The car park is not marked properly (couldn't find it on arrival). The hotel's horseshoe (front of the hotel) was blocked by a taxi/another car so couldn't even get there to speak to anyone to direct us to the car park/take our luggage etc. Long queue for check-in. After check-in, I tried to approach the concierge/front desk three times and there was always a queue hence gave up.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, splendid breakfast, 12-noon check-out, helpful and friendly staff. Very quiet. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in.

The shower was in the bath tub. This might sound ridiculous but it was so counter-intuitive that I ended up having a bath instead. I therefore recommend you check how to use the shower before you get in, and if necessary ask at reception. The other problem was that the tub was high with a wide ledge, which made it very difficult for me, 1.57m (5'2"), to get out without slipping, even though I am relatively agile. We did not ask if there were any rooms with accessible showers though. If we had, I suspect the problem would have been resolved.

Everything in the hotel was excellent. Even the reception itself exceeded expectations. I must especially commend the receptionists Mario and Zofija, who helped us resolve our questions. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent. The restaurant staff was also accommodating and flexible to our needs. The hotel's location is great and in a peaceful area. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom is also outstanding. I recommend it.

the hotel is located in a central location - it is also close to the old town and one of the malls and the central station - everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, maybe it would be good to increase the meats more, but that's my opinion because I'm not vegan

the pillows are too soft and when a person lies down they give way in the middle and block the ears, personally it was unpleasant for me. The beds are quite high.

All was really fine in Sheraton - the staff was professional and nice, the room clean, quiet and spatious, the breakfast was of high quality and the variety of choice was amazing. My room was on the top floor with acess to a lounge which offers delitious supper and drinks between 18:00 and 20:00 and normal service outside these hours. The hotel is located in the historical part of Warsaw, a few steps from the premises of the Polish Parliament. A lot of interesting places around. For a cofee or more, check the Czytelnik bar/restaurant nearby!
