I liked all the staff who look after me on the first floor. They were very nice and helpful whenever I needed them. The apartment had everything new and clean. Next to apartment there was a bus stop and you could go to the city centre; there were restaurants, shops and cafes and even massive park where I liked to walk in.

It was noisy outside (but it was mostly due to temporary road works at the time)

Very comfy, good size apartment (with the balcony). Kettle, cooker, kitchen equipment provided. Anything you need go prepare a nice meal. Iron provided as well.

Only small things to improve: broken toilet roll holder, missing shower cosmetic holder. As there is no room cleaning included, would be great to have brush and dust pan in every room.

The room was nice and comfortable. And the actual stay was pleasant and convenient with the distance from the concert hall being only 20 mins on foot. For the price I think it was a good place to stay for 2 nights.

Administration was very unorganised. I could not get into my room. During the online check-in I was not sent my room number or the code so I asked for the code myself but did not realise I had no room number. I arrived at 8pm so I had to ring them asking about it. It was solved very quickly with just a single call and the lady on the phone was very polite. I got all the information I needed, BUT please remember if you are going to stay here ask them to send you your room number AND the code to it over on booking.com or WhatsApp since it will save you a lot of problems, even if this is something they should sort out themselves.

Everything was absolutely top-notch. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—everything you need is just a short walk away. It’s a perfect spot whether you’re staying for business or leisure. Highly recommend it to everyone who appreciates quality and comfort!

lt was pretty clean and neat. Bed was super comfortable and nice, blackout curtains were amazing and helped us to sleep perfectly. Clean apartment. Lots of places to eat, zabka are very close (on the 1st floor literally) Kettle, salt and pepper, sugar and biscuits were so cool to find! Thank you for this!

Small microwave would be perfect! Not a must, but just a suggestion;) The lock of the bathroom wasn’t working, but honestly, it wasn’t a problem

The room was very bright and clean. Loved the colors, bedsheets, marrasses, towels, and a shower. There was a TV, a balcony and a dedicated place to work which was nice. Appreciated a fridge and a microwave, we could buy and warm up our own food. The staff was very nice, we came after working hours, but they made sure we got in okay.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t a remote control to the AC in our room. When we checked in, AC was on cooling down the room, which was okay at first (since it was pretty hot outside). But at night it got really cold. That’s why we had to go to our neighbors and ask for their remote control. The staff didn’t have remote controls for everyone. Also, our room seemed smaller than it is in the photos.

Host told me that check in till 8pm. My plane came later a bit, so I couldn't be in the apartment before 8pm . But actually this check in it wasn't needed because only door code was used. it was very stressful because while I was in airport on check in host wrote to me that if i cannot came till 8pm he will cancel my booking. I'm totally don't understand why host couldn't just let me know that all what i need is door code, which could be used 24/7 not only till 8pm. It was totally unacceptable from host's side to tell me that my booking could be cancel in 3 hours before arrival.

The location is good to get to the business center on public transport or rental bicycle (30 min any). From equipped with almost everything that might be needed for a week stay. Room small as usual hotel room but very functional. There are many restaurants around are available and many small groceries.

To get the access code we had to register on hotel website - that info is not stated on their booking check-in steps. Link to their website was sent on email but not in booking messages. We spent 1h overall on check-in and first problem came with car barrier that was not opened automatically as was stated in host message. No answers on messages neither on phone calls (it was late check-in at 23 o'clock).

I receive email with instruction, how to arrive. appartment number write smaler and regular font. Streat and house number write bold and highest font. Wrong flor number. In the evening and at night enter and exit to the parking is not comfortable. I waited and I called to the bell and by phone for open the gates.
