Our room was spacious and quite. The furniture and the decoration are creative. Breakfast was always delicious. Staff gave us appropriate attention to every single request we made, especially regarding food restrictions by proving lactose free milk, yogurt and cheese to my wife. The location of the hotel is superb, which is near cafes and restaurants. Public transportation are within few minutes walk to buses and trams.

The room could have a refrigerador (frigobar) and an air-conditioning system to make one’s stay more comfortable during warm days. The lift is rather small and old, but it works perfectly well.

This is a hotel like no other. Even if travel a lot, I have never seen a hotel that can combine unexpected elements in the room. Since you have to get yourself checked in, I had the feeling that I'm in an escape room, but in a good way. Congrats to the person that had the vision to decorate this hotel. I will definetly recomend and come back.

I had a pleasant stay at LoftHotel. The room was spacious and arranged cosy. It had the external bathroom quipped with shower and toilet. The whole place was clean so there is nothing to complain about. The prepared breakfast was delicious, there were many options to choose from (from bread with butter and ham and cheese, through marmalades, cereals to boiled eggs and sausages, tea and coffee was available during the whole day). The only thing which can be the disturbance for someone is that the room door were not soundproof, thus you can hear everyone coming and leaving the hotel as the room is also next to the main door.

The decor is just stunning; makes you feel like you entered a different reality. I really like how they gave a second life to old industrial items and turned them into furniture, lamps, doors, etc. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Location I perfect for anyone wanting to reach the central station in 10 minutes walk

The location is superb. The staff are very gentle and efficient. Breakfast is plentiful. The room is spacious and clean.

The lack of air conditioning is really a problem during very warm days and nights. A refrigerator in the room would certainly help to cool down estar and other juices. The elevator is tine and old, but it works perfectly fine.

Very original rooms with all the details. Only some areas were a bit dusty, but overall very good. Also, the treatment was excellent. One example is that they let us have breakfast 30 minutes before the scheduled time. A place to come back to

This was one of the most surprisingly beautiful hotels I've stayed in. The thought behind the design for the room and the common areas was apparent and so unique, the location was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, and the service was perfect.

It was a bit difficult paying for the room, but the receptionist stepped me through sending a bank transfer in the end.

I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff didn’t really know English and I don’t know any Polish but they did such a great job at making sure I’m happy and to communicate with me. I had the Zebra room and it was great! The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom so so clean! The kitchen is full of everything you need, including a coffee machine that I was very greatful for haha. Location is also excellent, outside the hotel there are plenty of food and drink places within less than a minute walk away and the loads of other shops, 15 minutes away walk from the new centre and the big shopping mall and 30 minute walk away from the old town centre. Overall I was very satisfied, would highly recommend and I will return very soon! ☺️

The design of everything! The place is a sight of its own, with so many wonderful art pieces. Great for photoshoots. They kindly served breakfast earlier for me since I was leaving for the airport early. The breakfast was tasty! I loved the location and the building itself. I appreciated that they are pet friendly - I stayed with my cat who was happy about everything.

Collecting the keys is a fun quest - you get the code to a safe. But opening the safe was difficult for me, I had to call the reception. Luckily it was while the reception was still open, I don't know what I'd do if I came late and noone answered the phone. So a clearer instructions on how to get the key are needed. A video or a picture where exactly to pull would help.
