The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are clean and modern, there is nothing shabby about it. There is a very convenient small table to be used in the bed, a nice feature! They had bath robes and slippers, noise cancellation, rooms are of good size. I appreciated the kettle in the room.

I can't really think of anything other than some water spillage during showers because they don't close all the way. And the trash bin pedal in the toilet in room 331 didn't work, I had to open it manually. These were not critical for me at all.

The hotel is very comfortably located to visit the town center. Its closed car park provides a good parking location with easy access to the hotel. The rooms are spacey, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff is always a pleasure to interact with, they are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, varied, with lots and lots of options. I half-remembered the espresso machine from my previous visits to provide mediocre coffee - however, this time it was much better. What's even more amazing is that they provide V60 equipment, so you can brew your own quality coffee if you are into this.

The room was rather cold. It might have just been the sudden temperature drop and all the changing weather, but still. Upon arrival the cleanliness of the bathroom was not entirely on spot, some more care would be appreciated about that.

The staff were amazing. I've never experienced such friendly staff when staying at a hotel, they were so great at building rapport and being attentive to any problems that you might have. They allowed us to leave our bags with them before check-in, which was a great help as we could more conveniently look around the city. The hotel room itself was nice enough and a good size. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the market square.

The hotel is a little dated and could do with a refresh. Our room was often too hot and the AC was not working, leading the hotel to give us a portable fan instead. This really wasn't ideal as we had an 8-month-old with us. Nonetheless, the staff tried their best to help us. There were other small issues with our room, such as the door handle in the bathroom being broken. It's just a little dated and in need of renovation. With that in mind, it was a little expensive for the quality of the room.

Everything about our stay at Mercure was fantastic. Amazing room, great size, breathtaking view with super comfy beds. Perfect. Kids had little beds and loved them too. The coffee machine in the room was a very nice touch. Loved the smell of the hand wash and shower gel. The hotel provides water machines on each floor so it is really easy to refill bottles with sparkling or still water. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but had some local wine at the bar, which was very good. Kuba was ready to recommend it! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic too. Wide selection of hot and cold food and plenty of choice for coffee lovers! Breakfast team was very nice too. Andrzej, Grzegorz, Gabriela and the most pleasant lady at the welcome desk made our day on both mornings of our stay. All in all probably one of the best hotels we stayed in.

Good location for old town and cathedral island. Comfortable room and bed. Bag storage available if arriving before check in time. Safe in room. Our room was on the sixth floor with a good view of church across the road. Water dispenser on each floor to refill own bottles or glass carafe provided in room. Bathroom good. Shower pressure pre controlled to reduce water usage. Good selection of hot and cold items at breakfast including scrambled egg, frankfurter sausages, pancakes, vegetables, salads, local cheeses and hams, good bread selection, waffle machine, pastries, fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals, smoothies and fruit juices.

There was an occasional machinery humming noise from above the room which was noticeable but not too disturbing. Pre controlled shower pressure is a nice idea though it does tend to mean staying in the shower for longer than usual.

Breakfasts were not initially included so we requested them on site. They were great. Delicious and of a great variety. Some local stuff, like sausages or "smalets". Kids loved baking wafels )

On arrival I told that we have a pet and it was a nice surprise that we were not asked to pay extra. Next day we were told at reception that "cleaning team discovered that you have a pet and you have to pay for it". Despite it was reasonable and of course I was ready to pay, I still felt uncomfortable, as I mentioned it on check-in, and didn't expect to be "caught" by cleaning team (

Perfect hotel near the Wroclaw City Center. Everything was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We got an upgrade to a room on the 5th floor with easy access to the top terrace. The breakfast is extremely varied (you could also make yourself waffles) and tasty food. The access to the parking and in the hotel was great extremely easy. They offer recyclable bottles that you can fill on the hallway but we would have preferred to have the minibar full (even if we know that this has been a problem in almost every hotel after Covid).

The location is excellent, great connections to public transport and tons of great restaurants, shopping and entertainment within easy walking distance. The breakfast is great with a lot of tasty options. The beds are comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly.

We found the corridors to be incredibly warm, particularly on the 6th floor and the air-conditioning wasn't a tremendous help so the room was a bit stuffy. Also booking lists spa under the amenities however there's only massage services and treatments available. There's no sauna, steam rooms or onsen on site, this was a bit disappointing as this is part of the reason we chose this hotel. However these things are available nearby at a great price

The hotel caters for diverse guests. The choices for breakfast are great, including vegan ones. For families with children, the playroom is very good and very clean. The extra bed is a bonus and everyone is very kind to children.And three dwarfs just make things better. Location could not be better.

The restaurant menu could reflect different children a little bit more. No vegetarian options for children. However with help from a waiter and chef, we found a perfect solution.

The location was wonderful, a short walk from the main square. The family room we were in was perfect — a very large living room overlooking a cathedral and the city where the kids’ cots were set up, plus a bedroom for the adults. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with a nice mix of baked fresh fruit and veggies, yoghurts and cereals, plus eggs, sausage and the like. Lots of options for vegans, too, all clearly marked.
