Comfy room, small but very clean (10/10), with airconditioning, nice and large bathroom. Very rich and tasty breakfast buffet (10/10). Kind personnel, provide you with all necessary information. Lady at the reception speaks fluent english. Safe parking and hotel entry. I liked the discount price for the room (76 EUR).

Without the elevator, if you get the room on the top (4th) floor, you will get a fitness for free when moving your luggage upstairs. The hotel itself is very comfy and quiet. But my room windows were oriented to the street with the tram, which was loud during the night and in the morning. Not quite up to my request of a quiet room.

I enjoyed my room with a balcony. It made the room feel much bigger, I had opened balcony door all the time to have fresh air. The room was facing the backyard, there is a secondary school building right next to the hotel, but is was silent during the weekend when I was there. The location was perfect from my point of view, though it's not exactly in the city center, but during the walks here and there I thought I would never see that area of the island with all the cathedrals and the riverside alley if I lived in the very center, so I think the location was great. The room was clean and tidy, the staff was really friendly.

I had two breakfasts. The first day breakfast was super nice: a salad, fruits, yoghurt, pancakes, eggs etc. But the second day breakfast was a bit disappointing as I had an impression that some dishes where from the previous day like the same salad or the pancakes which didn't taste fresh. As for the facilities in the room, the TV remote control didn't work properly which was upsetting for my kid, and the swinging seat on the balcony was broken so it was impossible to seat on it.

It’s a nice old building that has been refurbished to a very good standard. While on the main road, our room was quiet and overlooked the school behind. We had a large room, which was well furnished. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were very courteous and helpful. As for location, it was easy to walk anywhere in the centre. Also, the trams stopped just outside so you could get anywhere very easily. They have limited parking - only for around five cars - and you have to pay for it, unfortunately. Overall, we were pleased with our choice of hotel.

The hotel is located in walking distance from the city center, there is quite a selection of restaurants and shops around. The room was spacious and very pleasant. The staff at the reception as well as during the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast: it was seriously good breakfast! Recommended.

Really nice and clean room with everything which is required. Possible to open windows and curtains made the room dark. Cute building next to a school (still quite). Great to explore Nadodrze with locals around, but also 10min walk to church Island and 15min to City Center. Also a Tram in Front of the appartment which brings you e.g. to Main Station.

That I needed to leave to early to try the breakfast ;)

We liked nice decor of the hotel, cleanliness, location within walking distance to the old town, possibility to reserve parking. Breakfast was really good too. It's nice to have coffee/ tea facilities in the room as well as drinking water.

It was a bit noisy with trams just outside, but there are outside blinds you can close and noise from the street is not that big. A minor issue was a sofa for the kids. It's ok for kids up to 120-130cm. Ours are about 145-150cm and slept with feet hanging out :)

The place is at the excellent location, has very helpful and friendly staff, and fantastic breakfast (try the crêpes with cottage cheese, they melt in your mouth). We were given a quiet room, as requested, and even got an earlier check in, which was really nice. The bathroom is nice and spacious, and the shower is amazing. You also get a small free water at your room :)

- the property has no lifts, so bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. - the mattress is far too soft with no support, so if you really like soft mattresses it's the place for you. - the WiFi was almost non-existent at our room - kept disconnecting every 10 seconds or so, so forget about calling your loved ones. Ok for checking your emails quickly.

The location was near the centre of the town, very good mattress and clean room. The staff were friendly and breakfast was nicely presented.

We were allocated a room on the 4th floor, and no lift service was available in the building. We had a elderly family member with health issues, and it was very difficult for him to climb. A little heads up would be nice with the stairs. It's a minor issue, but it did not affect our overall experience.

Rooms are allocated RANDOMLY! The room you book (the photos of which you receive) is NOT necessarily the one you get & since the quality of rooms vary significantly, it matters! Our room was small, on 4th floor, with no lift and roof windows.
