We've had a great stay in this B&B. We booked a twin room, but were given a bigger room with a double bed a pull out couch. Lovely and helpful staff, beautiful, modern facilities, nice buffet breakfast, easy to find, great location (8mins walk to the main street with restaurants, bars etc.), very comfortable bed & pull out couch ( my dad had a very good sleep on the couch as it was like a big bed), comfortable pillows, great powerful shower, free & secure parking. Definitely recommend and would stay, again.

No sports channels & a small selection of international channels on TV, no hand soap in the bathroom, no bottle opener to open the water bottles provided.

The staff were lovely, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice, we were able to leave our bicycles overnight in their empty ski room which was great. We had a lovely view from our window.

The forms they make you sign when you arrive are a little officious. A very small thing- the hotel had a very strange chemical odour in the corridors like varnish, paint or a polish? It is there off-season so perhaps they are doing maintenance, but it was a bit off-putting when we arrived.

The unique design of the property is spectacular. The wooden carvings and wrought-iron works are beautiful. The location is a ten minute walk from the funicular and the main shopping street. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they could not have been better. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and well-appointed.

There were extensive works going on which meant we didn’t get the room we booked (balcony and other facilities). The works caused a very unpleasant smell to pervade the hotel but we blocked the door with towels to stop it entering the room. Work started one morning at 0750 and the next at 0730 and the banging and drilling made it impossible to lie-in. We visited in the dead time of the season and on one night were the only guests. Had we known about the works we probably would have moved our visit to another time.

The location was great and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very accommodating, bringing us a fan when the room was too hot, letting us come to breakfast early when we had an early tour departure, and holding our luggage between our check out time and our train departure time.

The lobby has a strong cleanser smell.

Clean, pleasant service, delicious breakfast and common sense (hard to find lately). We got drenched and had no other hiking boots for the next day. The owner was so nice to offer help drying them for us and returning early morning next day waiting at the door. We value when people understand the situation and go out of their ways to help. Highly recommend!

The location was prefect just a 10 minute walk from Krupowki street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The house is extraordinary, people who walked by were taking pictures. Highly recommend this Willa. I love the balcony as well with a great view of Giewont.

My only wish would have been to have AC. But with the door open, it really wasn't that big of a deal.

Everything was perfect. Villa looks amazing, like from a fairytale story. Staff was friendly and ready to help anytime. Breakfast was fine with the option of hot food.

I think late breakfast (8 am) could be an issue for some people, but it wasn't a problem for us as kids don't like eat too early.

The place is very unique and funky in a good way. The bed was comfortable and a nice shower. Would stay there again.

The TV was difficult to navigate even the staff had difficulties. I wouldn't care except we had rainy days without tv.

This place was amazing, the staff is exceptional, breakfast was great. The staff goes above and beyond to help you with things. Absolutely will go back and I'm sad I only stayed for 3 days, it wasn't enough time to enjoy Zakopane and the hotel. When in Zakopane BOOK THIS HOTEL you won't be disappointed.

This was one of the better if not best places I stayed during a couple-week Euro trip. The city is amazing, and the hotel is really incredibly nice for the price. The visual appearance of the hotel externally and internally is wonderful. I had no issues with the stay whatsoever, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was extensive with lots of interesting options (particularly for an American), and the staff offered to make sausages and eggs. I will forewarn on the sausages that they are the Vienna style (basically a hot dog, so not my first choice). Everything else was awesome though.

The only thing that I would suggest for improvement would be to have the sauna open either early in the morning or late at night. This is the best time for a sauna.
