Warm welcome, the receptionist was very nice. The hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were large and we got quiet room on high flor. The room had a water heater for the shower. So there was hot water all the time There is a coffee set in the room, Electric kettle, The hotel is close to the city and you can walk to the city or there is a bus from the hotel area to the city. There is parking at the hotel for 5 euros and free street parking. On days not crowded with visitors.

part of the road leading from the hotel to the city lacks a sidewalk, endangering pedestrians. The hotel and nearby hotels could have pressured the local authority to pave sidewalks

9 amazing days. The room was excellent—clean, modern, and minimalistic, with everything you need but nothing excessive. It wasn’t cluttered or tacky, exactly as shown in the pictures. Fully equipped with towels, toiletries, and more. Both heating and air conditioning were available for your preference. The view was absolutely stunning, with the Atlantic Ocean right in front of you, unobstructed. The long, wide beach was a spectacular sight from the balcony. Alvor was peaceful and uncrowded, offering pure relaxation. Breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. If you follow a special diet and inform them when booking, they’ll accommodate your needs, such as plant-based or lactose-free options. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive, both at reception and during breakfast. They were always ready to assist, but never intrusive—truly wonderful people. I will definitely return. Huge compliments to the hotel, and thank you for your outstanding service!

The only thing I can mention is that the water pressure in the shower was weak, but other than that, everything was a perfect 10/10.

Need to replenish items daily like coffee capsules. 5 nights there and coffee was never replaced. Tissues in bathroom never replaced. No iron in room but was available upon calling reception. Instructions for air con would be good, could not turn off unless we took key card out. Lack of storage space for clothes, very little hangers, no drawers

perfect location - a few minutes to the beach and a few minutes walk to town. The staff were wonderful, very friendly. Beautiful hotel. The heated outdoor swimming pool was a pleasant surprise. We got a surprise upgrade on arrival. :-)

The rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfortable which made our stay really relaxing. Nice decor, spacious rooms and relaxing environment. The hotel staff was always friendly and with a smile on their faces, they were helpful and the service was of really good quality. The location of the hotel was more than perfect, in a quiet location, only a few meters away from the beautiful sandy beach, and just a short walk away from the cute little city center of Alvor where you had plenty of options for restaurants and bars.

We do not have anything to complain about, our stay was relaxing and perfect.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Residences Alvor Beach and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk to a clean, peaceful beach that was free from any hassle or overcrowding. The beach is perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Algarve. The hotel’s food offerings were exceptional. The fresh bakery products, cheeses, vegetables, and fruits at breakfast were of high quality, and the à la carte restaurant served delicious meals at fair prices. The bar had a good selection of drinks and cocktails, making it easy to unwind after a day by the beach. The rooms, dining area, reception, and pool facilities were spotless, adding to the overall sense of calm and comfort. The room itself was well-equipped, featuring a fridge, microwave, small cooker, dishwasher, and even an ironing board. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The balcony was spacious, with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing in the evening. The hotel offers an ideal spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway without any hassle. It’s also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the city center, a charming, typical Portuguese town. There is parking available on demand, though there is a fee during peak season. I didn’t notice any EV charging points, but this didn’t affect my stay. This property also offers package holidays through Jet2, making it a great option for families. Although there was a minor issue with the shower flooding the bathroom due to poor drainage, it was a small inconvenience. The staff were efficient, responding promptly to any requests, though tea, coffee, and water supplies weren't replenished during the stay.

Location of property was excellent, a few minutes to the beach and 10 mins into centre of Alvor. Hotel spotless and modern with lovely comfortable rooms, storage was limited but didn’t put us off!! Shower good and a great hairdryer for us ladies!! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. We had daily breakfast, which was more than adequate, staff so helpful, free beach towels which you can take to the beach 🏖️ Alvor itself is a lovely town, plenty of restaurants, small boutique shops, supermarket and all you need for an amazing stay. Beach was stunning! All in all Alvor is on my top spots for revisiting!! Amazing 🤩

The location is brilliant with a short walk from Alvor Beach and 10 min drive from Portimão. The pool is very nice and all is modern and clean. The studio allowed us to prepare our meals and gave us good schedule indepence.

There should be a specific smoking zone outside so people wouldn't smoke in the pool area. Since we were using the kitchen in the studio things like tea towels and dishwasher detergent should be replaced when needed. We had to ask a few times for this at the end of the day. Staff was amazing and accommodated this straight away, but it would be nice to get this without asking. This didn't affect our stay and we would still go back

Spacious room and very clean. The bar has moved by the lounge overlooking the pool. This is so much better and more inviting.

A little disappointed with the sea view. I have stayed at this Hotel many times under previous ownership. I requested and paid for a sea view. I got a partial see view and 2 multi storey apartments. I spoke with a Receptionist re this but was not offered the option to move. The Reception area is merged with the bar at one end. I felt really sorry for the Reception Team having to work in a tight space and it must be so difficult when the bar is busy and noisy. Professionally I think it should be relocated back near the Reception entrance, and move the Hot desks to where the old bar was. Unsure why people come into the Hotel to hot desks in the main entrance on the left-hand side ?
