I really liked my stay in this hotel - two days, two nights with breakfast and spa. Service was amazing, receptionists were always helpful. I liked their restaurant with good breakfast and their bar which works till late with food, snacks and cocktails. Hotel has their own parking with the spot for charging electric car. Room is big and modern. Really liked their furniture and bathroom with automatic light. Service was perfect. There are many restaurants and cafes in 5 to 10 mins by foot but hotel is very quite and chill. You can see the main attraction of Batalha - the monastery - from hotel’s window. So you can get there in 7 mins. Also in 10 mins around you have restaurants, shops and banks I loved their restaurant and bar. Food was fresh and tasty on breakfasts and girl made me an amazing Negroni! I wish I could have a dinner in hotel too on their restaurant just to try it out. Spa was empty and chill. I loved it.

Room they had a hole in wall near bed, dirty windows and some spots on walls in general that’s why I feel like rate it for 4/5. Spa seemed old and you have to pay extra 8€ to access the spa. Also sauna or Turkish bath has to be turned on by a worker and swimming pool is very shallow. But overall I had a good time in their spa

We loved everything about this property. The staff went above and beyond for me. My electrical adapter wasn’t compatible with my wheelchair charger and they first lent me one of theirs which was better than the one I had but wasn’t giving my chair a full charge. The staff called around for me and found me a place which sold the proper adapter. They literally saved my vacation for me! The hotel is located in a cute town within walking distance to the Batalha Monastery which is a must see when you visit Portugal. I informed them before I booked that I had a disability and they had safety bars both by the toilet and in the shower as well as a shower chair for me. The bed was really comfortable. Overall we had an excellent experience here and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Miss the amenities. I would expect at least body lotion, shampoo and conditioner but there was only shower gel and soap. Some plugs to be able to charge close to the bed would also be good to have

A very spacious room and Bathroom. Good amenities (water, tissue box, towels, soap, robes, slippers) provided . Everything worked nicely. Staff were very helpful and kind. Parking was abundant, and free. Large parking spaces in covered parking under the building or outside parking available. Breakfast was good.

No shower caps.

Hotel with 5-star feeling just a 5min walk to the city centre where you'll find the Batalha Monastery. It was a total surprise -- but a good one! -- to find something so comfortable in such close proximity to the places you want to visit.

Slightly confusing car park entrance -- there's no way to get it wrong, but one hesitates if that's the place where to park your car. If you're a guest, just drive into the only car entrance you'll find and follow the directions -- there's actually a large car park behind the building through that entrance.

Everything! The food is absolutely delicious and the property is a delight.

I don’t agree, as a guest, to pay for the use of the pool. It gets extremely expensive for the guests. It makes no sense at all. Since it’s pet friendly, there should be bins around the gardens, for us to drop the poop bags.

I would say the rooms are somewhat dated but very clean. Excellent day-to-day cleanup in the room the breakfast though very continental simple a bit more variety would enhance this comfort of the day..

It was really warm everywhere, the AC was not on and the corridors and common areas were really warm . The breakfast was ok, but it could be better for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was located within walking distance from the monastery, which was our reason for visiting Batalha. It was also very close by many nice restaurants. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel which was clean and well run. Food was good and spa factilities a bonus. Nice view over golf course with the ability to open the big doors and get fresh air into the room.
