Superb hotel,friendly staff,best breakfast anywhere,facilities to make your own hot drinks and meals. I used the gym to do my physiotherapy exercises and the sauna (or Turkish bath) to refresh myself,all included in the price. In summer you can use the pool at their sister hotel also no charge. Good wifi. Secure motorbike parking in view of the reception desk,it feels like a very safe town. Perfect location to explore the lovely mountain roads. All in all the best hotel for price and facilites on my trip,its my secound time staying here.

Location: Out of the historical center, but within walking distance (5-10 min), good access by car and short distance to points of interest and restaurants in the town. I recommend Zê do Sporting restaurant (be careful when ordering, a single meal is more than enough for two). Hotel: has its own style, interesting design focused on function. You have access to a gym (didn’t use), wet and dry sauna (used) and a swimming pool nearby (didn’t use). There is an open kitchenette where you can prepare your own tea or coffee or a simple meal. Room: large and functional, comfortable place for two bags; electric sockets: numerous and easily accessible, also near the bed. Bed: large and comfortable. Bathroom: middle in size, very functional, large space to put you toiletries near the washing basin and the bathtub. Breakfast: very good for all styles: French (different sweets and jams), German (ham and cheese), English (scrambled eggs, bacon and mushroom). Very good fresh bread. WiFi: good. Staff: nice and helpful. Parking: there are 5 parking places at the front door, a convenient option to unload your bags. There is also a large parking behind the hotel with access from 7th floor (yes, it’s the ground level on the back). To access the parking you must climb the stairs or drive about 700m following the signs for bombeiros (fire station), after U-turn, turn left to a dead-end road. There are few steep steps to enter the hotel.

Room lighting: weak, only one standing lamp that provides reading light. Breakfast: I missed fresh vegetables.

Being in Covinhã was a must at this nice hotel. Good perfectly clean room, with an excelent and big bed. Services and staff were very nice. The hotel offers an excelent gym (didn't have the time to try it out), hance the name.

Parking is a big problem if you are going to Covinhã in a holiday or when the city hosts events. The better option is up in the hill, in a big public parking. The hotel has an access at the 7th floor to this parking. Besides that, only a small also public parking to the side of the hotel, which is shared with the vicinity.

Staff were helpful and friendly greeting us upon arrival. Breakfast had a good variety. Parking was convenient (although beware google.maps directions to the parking area behind the hotel, google tried to direct us to drive down a staircase). Firm beds and good pillows. Wonderful dinner at Hamburgueria Beirã nearby, a must try!

Drain backed up initially, but staff were quick to come and resolve. There was music until after midnight in the square across the street - not the hotels fault but something to be wary of.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the center of the city. Most of the staff are always helpful and try to accommodate the needs of the customers. The room was spacious with adequate natural lighting.

The breakfast was ok, I missed some vegetables, to be honest, but this is minor. While sitting in the hotel lounge you can hear banging noises from the gym which is located on the first floor and it is a bit annoying and lastly, the sound proofing of the hotel is not the best. These are however minor issues that did not affect my stay greatly.

I had a very pleasant week in Covilha thanks to this beautiful hotel with an amazing view from the 9th floor. Clean and comfortable. The staff provided me an umbrella for every rainy day. Loved it!

The water was accumulating pretty fast in the shower so I needed to be fast to not let it extend in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast could be more diverse (it was identic every day of my stay), even if it was good!

The room was quite spacious and had an excellent view. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had warm water all the time. I didn't get to use the spa, so if you are coming here, do bring a swimsuit.

The breakfast was delicious, but I would prefer if they had changed it up a little bit from time to time. Like adding vegetables, changing egg recipe stuff like that.

Difficult to find due to ridiculous signage on hotel exterior. Would be advantageous for bikers if there were somewhere to chain your motorcycle in the motorcycle parking outside the reception, however reception are there 24hrs and do seem to keep an eye on the bikes.

Breakfast good. Gym and SPA good. The view from the room is stunning, special in the sun rise. Bed comfortable and the hotel is very beautiful and full of activities related with sports. Location is perfect

The tiles of the toilet (personal opinion) and the pillows were uncomfortable

We arrived on a motorbike, wet through having being caught in a storm, the young lady at reception was exceptional, making sure we were OK and comfortable, she pointed us to a local launderette to get our clothes cried and explained all the facilities available to us. The hotel is fantastic, reasonable prices for drinks , snacks. The town is lovely, well worth a stop over, we qnded up staying an extra night until the weather I proved. Parked our motorbike at the front of the property, no issues and 24 hr reception so was watched over,can't recommend this hotel enough.
