Breakfast was great if you like cakes and pastries for breakfast! maybe some more healthy options like more fruit and muesli would be welcome! The room was a good size the bed linen felt a little damp on arrival the first night but it had been raining all day, we asked for more blankets and it was all fine the next day after some sun and an airing. We loved the location, maybe a bit far if you want to go out to eat in town every night but it was only about a 20 minutes walk, we were recommended a few local restaurants that were still open close by as many had closed for the end of the season and both of those were great. It was a short walk up to the lighthouse and to watch the sunset from the cliff tops which was stunning.

It might have been nice to have a small bar, although we were given two bottles of wine when we arrived which were very nice. Also we were we were in a ground floor apartment and there was a lot of noise from the one above us. However, we would definitely visit again.

Absolutely stunning property. Beautifully manicured gardens, clean pools and modern rooms with good amenities. Great location in a quiet area perfect if you're looking to unwind and relax. 25 min easy walk into the town and 10 min down to some of the most geography stunning beaches in Europe. But by far, what stands out were the breakfasts. Incredible flavors, selection and daily new varieties, lije nothing experienced in North America before. Go here, you won't regret it.

Nothing. Leaving broke my heart

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was great in a quiet area but only about 20 mins walk from the main Lagos town. Some lovely beaches and restaurants nearby. We loved the more traditional look which is why we booked it. Lovely set up with a few different buildings and a few pools to choose from. Staff lovely and welcoming. Our room was great and a good size with a nice balcony. Free public parking around the hotel - when we first arrived took us a while to find a space but spaces freed up over the course of our stay. Breakfast was good a selection of things and a lovely breakfast room to eat in. Very chilled vibes which is what we wanted. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The only thing I would say is that there was a very slight drains smell we noticed a few times in the corridor but it didn’t impact our stay at all. We also didn’t notice the sign to say not to put toilet paper down the toilet (use bin instead) until our second day so would be useful to be told this on arrival by staff. Saw this was a common thing in the Algarve.

Very cute! As pretty as the photos show. Lovely room, bit rustic but no complaints, clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing, massive choice and all very tasty! Pool areas were clean, tidy and pretty! It’s a small, charming bed and breakfast, doesn’t have a huge amount of facilities but what they do, they do very well!!!! Staff were so helpful, great restaurant recommendations! Great location just outside the old town and close to the beach!

Bit rustic and strange design choices but wasn’t expecting luxury, exactly what we needed! Pool was not heated but I imagine in the middle of summer it doesn’t need it. No bar/anywhere to buy drinks but allowed to bring drinks around the pool and bar next door to get drinks.

Staff friendly, cleaning staff excellent , our room , nice decor was very roomy and well equipped ,linens and towels all high quality, breakfast had great selection and something for everyone. Lots of comfortable lounger chairs

Not too much we disliked , however , I feel a few things need improvement, eg. we had a main floor suite with steps to enter and for person with any kind of mobility, perhaps a small rail( it was 3-4 step up or down from our door ) would be really helpful. I have partial mobility, so with luggage etc this would be useful, also the pool next to breakfast area was totally not usable for me, if you have any kind of mobility issue, that ladder , it get in and out was terrible and dangerous therefore we could not use this pool at all, a step in method as the above deck pool would be ideal. This was really my only complaint.

The staff were excellent and maintained the property very well. The apartments feel private and the decor is calming. We had to check out early and the cooks provided a packed lunch and delivered it to our room. The receptionist has lots of resources on things to do in the area. She also provided us a map of the area and gave us advice on parking around town. The breakfast was gourmet compared to staying at a hotel (they made an amazing tomato jam that I hope they continue to make!).

The parking situation was confusing at first. This was quickly addressed and was never a problem. The street parking can be found on the street left to the reception entrance and had plenty of space.

Beautiful gardens and access to 2 pools gives the place a relaxing resort type of feel. Comfiest bed we had on our trip and very effective black out curtains. Short walk to the end of Ponta da Piedade, where there are beautiful sunsets! Affordable, good quality restaurants about a 10-minute walk away and a little bar for drinks or snacks just behind the villas. Free parking just behind as well. Appreciated how polite and helpful the guys (Rodrigo and Antonio) at recpetion were.

WiFi was very limited in the room, essentially non existent. -Bad drainage in shower. Overflow made the bathroom floor very wet with each shower. -It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the city centre.

This villa exceeded my expectations; everything was absolutely stunning. Our room was perfect—featuring a huge, comfy bed, spotless and spacious interiors, and a wonderful balcony with cozy chairs. The mini fridge stocked with complimentary water and wine was a great bonus. The villa’s landscape was beautiful, with well-kept gardens and clean pools surrounded by comfortable seating. The included breakfast offered a wonderful variety each morning. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable time in Lagos!

Honestly, there was nothing that could have been better. Everything was absolutely wonderful—there’s nothing I didn’t like.

Very spacious and clean. Very close to very scenic beach! The location is a bit of a long walk if you want Old Town. We took Uber on the days we went to the Marina for a cave boat trip and to walk around for some sights. We stayed in the King Suite, which was perfect for 2, very quiet and tranquil. Perfect after a day at the beach and hiking the path to the lighthouse. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well. We give it a 10, and we'll certainly be back!

Really lovely, friendly staff and wonderful, very varied, breakfast. Choice of two pools and plenty of room to lie in the sun (or shade).

"Hot" drinks machine in breakfast area which didn't make anything decently; would have preferred a proper bar. Huge pillows filled with kapok (?), thus very lumpy. It's quite a way out of town, and not really a nice walk along busy roads. Given that the hotel has only a very basic, English-oriented, restaurant/bar nearby, it would have been great if the breakfast room also functioned as a bar and sold small bites such as tapas during the day and early evening.
