The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet was Good with many options. The room was clean and it’s very near the airport. The lovely receptionist booked a local taxi for me to pick me up at 4:30am. They also provided a take away breakfast. Overall this was an excellent stay for one night to rest and recharge before traveling home. Don’t worry about the bad reviews some people shared, some people complain for no reason at all. This is a good hotel. A bit far from the centre but perfect for those traveling to the airport early in the morning.

all of the accomodations were good. Breakfast was very good , many selections. Room was spacious with balcony overlooking pool area, very nice. Staff were extremely helpful in every aspect. Location also very good for both public transit as well as easy access to highways and geetting to the airport

the comfort of the bed, not very good. Always had the impression that we were sliding off the bed while sleeping!!! Pillows were either too big or too small and uncomfortable to sleep on. pool not heated, so not very comfortable to swim despite the outdoor heat.

Great location as it's really accessible for the airport and the motorway. It's walkable to the beach, you're surrounded by supermarkets, you've got the Mar shopping centre over the road, and you can get the 601 bus directly into the centre of Porto (30 minutes) or the airport for €2.50. The breakfast was an all you can eat buffet with lots of nice choices. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and we were given advice and a map for exploring Porto centre. Great free parking with barrier control. The bed, sheets and pillows were really comfy and we slept very well. The temperature control in the room works well and is easy to switch between fan, heat or air con. They have generous shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The hotel needs updating in areas and is looking a bit tired. Our bathroom was perfectly fine but when you sit in the bath, you can see black dirt where the cleaners have consistently forgotten to clean. There are holes in the mattress and pillow protectors.

Near the sea and had a pool.

Unfortunately The pool was freezing cold. The hotel itself was quite dated. I found the mattress to be hard and the pillows too big. I did ask a maid and she very kindly changed my pillow for a thinner one so I could sleep better which I did. The breakfast was just ok. Toaster got removed as it wasn’t working. I was just a bit disappointed with the selection. The bar staff were great and made great drinks and reception friendly and informative. Luckily Uber was cheap so we got to go to a few nice restaurants. Los ibéricos was great!

We were there for an event in Porto Iberanime, and we were very pleased with everything, it was walking distance to the location, had private parking for our car, and even served an amazing breakfast.

The pool was quiet which wasn’t an issue for me at all but others might think it’s too quiet especially if you’re there with children

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hot dishes during lunch, very tasty. The breakfast jad a nice variety of things. I also liked the lobby is staffed 24/7, which makes it possible to check out during the late hours of the night.

The airconditioner in the bedroom felt like it couldn't go below 20°C regardless of the set temperature. The lunch buffet is announced and publicized as 18€ but secretly it rises up to 19.50€ in the weekend , plus a small can of soda goes for 2.5€.

Just stayed overnight. Excellent breakfast, nice parking area, room was clean and bed very comfy. The first time we've stayed there the gin&tonic at the bar was excellent, well prepared by a young Brazilian bar tender. The second time I've asked again gin&tonic, but this time they did not have lime, I accepted lemon, but the gin&tonic was not as good as before. Would I stay there again? For sure. Check-in counter very polite and supportive.

Excellent Hotel. I have stayed here a few times, and always find it clean and welcoming. The rooms are a good size, and the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor parking to accommodate my van.

Easy and quick check in, spacious room and good breakfast with a lot of choice. It's not in the most scenic spot, but if anyone does their research before booking, that shouldn't come as a surprise. It was conveniently located close to the airport and shops that I needed to visit early in the morning.

For someone who loves sleeping in a cool room, the system was set to 23 degrees when I entered, so that was a bit much. And if you have a bad back, then the bed might be a bit too hard, but that is probably a personal preference thing.
