Very central with good metro access 5 minutes walk. Very nice continental breakfast with tasty food.

Nothing i can say just a hassel free holiday break. All you have to purchase is a 24 hour rail, metro and tram card and you can go anywhere. All at a cost of 21 euro's a couple, we travelled miles in 2 days.

Room was beautifully clean and has everything you could need There is a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. A comfy sofa, tea/coffee making facilities and a tv. Breakfast was really good, a lovely choice of breads, yoghurt, cereals and pastries with hams, cheeses, tomatoes and fruits too. Coffee is amazing. Property is close to the main Marquis de Pombal Square which is the centre for things like the bus tours and access to the shopping avenue. Excellent eateries round about.

Not much, but the kettle in the room would be better if it was cordless as it's difficult to manoeuvre it and fill it. The light in the corridor takes l little long to come on when leaving the room.

This place is amazing. It is a remodeled floor in a great part of town (for tourists). It is close to everywhere you want to be when visiting Lisbon. The rooms are clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. There are small details (electric kettle, tea, etc.) that show the care given to providing an excellent experience. The breakfast is pretty good. And the best part is the service. The people welcoming guests and taking care of the place are great. They went above and beyond, taking our bags that were delivered from the airport after arriving late directly to our room, while we were visiting the city. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation, on the 5th level of the building. Very nicely decorated, friendly accommodation and staff. Delicious breakfast in a nicely furnished dining room. There is an excellent Italian restaurant 20 meters from the accommodation. Public transport is about 200-500 m away, and the city center is a 40-minute walk away.

There are not lamp next to bed for reading before sleeping.

Excellent location: easy access to public transportation (metro, bus). Very nice area of town, office buildings, higher end stores, restaurant options. Rooms had a nice, modern design and with the windows closed you could not hear street noise. Our room was close to the reception/entry area, so at times we heard some noises from there. There is a small breakfast room with good choices for breakfast (baked goods, yogurt etc.). Italian restaurant two doors down is highly recommended :)

The bathroom area is not fully enclosed (meaning the wall does not go all the way to the ceiling), so that was a bit different. The bed was a little hard for us. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay.

Cozy, super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful - especially Beatriz - and it was a good value for Lisbon.

The bathroom walls did not go all the way to the ceiling , so not very private from the bedroom! 😳

Don't let the stairwell on the ground (-1) floor, which looks a bit worn, fool you. This fifth-floor B+B has been beautifully decorated.The shower and fixtures were all elegant, as were the linens, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend my particular room to a very large person, since the toilet is in a narrow alcove, but other rooms may differ. I only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served, so the receptionist brought me a to-go breakfast to eat in my room early. There are some decent restaurants nearby. The only down side was that it was a bit of a steep hike up from the Marques Pombal metro stop.

Next time in Lisbon I might want to be a bit closer to some cultural attractions.

The property is cute. The hotel is the top floor of a building. Our room was large with a big comfortable bed. They use all codes to access the hotel and the rooms, which was convenient. The location is fairly good, close to a bus stop and close to the metro (though up hill from it). The ac works well. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The only negative was the breakfast. They had a small breakfast buffet, but it didn’t have much to it and was definitely the most basic breakfast we had in over two weeks in Portugal. This wasn’t a big deal, but notable.

Clean and comfortable room, great location, very good breakfast, fast internet connection, super polite and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Castillo house and will recommend it to everyone going to Lisbon.

The property is on 5th floor. There is a lift. Bedroom was a good size with a modern bathroom just off it. Excellent shower. There was breakfast served at 8-11am just down a corridor from our room. Typical continental breakfast with lots of choice.

Nothing to dislike.
