Everything closed by city center to like 20 minutes woking distance hotel is good room nice and clean bathroom room good that's what we need I am happy with that

Excellent staff. Convenient location with good restaurants nearby. Metro station 7min walking. Perfect hotel to enjoy Lisbon

The room was big and clean and the shower was honestly one of the best I've had in a hotel- great pressure, hot water and good placement of the shower head for shorter people. Breakfast was not bad, eggs and meat on alternating days plus rolls, bread and fruit salad. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was FREEZING, Lisbon is a southern city but it's still chilly in winter and the heater in my room did not work very well. The room had one of those slots for your room key so every time I left all the power went out and all the heat left the room. Finally I used another plastic card so the room would still be heated while I was out and after three days my room reached a decent temperature. There was also no "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room to put on the door and housekeeping woke me up one morning. It is a bit of a walk to the metros, but very well located for the Christmas Market if you're there over the holidays.

The staff was very accommodating, we arrived at 9am from an overnight flight and they allowed us to checkin at 10:30 (we have a 5 months old baby), the room was very clean and the crib had already been installed with bedsheets. The fully renovated shower was hot and powerful, we felt very refreshed, overall this hotel is perfect for a few nights in Lisbon

Not much to say except that the rooms are a bit small especially with a crib, also the elevator goes a bit down when you step in but it is in good working order

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the first room didn't work and the staff were able to assist us to move to a different room promptly. It has a great location, walking distance to some of the main tourist sights, but its also close to a couple of metro stations and buses.

The beds weren't very comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the metro station (100 m). Our room was clean and quiet, the window looked to the backyard. It was very modern and not spacious. The bathroom was correct. The breakfast was satisfactory, a little bit boring and there was not any vegetable.

The staircase was closed. We could use only the elevator. The district was not interesting.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great. It was clean and comfortable and good value for money.

The room was dark and could have benefited from better lighting. Towel rails and hooks were needed in the bathroom. Therefore I would not expect clean towels every day!

I was travelling with two other persons, we had two rooms in the hotel. There is a metro station near the hotel (about 200 m), the Lisbon metro system is easy to use and it helps a great deal especially if you don´t have many days for your stay in Lisbon. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor, they were cosy and had a nice view to the street. The members of the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. In conclusion, we were very satisfied with our stay.

I was on the renovated upper floor, very nice room, good airco, good shower and clean all over the place. The breakfast is good and the location of the hotel is not even 5 minutes from the subway, which brings you everywhere in Lisbon.

The staff was very helpful. They would do anything they can to help you. Everyone was great at the hotel. Special thanks to both Mr Pedro (there are 2 Pedro). Very kind both of them. They made our stay at Lisbon a very good experience. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Great location, great people.
