All was just amazing, the location, the romantic package room,the breakfast,the staffs, especially all of them at the reception, a special thanks to Ana,she is just amazing, she is so helpful. The metro and bus station is next to the hotel. I highly recomand this hotel.

The only thing I didn't liked was that the cleaning staff removed the room keys which I left in the wall of the room,so that my phone could charge. When I came back to my room my phone was not charged because while she came to clean the room, the cleaning staff took the key off and took it with her. Thus my phone was not charge at all and I was left with only 1 room key instead if 2 keys. Another thing the cleaning staff did she throw one of my cream which was on the bathroom tablet. I find this disgusting she should not throw anything else apart from those in the bin. I had 1 nearly empty bottle of water on the floor,that also she took away.

We had a great time at the America Diamonds Hotel. Location is decent. Outside your doorstep is the metro which takes you into the main attractions and busy areas very easily. Taxis also were cheap (using the Bolt app). Breakfast was lovely and had a good selection of fruit and pastries. Room was lovely with a nice view outside and was cleaned regularly. I had previously communicated with the hotel about surprising my boyfriend for his birthday. The staff were so lovely and handled everything with ease and grace! He was delighted with the surprise with some bubbles and cake! I asked for later check out which was provided with an extra cost but was still cheaper than expected. Would use this hotel again! Very good value for your money.

The rooms aren’t very sound proof and you could hear people in the rooms beside you and above you.

Silmar, Debora and the young lady who checked us out ( sorry didn't get her name ) puts the sparkle in the Diamond of the America Diamond also the breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient especially the tall gentleman in the restaurant who was really on the ball he was going at the speed of light to keep the restaurant operating smoothly. Great choice of TV channels in the room ( 108 I think ) along with loads of radio channels also a separate radio in the room so as not to have the TV on if you only want to listen to the radio. A big shout also goes out to our chamber person who did an excellent job in maintaining our room during our entire stay. Great choice of food for breakfast ( no way you'll starve to death ) Metro right outside the hotel door. Eduardo VII park a 5 minute walk also it's only a 2kms apx walk to the heart of Lisbon, however if you don't fancy walking there is a bus right outside the hotel to take you there.

Our room 403 had a bath and shower combination ( shower over/in the bath ) however there were no shower curtain or shower screen which caused some water to go on the bathroom floor you could see visible damage been caused to the bathroom door ( from other guests not us ). Not much effort would be required to fit a rail and shower curtain in order to cut down on future maintenance issues also to stop water leaking downstairs.

The breakfast was great! The location was near the metro and bus line. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes as well as grocery stores to buy personal needs and little snacks.

Our room was on the sixth floor. It was humid and hot when we checked in. We tried to turn the AC on, but it wasn't working. My husband spoke to the staff to have the AC turn on, but they won't at first. There was a heated conversation between my husband and one of the staff. We were about to check out from the hotel at that point when the AC was turned on. I believe if the hotel states there are heating and air-conditioning that I should be able to utilize them for my comfort.

We stayed 7 nights at family room. There were 2 rooms and they are big enough. The rooms and hotel is very clean. We like the radios in the rooms, it is good idea. The breakfast is not perfect but good. Location is perfect. The hotel is close to 3 metro stations of the 3 different lines. From air port to hotel you can use red line metro and get off at Saldanha station, it is just 5 minutes walking distance to the hotel.

The windows of room cannot be opened completely, they can only be opened from the top. The bathroom was a bit narrow but we got used to it.

They went above and beyond to make my stay much better than I had anticipated. As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels, I have encountered many hotel staff, but Katia and her team truly stood out! Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made all the difference during my visit. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Lisbon center.

Just a small note: it would have been nice to have a small teapot in the room to make a cup of tea.

Hotel just outside a metro stop on the yellow line. Easy from airport too, by metro (red line). Very friendly staff, caring, always there to help with anything. Good breakfast for a great start of the day, with both salty (cheese, eggs, ham) and sweet choices(bread, cakes, even pasteis de nata) + fresh fruit and good cappuccino. Super clean rooms.

Noisy, as it is on a very busy road, you can hear the cars even with closed windows, even on upper floors. Was ok for us but could be of trouble for light sleepers.

Our flight home was cancelled so we looked online and found this loving looking hotel at a discounted price. We attempted to sleep at the airport until closer to check-in time but only managed a couple hours taking us to 9/10am, so we decided to get a taxi to the hotel and hope they'd let us sit in the reception until check-in at 3pm. We explained our situation and Mallam went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. We're very grateful for all he did. The room was lovely, clean and well equipped. We even got to watch the Euros on their big screen! The walk to the shops/local town wasn't too bad either. Staff were all very friendly too!

Booked a suite with a jacuzzi and a view. Enjoyed a very nice sized room, with a fridge, and huge washroom. Good breakfast with lots of options to suit most tastes. It can get very busy but very hardworking staff who clean and replenish items immediately. Able to store bags early. Two small elevators. Very pleasant and helpful staff at check-in and out. Quiet and peaceful area of town 30 minutes walk from the center. Easily accessible by public transit, close to 3 metro lines and bus routes. Mall across the street has store called Normal for picking up small toiletries and other things. Thank you so much for the lovely surprise Romantic package. It made it so much more of a special celebration stay!!!

The drain on the jacuzzi needed to be repaired. Entire unit needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Fair bit of dirt from the jets when turned on. Toilet (flush) in the room needs repair too.

Really nice, clean & comfortable hotel. Good location for accessing all of Lisbon. Easy walk to the 1st stop for the tour bus! The breakfast had lots of options including gluten & dairy free on request. Cosy little bar for a last drink before bed & very reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel & I would stay there again. All the staff were lovely & helpful too.

If you want to stay in Old Lisbon this is a 40 - 50 minute walk away but we didn’t care & it was a lot cheaper.
