Location is excellent. Views are amazing. Value is excellent. Cleanliness was great.

Only four lockers available for the whole building, so despite expecting to be able to use a locker for my belongings when I checked out, all 4 were taken and I was left to fend for myself for storage. I recommend getting up early on your departure day and snagging a locker until the building provides more some day (hopefully). There was also no silverware just a heads up, despite kitchen being included in description. Kitchen plates were dusty. This wasn't a big deal, I just cleaned them. I imagine this is simply due to lack of use.

Nice room size and location.

The check in is done through a code system, at the beginning we had a problem getting into the building because the code sent via the email did not work. I recommend doing the pre-check in online. There are 4 lockers behind the main door where you can leave your luggage, however they were only accessible after the check-in time (prepare 2Eur coins. It costs us more because it took us a few trials to get the door to lock)

Good location, clean

No people contact. Asked to leave luggage as we arrived early - answer was a definite ‘no’ but when we arrived noticed there were lockable luggage compartments inside the door - we could have had 3 hours without luggage! Everything done electronically!!

The apartament was very clean and located in a walkable distance to many touristic spots. The mini kitchen is nice.

The self check in didn't work as expected as the totem in the entrance hall was out of service. We called the central and they provided us the room code. The totem was not working during our entire stay. We knew the studio was small, but it might become uncomfortable if the stay is longer than 2 or 3 nights.

You cannot beat the location! You are not in the party district but there’s still ample hustle and bustle in the neighbourhood. We stayed on the 4th floor and the view was great. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy and user friendly. Lots of restaurants and a couple of Mercado’s and wine shops within five minutes from the apartment.

There should be a sign on the back of the front door advising guests to make sure the door is securely locked when leaving the apartment.

The location is excellent and the apartment is comfortable and clean with small complete kitchen which is hardly needed with the choice of rrstorants and caffes around.

The smell at the entry of the building was not pleasant.

The studio apartment was perfect for what we needed - very central location close to the Praça do Comércio and 5 minutes walk to the Se (Cathedral). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom fine and the place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen area is very small (behind a cupboard door) but was fine for us to prepare snacks and hot drinks.

As others have said, a shelf in the bathroom would have been useful. The pre-check-in process was a bit of a faff - make sure you have a photo of your passport before you start the process as it will time out quickly if you stop! You can just use the machine at reception on the day. The room was fine with 2 of us in, but if a third person was using the sofa bed we'd have had nowhere to put stuff down. Some apartments I've stayed in before have useful information to hand like nearby restaurants, where to get trams, taxis etc and this would be appreciated.

The location is great. It was quite new and clean The window is beautiful.

There is no receptionist, you have to check in yourself. The system is a bit frustrating, with the codes that you have to enter every time. The service was not too good, I asked for the toilet paper and noone ever brought it. I bought some paper because I didn't want to waste more time for chatting with the host. The room is very small, no shelves in the bathroom, the shampoo is attached to the wall quite high, so a child can't reach it. Very tricky microwave oven, was hard to use. Extremely hard pillows.

The location was centrally located - very convenient for getting a feel of the city! The self check-in process was very slick. Well-equipped to eat some meals in - great location to access all kinds of restaurants, shops, and sights. The unit was compact and efficient. Great size apartment for two people - three is tight.

The front door to the building never secured - it was always open and random people would occasionally enter. The doors on the storage areas and kitchen look nice, but they just get in the way (especially on the kitchen area - these should just be removed). Our daughter slept on the sofa bed - not comfortable and creaky.

The cleaning team is definitely A+! Our room was impeccable everyday! Thank you so much, Martha and Marcia. Air conditioning, wifi, television, balcony, no key needed for doors (code) were other favorites!! You could tell the apartment was recently furnished, everything (except couch fabric) felt new. The apartment's space is VERY well planned. Space is very optimized!

I didn't have an easy time checking in (I tried to pay the city tax, it wasn't going through, not sure why. My friend (and second guest) wasn't with me yet and the kiosk asked to scan all documents...) but the staff was extra helpful and eventually I figured it out. The sofa bed's mattress was the low point : ( had to share the queen bed with my friend because I woke up so sore after the first night. Hair drier was (just) OK. Also, why are the bathroom trash cans SO tiny lol?
