The location was excellent! Walking distance to time out marked and other places in the area, and we used Uber which was quite cheap wherever we wanted to go. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but for 3 days was enough of choice.

The smell in our room! We were I supposed under the ground or something like that. Without windows only something like a corridor! Our room smelled like feet or something like it. Very unpleasant!!! Lucky we weren’t that much inside but kid of ruined our stay.

The breakfast was amazing - very tasty and it had everything you could ask for, including delicious pastries. The view from the terrace is stunning, making breakfast even more enjoyable! :) Special thanks to the staff: the woman who served breakfast was very nice and attentive. She gave me some great tips on what to do in Lisbon during bad weather. The receptionists were also very helpful. The guy who assisted me upon arrival provided me with the best room option. Thank you for that! The location is perfect - right next to the metro and station, close to the TimeOut market, the river (and boat trips accordingly), and all tourist attractions.

There was no bottle opener for the wine bottle welcome gift.

My wife and I visited Lisbon in early August this year and we were extremely happy with our choice of hotel. It was in a cosy beautiful neighborhood hidden from the crowds and noise of the main streets but at the same time in 10 minutes walk from all the central sightseeing locations of the city. There was a great restaurant with a fantastic view just in a couple of steps from the hotel, and the hotel itself has a rooftop with an awesome view of the city and the bay. The breakfast was very good with homemade traditional food and sweets. Our room was quite small in size, but it hat just enough space and shelfs to store our luggage and belongings, so the remaining space for perfect for two. The hosts were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. Special thanks to Gabriel, Claudia and Joao. One advice from me to everyone seeking to feel the vibe of an ocean- go to Costa Da Caparica! And try a surfing class. That’s worth visiting Lisbon:)

The location was excellent- from the charming streets and waterfront location; to the bars and restaurants steps always from the hotel; to the easy access to the main streets and public transportation - it was truly a safe, convenient and beautiful location!! The views from the rooftop breakfast/bar were breathtaking and the room was very comfortable, clean and had a great little view of the charming street leading to the water…everything about the property was charming -especially the staff from João the first person to greet us and check us in (it was nice to have our early check-in honored) João was incredible; to the ladies working the bar in the evening who encouraged us to try the Green Wine (highly recommend), they made us feel so welcome; to the breakfast staff who were so accommodating and lovely to talk to about the local foods (their pasteis de nata were awesome -small but mighty little bites); to Gabriel who helped us to make our check out and taxi ride to the airport seamless - he was also a wealth of information about not only Portugal but other countries like his home country of Brazil. All the staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable!!

The only negative was the fact that Ubers could not drop off at the front of the hotel but this negative quickly became a positive when we realized how it added to the charm of the area surrounding our hotel ;) the hotel was able to set up a taxi pickup right in front of hotel for our departure :)

I am so happy to have found a home in Lisbon. The services are exceptional. The rooms are so cozy and comfortable. The rooftop bar is a dream come true in the heart of the city. You are steps away from the best attractions and fantastic restaurants. The best part is that it is super calm and peaceful. Breakfast buffet,oh my god, so fresh and delicious. But the most important than all of above, the staff! They are one of the best staff I have seen among all my travels. Pedro, Joao, Konstanza, Yasmin, Claudia, Beth, Walter they all make you feel absolutely home with their kindness and big smile on their faces and friendliness. The location is convenient and in a relatively quiet area (for Lisbon :). I must say that the absolute added value, in my opinion, was the staff. We interacted with multiple members of the staff and everybody was extremely nice and understanding, especially when they solved a slight inconvenience we had experienced. The kindness and professionalism of the staff deserves recognition.

One of the rooms we were assigned wasn’t up to the standard of the hotel, so to say, but the staffers, as mentioned, solved the issue more than adequately. Rooms are prone to intercept noises from outside and inside the hotel but this is a commonplace all around Lisbon, so no issue.

This is a very cozy hotel with very clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, and centered well in Lisbon. Many sites are within a walking distance. The team is amazing and warm welcoming. Jaoao was of much assistance in providing information. Gabriel did great in assisting us in our needs. A great applause to wonderful Cluadia. Cluadia presence is well noticed between guests. She tries her best to make the stay of the guests a unique experience. Thank you all

Staff welcomed us and gave us a great run down of the city. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of variety. Great location within walking distance of a lot of great food and things to do.

Windows didn't block much sound so we were woken up by people on the street all night. There is an outdoor bar next door as well so if you like to get to bed early then this can be a nuisance.

We loved the location, right next to a popular public terrace where you can see the sunset and listen to street music. The hotel was unique in design and had lovely touches to the styling. It has it’s own beautiful rooftop bar which was delightful for breakfast and a drink after a day strolling the City. The staff were super helpful and sweet to interact with.

The bathroom was a bit teeny tiny but totally fine for a few night stay. Equally it was designed well and had lovely bathroom products.
