Very spacious and clean apartment with an amazing view. Perfect location as the metro was only a short walk away as well as there being a lot to look at and do within walking distance too. Staff were also lovely when we went to collect our keys. We arrived before check in time so they let us leave our luggage there. Overall we had a really nice stay and glad we picked this apartment.

The only thing I would mention to people staying in the future is the steps are quite steep up to the top of the building. And that there is just the one mirror in the bathroom so if I'm being picky it would help with getting ready/doing makeup if there was a mirror somewhere else in the apartment too 😀

very nice stylish spacious apartment. the view is beautiful, there is great wind from the windows. the area around has many small cafes and restaurants.

Few things to consider before taking this apartment- 1. it is on the 4th floor with no elevator 2. it is a top floor apartment and there is no air conditioning. meaning, in a warm day it gets very hot during the day 3. it is central BUT not in the center. it takes about 10-15 min walk to get to the heart of Lisbon All that said, we loved it and had an amazing time. we even ended up extending our stay .

The location is amazing! The place itself is wonderful - very spacious, great view, washer and everything :)

The cons - the key to open the door hardly works at all. Thank goodness there was a nice old man on the bottom floor who kept letting me in. There was supposed to be internet but it wasn’t working while I was there. Everytime I tried to call the staff to ask for help, they never answered. Otherwise, the place itself is great!

Location was very central. liked the airiness.

the only thing was the front door key had to be specially manipulated to unlock the door.

All good apart of entrance key . Guy change it or change lock . Takes 20 minutes to open the door . Thank you to Grandpa on ground floor .

Great location! Confortable stay!

Location - close to Bairro Alto, and the city centre, but still a quiet location. The apartment is beautiful and the view from the window is amazing.

On the first day, we wanted to use the washing machine which tripped the fuses. First time in a different environment, we were unable to locate the problem and resolve it ourselves. We sent them messages during their working hours (!) but haven't got any response, so we had to stay without electricity until the next evening. We called them the next day and their response was "first you try this and this when you come back to the apartment in the evening and if it doesn't work, we will see", despite our persmission to enter the apartment anytime. Fortunately it worked, but the washing machine was broken and we were never offered any compensation for this. So for us,it was not worth the money. We also had to pick up the keys in the office quite far away from the apartment. The main door lock was quite tricky to open.

Not much but the fact that it was in a nice location .

The property had squeaking floors ( floating floor boards ). Every time you took a step the floors squeaked making a loud noise. It had no cleaning products , no soap for hands or dishes , no sponge , rags or cloths in the kitchen . There was no soap for hands in the bathroom, no shower gels or anything in the bathroom. No air conditioning ( how can you have an apartment in the city centre in summer with no air conditioning. Also we were on the 4th floor with no elevators and we paid a small fortune to stay there .
