Wow what a great apartment! This is our third visit to Lisbon and we finally found the perfect place to stay. If we come back to Lisbon again this will be our first option for accommodation. We got a really huge and amazingly designed apartment, full of light. They prepared a pampering table for us with wine and treats and we immediately felt at home. The location is super central and really convenient. Walking distance from the city center, short walking distance from the main train station (including the ferry lines), very close to the Time Out market for those who are interested. But the real bonus - 3 minutes from the Landau cafe that sells the most delicious chocolate cakes - don't miss it! Lisbon is full of hills but the apartment is conveniently located at the beginning of the hill so it was never too difficult to get to. Some people think that the city center is too noisy at night, because there are always people who party until late, personally it didn't bother me and I slept great, the bed was also really comfortable. We traveled with children and the apartment was perfect, very large, with a fully equipped kitchenette so that we ate breakfast and dinner that we cooked in the apartment. There is also a washing machine with a dryer. The staff is very friendly and efficient! They were available to us for any question and request on WhatsApp and really tried to help with everything. Especially the wonderful Andreia Rodrigues. It was a perfect stay and we really enjoyed it! We already miss beautiful Lisbon very much.

Keep in mind that if you need to store your belongings, there is no such option at the apartment hotel and you will be directed to another property under their management near Rossio Square. It's not a relatively long walking distance, but with luggage it's not the most convenient. We took a taxi there and it was worth the investment (about 12 euros, depending on how busy the traffic is), because in any case, every storage place near the apartment charges at least 5 euros per suitcase and is not necessarily open 24 hours

The flat was well stocked for travelers. The host provided milk, fruit, coffee, tissues, and dinnerware. The location was excellent (central). We liked the courtyard area as well. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Also, the value for the price paid was excellent.

The street noise (cars) was evident but not too bad. There was a small incident with ants in the bathroom, but the property dealt with it immediately in a non-toxic way (very appreciated). The bathroom was a bit cramped but serviceable.

Everything. The apartment was spacious and clean, close to great cafe and restaurants. Shopping was easy as supermarket just around the corner and walking distance from most things. Apartment cleaned and change of bedlinen, towels etc half way through our stay. Mathilde was really helpful and friendly.

It was in a great "hip" area so a little noise when people going home after an evening out. But it's Lisbon, we're on holidays, so we could sleep in!

Beautiful historic style apartment right in the heart of Lisbon Old Town. Loved the style as well as the huge space here. Great restaurant just across the square & the best cafe on the corner (Copenhagen Cafe). We felt right at home with a washing/drying machine & DW plus supermarket nearby, it was so nice to have dinner in one night. Short 4 min walk from the main train/bus station as well as the old tram. Communication with the host was amazing! I would definitely recommend a stay here :)

As the apartment is in a public square in a lively area it can attract a few smokers etc. It never bothered us & the windows/doors are well soundproofed but if you want a super quiet stay it should be considered.

I really did love being at this location it was 2 blocks from The famous Pink Street and it was very quiet even with the noise outside inside the house I love that my bedroom was upstairs and it was very, very clean. It had everything that I needed to cook with. I was on the 3rd floor, and there was an elevator. The flat was very, very spacious. I felt like home. It was in secure building, very quiet even with the other guests staying in the building, The staff was very responsive & quick every time I asked a question, Again, it was a very clean unit. The bedroom was very spacious, comfortable, and very cozy You were very close to walking distance to many restaurants. A mini supermarket around the corner. I was able to walk 5 -10 mins to different locations. that I want to be. I can go on and on, but for sure, this will be one of my favorite flats so far to stay.. The riverfront is about an 8 min walk. You will find lots of restaurants and things to do there. Many restaurants nearby stay open past 12 midnight, too.

Just need a broom. I did not see one in the unit.

The apartment was in an excellent location in the center of a very LIVELY area! There is one bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstairs within the apartment which was perfect for traveling with my cousin who is an early bird and me who prefers to sleep in! Excellent communication from the hosts.

If you are a light sleeper, I would consider a different location. There is a LOT of noise ALL night from the local restaurants and bars. We read reviews prior to booking and knew this the case so it did not bother us at all (gave us a good laugh to listen to the party goers laugh and talk LOUDLY all night)! However, those of you who are sensitive to noise should reconsider.

The house itself is a truly beautiful, very solid old town house with thick walls, large windows, high ceiling and wonderful wooden floor. The interior is completely modern and of good style. Especially excellent and cosy beds, a great kitchen and good bathroom, plus large living room. Drinks, fruits and light snacks were carefully provided by the hosts. The location in town is very good too. Very close to the centre, very close to the river. Everything is just there. I can highly recommend Residentas Apostolos. In fact I would like to return myself.

The apartment is very cute, nicely decorated, and has ample space. We were 3 adults- my parents stayed in the main bedroom and I in the living room sofa bed. Location was very easy to get to most of the touristic sites. The host was excellent, checking in throughout our short stay and provided us everything we requested, along with some really cute, nice touches to make us feel so welcomed. The apartment is very spacious- plenty of room to spread out and feel very comfortable. Most importantly, so many things were just a short 5-10 minute walk!

It was noisy at night in the neighborhood, as many people mentioned, BUT with the windows closed it was not a disturbance at all. This is in the middle of a fun neighborhood but we had no problem escaping into our convenient apartment to sleep even though the party around us kept going.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at these apartments. From the very beginning, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We arrived late, around midnight, and to our surprise, there was a beautifully set table waiting for all three of us, complete with snacks. This thoughtful gesture made us feel incredibly welcomed after a long journey. The attention to details was evident in everything, from the cosy room with its carefully chosen décor to the small touches like left earplugs, in case of need.

Great location - very easy to walk to all the places you'd want to visit and see in Lisbon. Apartment is very roomy, high ceilings and it's nice to live in a 300-yr old building! Property managers are extremely responsive and helpful (whatsapp/booking.com messaging) - they immediately fixed a broken shower head and lamp in living room. Access to apartment was easy through codes for main door and apartment.

Gets a little bit noisy at night because it's closer to the happening places (on Pink Street, etc.) so bear that in mind if you are a light sleeper.
