Very good location, just few steps away from the entrance/exit of metro station Sao Sebastiao. Department store, restaurants and mini mart are in walkable distance. Friendly and nice staff. With simple but good breakfast.

Great all round experience, we enjoyed the roof top pool area and the sports screens in the bar. Friendly staff.

The breakfast offering could be improved, the better sausages and the hash browns that we had on Friday morning were a highlight and they were gone for Saturday and Sunday. A coffee machine that can produce latte/cappuchino would be significant improvement.

Nice hotel, comfortable, spacious room, more less basically equipped, but everything you really need is there. Spotlessly clean room so the best comments for the cleaning staff, discreet and perfectly doing their job. Staff generally is kind - a professional way of kind. Situated in a very nice, quiet part of the town with metro and some bus stations literally a minute away, it is very good connected to the centre and different touristic atractions. Big shopping mall is two minutes from the hotel, Lidl and restaurants offering different cuisines as well.

My biggest problem and complaint is about the heating which practically has’t been working at all. We were there 1-7 January and it was very cold in the room in the mornings and specially evenings and nights. Since heating is central, I complained once at the reception, they said they would do something but they didn’t. Second time, the other person at the reception reacted and thus we had heating unfortunately for only one night. So, if you go at the winter time, be prepared to be persistent, demanding the heating over and over again. In that sense, the rooftop pool doesn’t make any sense in the winter time, since the water is ice cold.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Small token big gesture! Doors were slammed shut in the hallway from time to time Eggs at Breakfast could use some improvement

The staff were amazing and very understanding of our large group and it's requirements. The pool facilities were great. The cleaners did an exceptional job and are very trustworthy - We left all of our stuff out and they still cleaned and put our stuff away neatly and in full. The breakfast was decent but the location was superb, plenty of food places down the road. Genuinely impressed with the staff and their warm welcome, even when we were getting a bit noisy throughout the stay! Top class job and amazing value for money.

The sausages at breakfast, barring that honestly not a bad thing to say.

The Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room is cleaned regularly and the bed was so comfortable, the food was great amazing selection for breakfast to cater for all, the pool on the roof is a major highlight where everyone can relax or mingle while having a waiter service for food/drink, and the location could not be better close the all shops and sightseeing like the tram 28 takes 10mins in a taxi and all of the nightlife and clubs open until 4-6am or the beeches are around 25mins mins away

That the hotel is missing a star. Should be 4, this is not a 3 star hotel. I would only say maybe have the pancakes already cooked next to the bacon etc and the milk could be more chilled.

Location - v central, whilst avoiding the hustle and bustle. A handy Metro Station entrance (Sao Sebastiao) is literally across the road from the entrance. Easy to get to the city centre, and to the airport. Staff - v helpful and accommodating. One member went over and above to help me at 7am when my partner was sick. Room - spacious, clean, comfortable. Not noisy. Bathroom was clean and water pressure good! Had a safe and a closet with hangers. Breakfast - good variety. Hot food, bread and pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee & juices etc. Rooftop pool + sun loungers + sauna.

V difficult to find faults. If I had to be picky: wi-fi could sometimes be a bit slow at peak times, and the lights in the room were a little dim during the day (but we were out, mostly)

Location: - Not exactly walking distance to city centre, but the Metro sattion is literally around the corner and the journey v quick - The Metro station is on a direct line from the Airport. All Metro journeys cost only 1 Euro! - There are facilities such as shops and restaurants nearby, although we did not make use of them, nor of the pool and sauna. Wide choice of food for breakfeast. Our room was clean with well maintained furniture. The reception and bar staff were superfriendly.

Personally I like to have a comfortable seat to sit in, rather than having to use the bed or desk chair.

I loved everything about the hotel.. it's comfortable and super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options for everyone. The laundry service was on point. There is an awesome pool and sauna on the roof top and the bar staff serve warm and cold beverages up there (my favourite!) ...very cool! You step outside the hotel and the Sao Sabastiao metro station is right across the street - can take you to and from the airport in 20+ minutes for under 3€ ! There are tons of restaurants within walking distance- to the left and right of the hotel. El Cortez Ingles is 3 minutes away with 7+ floors of shopping and dining for everyone! Sana Reno is now my hotel of choice for Lisbon!

Breakfast was good. Would be nice if it were more diverse through our stay (we stayed 5 nights). Nothing exceptional, but reasonable buffet. The location is excellent, Metro (Red and Blue line) in front of the hotel. Close to the Gulbenkian centre and a park. Staff was very helpful too.

Rooms tend to be noisy - you hear your neighbors water running. Airconditioning was extremely loudly. Glad we didn't need it. You hear every airplane landing or taking off from Lisbon Airport (the hotel is in the line of the runway). Street is also noisy with some buses and garbage collecting vehicles in the night. Windows does not provide enough sound insulation. So pack your earplugs.
