Location far exceeded my expectations - close to the Metro and many restaurants in the area. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the room was suitable for one person.

The only negative aspect of the stay was the lack of certain amenities such as paper towels, a dishtowel, and bowls for food like cereal.

The apartments are centrally located, and the ones we rented (4A and 5A) were really nice. Both had 2 bedrooms, 1 convertible sofa in the living room, and a kitchen. It had easy access to the Campo Pequeño commercial area as well as to the Metro. The building also has two lifts which were very useful for bringing luggage up!

To get to the elevators to go up to the apartments, there was a 10-20 step stairwell that one has to go up first from the front door. This is easy enough if one does not have luggage, but since we were on the tail end of a 3 week trip, we had lots of luggage that were difficult to lug up those stairs. Also, the elevators (2 in the building) are tiny, and might not be good for those with claustrophobia. We were thankful for it as it was very useful for luggage!

Very helpful staff. The apartment is managed by an office close by, which is open 24/7, so no worries if you are on a late flight. Whilst you have to book out by mid-day, they do offer you the opportunity to leave you bags at a nearby hotel that they run. It is very useful if you have a late flight back. Facility has fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and toaster. The bathroom has clean towels, a shower, and a bidet.

Lifts are VERY small. You would struggle to get two full-size suitcases and two people in the lift at the same time.This is more a comment about the building (which is otherwise very nice) rather than the apartment itself.

The position is very good, close both to the train and subway services. Close by there is a shopping mall where you can find everything you need. The apartment is fully equipped, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. The remote support is incredible, they are always available via whatsapp

In the building one elevator was not working and the other one only allowed three people in at the same time. The sofa's pillows and cover were a bit dirty, and the electronic lock in the apartment 6b was not working (but it since support was 24/7 that was not an issue).

The location was perfect, situated right next to the bullfighting arena. The loft itself was huge, clean, and modern—probably one of the best studios/flats I've ever stayed in within a European city. Access was easy, both to the main door and the flat itself, with two lifts available. The entire building was clean and modern. The studio has two balconies/terraces, perfect for dining or having drinks in the evening or breakfast. The couch/bed was made upon arrival with towels neatly folded on the bed. All amenities were excellent, including great water pressure in the shower. There's a supermarket and pharmacy at the end of the street, and the area felt very safe. The owners were easy to reach via WhatsApp, which made communication very convenient. I'd highly recommend this place if you're staying for a few days in Lisbon.

I have nothing negative to say except that the flat was lacking wall plugs or plug extensions.

The property facilities and location

No parking, only 3 coffee pods for the whole stay, micro lifts and no regular cleaning. When we asked for someone to come in to clean the apartment, reception said they would send someone in but no one ever did. We had to come into reception at the night to collect new bedsheets ourselves because my baby got them dirty and we couldn't sleep on them. The actual bedsheets that we were given ended up being the wrong set. This was on our last night and for perspective, we stayed Sunday and checked out on Saturday the next week.

The region and the apartment were very much like our expectations.

We saw no mention of stairs on the building entrance. Since my mother could use the stairs it was ok. Otherwise it would have been difficult. Later we saw a second entrance, or entrance possibility, without using stairs, but it was not informed on the page. One of the feet of the tv set furniture is actually broken. We did not know it as we tried to move the mentioned furniture and the TV almost fell to the floor - what we somehow managed to prevent. Maybe the last users have broken this and said nothing to the apartment managers. In any case, fixing this furniture is very recommendable.

The accommodation was beautiful and nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was clean and spacious, and the balcony was also roomy. The location is great, with a bus stop nearby that provides quick access to the city center. The accommodation is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and there's an excellent breakfast bistro right next to the building.

The accommodation would be better if the double beds were separable, especially for business trips where the accommodation is shared with colleagues rather than family.

The location was great, host gave us early check in, apartment was nice and spacious and clean. There were plenty of shops in the area and easy transport to the centre. There was enough to see nearby the apartment as well.

The elevator doesn't start from the ground so it can be difficult with luggage or those with mobility issues. There could be more amenities in the apartment for stays longer than two days. I would suggest a tea towel for the kitchen, more toilet paper, more hooks (nowhere to hang anything), a suitcase stand, a soap dish and/or product rack in the shower, and basics for cooking in the kitchen like oil, salt, pepper.

Location is perfect as well as the spatious balcony and well equiped kitchen. Perfect for morning coffee. Very safe place with supermarket and metro in walking distance.

I would say that sofa bed needs deep cleaning or complete change - not very comfortable for sleeping if you are in group of 3-4. Elevator is the smallest ever - it works good but very hard for navigation with luggage. Toilet has balcony door as well so it is just weird.
