Very nice pool, we went end of august/early September and it was never busy. Room was amazing, very comfortable, pretty views. Cleaners were very nice and even checked in on us after a few days of no cleaning to see if we needed anything! And the location was incredible, 5 mins from a metro station and could get anywhere very quickly. The area was nice and everyone in the area was very accepting of us as tourists.

The bar seemed to be poorly time managed, some untrained staff which was not an issue at all, but service was quite slow and there was no staff on for about 30 mins. We weren't up to much so we just sat around but we did end up waiting until another resident asked for bartender at reception.

The staff was really polite, everything was clean ( especially I liked how clean and good smell was in the toilets 🚻 😅) swimming pool is nice if you travel with kids, it's not so deep, and there is place in the pool where it's until knees, so small kids can play in the pool themselves Also there is restaurant inside ,it was for us expensive, but we ate twice the buffet in the evening, it was nice and tasty 19 euro per person And what I liked the most there was a blackout curtains, I have a problems with sleeping and there were dark in the room, so I could 😴 The air conditioner was working perfectly 👌 💞

The only minus, when there is check in there is a lot of people and not much stuff, so we had to wait in the queue for 20 minutes when was check in..., only 2 people worked

We liked the dinner buffet in the restaurant. The nice and serviceminded staff. The breakfast buffet. The bar and TV screen for watching football. The Metro just a few hundred meters away. The size of the room was good, with big windows, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok and very clean. The reasonable price for the room. The locked up luggage room for use before or after check in. The aircondition. Top floor, 13th floor, had a balcony. Great view from the balcony (but a bit noisy outside). After all it is in the city. Easy access to everywhere because of the Metro and trainstation nearby.

Nothing that the hotel can improve, but there is traffic noise and noise from trains and aeroplans when/if you open the window. Otherwise it did not disturb us at all, the room was close to noiseproof.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. They offer an amenity when you arrive with non sparkling water. As for the breakfast it offers various food from ham, eggs, cereals, coffee and various pastries and fruits, so you can find something to your liking. The location is also great since the train station is in near the hotel, so if you plan a side trip to Sintra it will pay off. Also it's close to the city center where a lot of restaurants are located and various coffee shops.

The hotel has a pool, and since we had a bad luck with the weather during these days, it would have been wholesome if it worked.. But everything else is pretty good for the price and the services.

The safe was large enough for me to store two laptops and a DSLR camera with ease. The fridge was large enough to store quite a few cold drinks. The bed was very comfortable.

The shaving point was a bit intermittent. (I mentioned this at check-out.) Guessing the button to press in one of the lifts for a room with a number starting with a 1 was something I never got to grips with. The air conditioning was quite loud; being from northern Europe, I switched it off and opened the window.

Great value for money. Room was clean and staff were really nice and helpful. Excellent location, close to the city centre and at walking distance of everything. Lovely pool, towels available from reception at a small cost. Reimbursable deposit, when you give towels back. Will definitely stay here again.

One of the elevators wasn't working, and the waiting time was really long. At times there were long queues of guests waiting. Also I needed an iron for a few items of clothes and there wasn't one available for the guests to use. Instead you had to fill in a form for the laundry service to do this on your behalf at a cost per item, which I thought was quite expensive.

We where 20 friends stayed here for 4 nights in Lisboa. We took this hotel for one reason the pool . The hotel is hug, but the lobby area with the bar is nice. The bar staff is amazing they work their ass off to service everyone and they are nice and smiling. The rooms are great its clean and fresh with amazing good beds , pillow , minibar everything you need. The bath rooms are large clean but alittle outdated but for a city break its not a big deal. Breakfast in the morning is well let us say its have ambience with many people because its a large hotel. You have to wait in line for coffee mugs because they where always gone. The breakfast however is nice and you get everything you need for a good start at the day. Some of us had dinner in the evening in the restaurant you could choose the buffet who had everything you need or choose from Menu and it was suprisingly good. Its not a luxury hotel and it dont pretend to be but its nice people working there and very effective in the reception. will we stay there again yes we would .

Alittle outdated in the bathroom but all ok.

Breakfast was awesome. Hotel is clean and has a good vibe. Great for overnight and close to airport.

Rude guest was sitting at the hotel bar on speaker phone for over an hour disrupting other guests with his obnoxious behaviour in spite of management politely speaking to him a number of times. I would have taken stronger measures as one rude guest should not be allowed to ruin the stay of others.

The location was good as it was right next to a main train station Entre Campos which takes you all over Lisbon, Sintra, Porto, Cascais etc. There were many bars and restaurants in the area too. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Had good night's sleep as no noise was heard from other rooms, very silent. The room was cleaned, fresh towels left and bed made every day which was great. They even changed our bedding mid week! Perfect. Loved the pool on the hot days and we had a room with a pool view on the 2nd floor so it wasn't too far a walk to get there. There was also a small bar serving fizzy drinks and Super Bock along with pizzas. Our flight was very early and we had to leave at 4am. The porter on duty called a taxi and it arrived within 5 minutes, there was no need to pre book. Had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend.

The air con in the room wasn't very strong and if the window was left open to get air in, you could hear the planes and traffic noise, so make sure you bring your own portable fan during hot months, which is what we will do next time we stay.

Good sized and well refurbished room. Very comfortable beds and a very good amount of storage space. Windows are double insulated meaning there is no noise from the traffic or nearby airport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Although we did not use the pool due the weather, it looked clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers. While the location is not so central (but less than 30 minutes by public transport) the amenities in the area are great with supermarkets, train station and metro close by within a 5 minute walk. The proximity to the airport is also great (less than 15 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by metro). A good tip is that the hotel's paid car park on the left of the entrance when exiting is a great shortcut to the main street rather than walking around the entire building. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The bathroom could do with updating, especially the toilet which appears to be from at least the 80s and was continuously leaking water in the toilet bowl. Also in the bathroom, the ceiling panels move when opening the door, or seemingly when large planes fly overhead. I have also stayed in one of the sister hotels VIP Inn Berna which is next door, which serves as a model of what the Zurique could be with more refurbishment (and is also cheaper). We would have appreciated more electric sockets, at least one on each side of the beds, however this wasn't a problem in itself, just a suggestion. Also to note, the VIP chain used the Executive brand for its 4 star hotels, however the Zurique has only achieved a 3 star rating.
