Very good location in the center, on a quiet street which means you can actually sleep well at night and even open the window. The common area is a real plus, clean and cosy. The room is also nice and very clean, with a nice view and small balcony. I had some work meetings to do there and it was great to have a small desk, chair and good wifi in the room.

They put lots of perfume in the room when you first check-in, and at some point you understand they do so because the bathroom has some sewer odors sometimes. Also, the "double bed" is actually two single beds put together ; one of the mattress was very comfy, one was horrible.

The property is cleaned everyday which I appreciated the most! They also organise events on a weekly basis like: wine tasting, live music and comedy nights. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. The staffs were polite and helpful! The location is super central, I saved a lot on transport money to visit the places of interest.

There’s smell coming out of the ventilation and from inside the bathroom that makes the whole room smell bad. Good thing the weather is still reasonable to keep windows open. Weird that overall the spaces are super clean, but the cushion seats at the co-working area/lobby are a bit filthy to sit comfortably on.

Excellent location in the center of the town where you do not even have to take public transport. Staff is super friendly and happy to help in any way possible and always with a smile. The bed I got into the 4-person room was comfortable. I also like a lot the fact that the beds are not really facing each other so you have some sort of a privacy as well.

Maybe it would be good to offer as well a locker for storing our items. Also with so many people from many places, adding some vegan options for the breakfast it would be good (I did not opt for the breakfast because of that to be honest).

In the shared room I was in, we had individual curtains for our bed which was great to cut out light and provide privacy. Helpful staff and I was able to leave my luggage on the day of checkout and return to get it since I had a late checkout. I didn't hear noise from neighbors in other rooms or the street below. Fantastic location close to restaurants, Metro, and more.

Check in could take a while depending on how many people showed up. They only had one person processing check in when I arrived but other days they had 2. Locking the drawer underneath my bed was challenging. I had a variety of locks including a cable lock and a small padlock. The mechanism is to turn and lock. Several of my locks were not effective at securing it.

Wonderful location, extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfast.

I’ve been waiting till I check out to write this. Staff (lady) at the reception on 4 august at 11am- you were terribly rude for absolutely nothing. I made the grave error of taking a hand sanitiser that was at the desk. She literally yelled at my for ‘reaching out’ to her area and taking HER sanitiser. Are you kidding me? Over 700 euros paid in room rent for 7 days and I get berated in public for attempting to use one pump of hand sanitiser. Appeal to the owner - don’t keep people who have such terrible manners at the front desk. She should NOT BE dealing with people. Being insulted and spoken to rudely for nothing is not acceptable.

This nice Hostel is located near Restauradores, which is also a Bus Stop arriving from Lisbon Airport. Everything is almost close, so a perfect location for explorers by feet. The staff was super friendly and they had my room finished like 3 hours before the Check-In time. The room was spotless and good equipped. I did like my room mates and the option to have privacy by using the curtains. The locker (bring your own padlock otherwise you can by one) is spacious, so my opened suitcase fitted easily inside. The Bathroom and especially the Shower were just great. I felt all the time comfortable.

It highly depends on your room mates, especially if they are considerate.

Best location!!! The staff were super helpful when checking in and checking out. Seemed more like a hotel than a hostel, which provided privacy. Rooms were clean and the accomodation offered many different things to do during out time in Lisbon.

Would not recommend breakfast. The food felt like I was at school camp. There wasn’t too much variety and there were many cafes outside that seemed a better and cheaper option. The shower handle was missing so we couldn’t use the overhead shower head sprinkler. We were probably unlucky that a youth Dutch volleyball team were on our floor and they were making loud noises in the corridor all night until nearly 2am.

We booked 2 beds in a 4 room dorm which was our best decision to book in The centre house Lisbon. Rooms were so cute clean and modern . Very spacious and beautiful. Loved my stay , staff was amazing, helpful. It felt like staying in a luxury hotel/ hostel. Everything was perfect for us, our roommates were amazing. The hostel had really good vibes and the best thing is its right in the centre . Everything is around it. I wish to go back again to lisbon and stay the same place. I highly recommend it.

Location is superb, room has air conditioner and soap is provided. Hostel is clean in general but could be better. It is located at a busy street but once the windows are closed, you can’t hear anything. I slept pretty well. Quiet hostel, which I really like.

Not sure if I felt welcomed here. Kinda slow in check in and out. Also about online check-in, it is weird that I have key in my credit card number which i decided not to, and just check in at the reception. The staff is friendly but keeps talking among themselves instead of finishing up the check-in ASAP. Although the hostel looks clean, there was mould in the bathroom floor, floor mat is not changed everyday. and even the washroom on the ground floor smells kind of bad.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean place. Very central and yet quiet at night (unless there is a snorer in your dorm!). I don't do breakfast and was so happy to have access to just coffee in the morning (free of charge during breakfast time).

Some travellers not respecting others by using the hairdryer at 1am for instance, by turning all lights on and disturbing people's sleep when arriving in the middle of the night. A bit of a shame! Maybe all travellers should be reminded of some etiquette when in shared accommodation ...
