I stayed there for 4 nights. Very great location (both historic center and local side). Entering is easy with individual password. Room keeps clean everyday. I liked a well equipped kitchen. There is even a washing mashine and an iron. When I visit Lisboa again, hope to stay here.

Unfortunately, front building was under construction (Dec '23). It made noise a lot during daytime, it doesn't matter for me because I was almost outside during daytime. One thing makes me unhappy was that restroom fan of room G didn't work. I hope it work well when I stay again.

We booked a Junior Studio, the smallest room available, and is was still plenty spacious for us. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen did have all the amenities, including a clothes washer, dishwasher, some detergent, dishwasher soap, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper. The cleaning service was available daily if desired. Everything was clean and up to date. There were many restaurants and groceries within walking distance and the metro and train were also very near. We appreciated the no contact check in as well, although there was a person at the desk, if needed.

The Junior Studios are on the 3rd floor and the lift only goes to the second floor. But the 3rd floor is an easy walk up from the 2nd floor via a wide, not too steep staircase. So no true dislikes!!!

Terrific location a short block to where all the tours left from, good coffee shops and metro” nearby, yet not on a noisy Main Street. Big rooms with updated appliances in full kitchen. And huge bedroom with comfortable king bed. Cleaned daily. Facilities for exercise and lounge room in basement. Very pleasant and helpful staff

Had to climb down metal stairs to get to bedroom that was a level lower- and there was no privacy door to bedroom. Was an issue at are more mature age, esp with night time restroom trips. Couch pillows smelled of BO.

The property management sent me the key pad code in advance of my arrival so that I knew i could get in even though I would arrive late at night. Also, getting the key code in advance provide me piece of mind since I might not have internet access during my travel and before arrival to the property. In addition, using the same code for main door and my apartment door was very convenient. I could remember just one code for all entry. I loved the system. Hot water availability and high shower water pressure are very important to me and this property exceeded my expectation! Staffs were all very kind and nice and helpful.

The only thing for me was shower tub. since in the shower, there was only partial divider(?) so, water would spread out on the floor and floor mat would stay wet all the time. it would be great if there is a shower curtain installed. other than that, everything was great.

The apartment is located on a quiet street, yet in the center of all actions. Most of every attraction can be reached by foot. Easy to pull a car in front of the apartment to load or unload the luggage. A few minutes walk to Rossio train station for Sintra. There are many good mom n pop's restaurants on the same street. The room is clean and spacious with comfy beds. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. However, we had to leave the water run for a little while to get hot water, which is no big deal for us. Check-in was seamless. We received messages from the hotel a couple of days before arrival, with access codes to the apartment and luggage storage. We arrived before check-in time and access to the louge area on the basement to get some snooz on a fomfy couch after a long flight. Staff were responsive and proactive. We left our suitecases in the luggage storage before departing to Sintra and returned to stay with them again. I would definitely stay here again if I get a chance to revisit Lisbon

The second time of our stay, we found a can of dog food and plastic containers in a kitchen cupboard. The cleaner might be in a hurry to prepare room for us because we requested early check-in.

I loved the harmony between privacy and comfort. I didn’t know that the apartment included daily cleaning services, which I loved a lot! I also really enjoyed the basement lounge and the honor mini-bar in it. The rooftop was also a nice surprise! The staff are super friendly and very professional. The location was also the best for me, so close to everything, including the city center, tour pickup points, and shopping areas.

My apartment was facing the street, and it can get really noisy sometimes because crazy or drunk people would talk really loudly or scream at night.

Super cute place, easy to check in with a combination of a code and a staffed front desk. No keys, just codes to enter building and room. The rooms are SUPER well equipped with cooking utensils, pots & pans, even some oil and salt/pepper in our case.

Not the fault of the accommodation but be aware that there is a limited selection of supermarkets nearby for groceries and they all shut fairly early. Plan ahead for meals if you intend on cooking!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although not always on site, the main office can be called for help. Great location. Within walking distance of some good restaurants and very close to the train station to Sintra and the metro. The roof top terrace is nice although it was too windy for us to use at the time. We were comfortable and slept well.

If you are in to watching TV (which we were not) the television is at an awkward angle for watching. Also, our apartment was on the third floor. The elevator only goes up to the second floor and you have to take the stairs the rest of the way up to the third floor. This was not a problem for us but it may be for some

Honestly one of the best places I've ever stayed in on my travels! It truly exceeded my expectations. It's really very well-designed, not just aesthetically but also in terms of user-friendliness for travellers and tourists. No problems using the code to enter the building. It was great that there's someone at the reception desk during the day because it's nice to know there's someone you can ask if you need help. My apartment was on the 2nd floor, it was sufficiently quiet and my windows overlooked the street so there was good light in the unit. I think apartments on the ground floor might get noise from people and cars and I saw apartments with windows facing the corridor, which perhaps might be a little less comfortable. The apartment was impressively well-fitted out including an ironing board, oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine, cooking utensils, washing up liquid, coffee pods and coffeemaker and even oil, salt and pepper. Bathroom was a good size with a bathtub. It's a place designed to make you feel at home ... even the basement guest lounge, though it's in the basement, looks quite comfortable as an alternative place to work, read or chill out. Good location near the Elevador da Gloria.

I couldn't change the settings on the Google Nest in the room, though that might because I'm not very tech-savvy.

The location w as great , a street behind the noise area, walking distance to subway and train station and grocery store and good authentic restaurants Good space, kitchen has everything we need and great basement area for down pool table and surprisingly the cardboard box ping pong table Great storage area if we check in too early , friendly people , daily cleaning , oil salt and pepper in the kitchen area for us to use and also a great dishwasher and a bottle of water in the frig upon arrival Also great internet connection

The bathroom air vent really does not work very efficiently , after shower the room would get so wet that it will take hrs and the basement dryer will take 3 hrs for cloth to get somewhat dry
