The breakfast was good, they had everything you can possibly want, and the Portuguese pastries are always a treat. the location was really great too, we could reach most places just by walking. Bonus: the staff allowed us a super early checkin, which we are thankful for because we flew all night and we needed some rest.

Sleeping with the window open was complicated, plenty of tourists making a lot of noise + tram. (however, shutting the windows solves that problem) the cleaning schedule could be improved. we had very hot weather and we preferred to sleep a bit after lunch, but it coincided with room cleaning.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel location is superb within walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast selection was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel hallways could be updated with new carpets. Some extra hooks in the washroom for hanging up items would be good.

Great location and good breakfast.

Front desk staff were not very friendly. Bed room.was cleaned. Found a cock roach turn over on the floor a meter from my breakfast table. Informed the kitchen staff, a lady swept it off in a dusk pan does not seem much concerned. I then went to the front desk staff and informed them the roach in dining room, they does not seems surprised or concerned about the incident or offer us refund either. I was grossed out from the rest of the stay.

Staff day and night were amazingly helpful. The location was perfect, and housekeeping always cleaned your room no matter what time you left. Facilities bar and restaurant are very good.

There is no point in giving you tea and coffee facilities if they do not provide milk. If you ask the kitchen, they will give you some. More up to date TV channels, Sky News, Netflix, etc, not just local TV would have been nice.

The location was good. It was near the City Centre but still quiet.

The corridors were quite dark

Good value for money. On a quiet street, but centrally located close to the metro and the Rossio square. Very clean. I liked that it's on a street right below the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara from where you can enjoy a spectacular view of Lisbon, but you have to climb a very steep hill first or take the tram. Very much worth it!

I was happy with this hotel, but I think the service could be improved overall, for instance, making sure that the ironing board is in good condition before delivering it to the room, so the guests can actually use it. :)

It was amazing. the hotel was close to the old city, to the transportation. everything was in a walking distance. the staff was amazing and very helpful. the room was comfortable, clean. the staff help us with our tours and booked them. We encourage anyone who wants to stay in Lisbon to book this hotel because you can walk to any place you like and the metro station is 2 minutes walking from it. WE WILL COME AGAIN!!!!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, it was quiet as set back from the main road. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is close to public transport and is also easy to walk to many Popular areas from here.

Our room was a bit chilly and we could not get the heating to work. The staff were a bit blaze when we mentioned it. A shame as everything else was great.

Nice little hotel, a block off off the main Ave Liberdade. Ideally situated for the busy central area of the city. Lots of amenities very close by. This was ideal for a mini city break without a car and the hotel is very close to the Metro station so travel from the airport was easy. The staff spoke excellent English and were extremely polite and friendly. A very enjoyable stay.

The property is a little dated so the air conditioning in the room was not as efficient as it might have been and the shower in our room had a broken door but neither of these things would deter us from staying again.

I was greeted at the hotel by a really helpful member of staff. He guided me through a map showing me where all the local attractions where and how to get to them. The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent, just a few yards away from the shops and the funicular that takes you to a street with lots of bars. The room I was in was nice and clean and reasonably modern.

There was a constant sound from some kind of extraction unit outside my room. The corridors outside the rooms could do with a bit of an update but I'm being a bit picky there.
