Location: very central, at walkable distance from many touristic attractions. the apartment is well furnished (including the kitchen with all needed equipment to actually cook), the laundry machine is a plus. Extremely good for families with a small child.

The only issue we noticed was the cleaning. We have a toddler and everyday he was moving around in the apartment. His clothes were extremely dirty after 2 minutes on the floor. It looked the floor was never or very poorly cleaned. It is the only negative point of an otherwise beautiful and affordable stay.

The walls are paper thin. Our neighbours were playing loud music until 6AM and it ruined our experience. Fix your isolation.

The apartment itself was much larger than expected and had great facilities. It was the perfect place for our 4 day stay and we even had a small private courtyard to sit outside in the good weather. The apartment was clean and tidy though we found some hairs but it wasn't the end of the world. There were some crackers, jams and water in the kitchen which was a nice surprise and the oift was useful for our heavy cases. For the location there was lots nearby and it didnt take long to reach attractions or the centre. The outside was tidy and we always felt safe walking back. The apartment had everything needed and more for cooking and relaxing so you could spend time there comfortably. Overall a nice place to stay and in a very good location.

Checking in was a pain. We couldn't find any reference to the front door and we saw many people with the same issue. We tried calling with no answer and after a few buzzer attempts we were in. This was a major pain and concern for us on arrival, and again we came across others during our stay experiencing the same stress. Also you can hear a lot of people walking around when in your apartment, we didn't mind too much as those on our floor were reasonable but it could be an issue if people come in late. Though not having staff around once in was ok as you could check in with the digital kiosk, it would have been useful at times having a member of staff on location.

Difficult electronic check in kiosk, scan your passports on a machine inside once you get a temporary code for the front door. Then you are given a different code for the front door and suite door. If your phone is low on juice, you're screwed.

The hot water for shower not enough for 4 people. The last one to shower left with no more hot water.

Room service ladies were helpful. Tea bags. Kitchen utensils. New towels changed frequently.

Dirty toilet seat, unpleasant. Loud room on the 1st night on the ground floor, thin walls, every guest could be heard and they were noisy

Great location, with a view, spacious and comfortable apartment.

One bed was not made (still had dirty sheets on). The apartment is very modern, but some issues should be sort out (toilet tank was dripping and refilling every 5 minutes, one of the blinds was malfunctioning, towel rails were missing in the bathroom).

The daily cleaning service worked well - the apartment was cleaned in the afternoon and there was no pressure to vacate it early. The apartment was in a really good location. We reported a badly draining shower, and it was fixed within hours. The bed was very firm and comfortable and the shower was great.

The digital check-in felt impersonal, and although it worked fine, it was quite cumbersome, and arriving late after a delayed flight would have felt less stressful if we had known someone would be there whatever. There was a lot of noise from the stairwell, sometimes quite late. A radio or smart speaker would have been nice!

The check in was complicated and we were lucky that someone was at the building when we arrived and she helped us, if she hadn't been there is would have been very difficult. UK driving licences are not recognised by their scanner and she had to do extra steps using scans of our passports (we live in Portugal so didn't have our passports with us, not sure if it would be been easier had we had the actual passports). Once we got through the check-in process it was perfect, really clean, great location and views towards Via Liberdade and all for a really good price. Will definitely use again.
