The apartment is just a few meters away from the town hall, Bolhão market and the main city attractions. Just around the corner there is a big supermarket and a metro station from where you can go to the beach or to the airport. The apartment is light, clean, stylish and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. The cleaning service is offered every day. The host Tiago is a very caring host, who was always available and not only gave me the best recommendations about the jewels of the city, but also took a personal care of me when I got sick during my stay. He came personally to organise my hospital stay, as I don’t speak Portuguese and have no idea about the local health system. He is not just a perfect host, but also a truly good person. Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.

The facility was cosy and spacious and accommodated our family of 4 comfortably. My 2 teens enjoyed the loft area. The kitchen was compact but was well equpped so we managed to prepare some meals there. After some orientation, the facility is within walking distance to various attractions. Host Tiago was very helpful and responsive to our questions (incl for directions/where to visit in Porto). Big and small requests, even after office hours. A toilet flush issue (likely 1 off) and a request for shower caps were quickly addressed. We appreciate his assistance.

We suggest that on the website, some directions and an idea of how to best reach the premises from the train station be given. It is not quite walkable for esp young families unless one is travelling very light. But a private hire car is ok - under €7.

Superb location to get to metro, restaurants, Bolhão and other key locations as meeting points for tours. Nothing further than 15 minutes walk. Most within 5! Clean, secure, modern and tastefully decorated accommodation which had nice touches throughout. Generous breakfast supplies, a coffee maker, full set of kitchen utensils, plenty of storage space and everything needed to make proper meals even though we usually ate out. The windows had excellent blinds to block out all light. The bathroom and kitchen have excellent extraction and ventilation so no issues with damp or smells in the open plan layout.

There’s also a metro station just a minute away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. A large grocery store is next door, and Bolhão Market is also very nearby. Overall, it’s one of the most accessible locations in the city, making it an ideal base for exploring. Amenities and Service: The host was very helpful with everything we needed and served a well-prepared breakfast with fresh groceries, which we were able to enjoy throughout our stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, providing a comfortable environment. Additionally, there’s a lovely garden and a laundry room, with everything well-maintained in both the rooms and the building. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant experience.

We received a warm welcome from Tiago, he provided us with maps and local knowledge on everything a tourist needs including good eating spots. The accommodation was comfortable with all facilities we required. Location was excellent just 3 minutes walk to nearest metro direct to airport and close to old town and river. The washing machine is a shared facility, but we were able to do our washing, would have preferred in the unit. Quiet spot and daily housekeeping. Recommend

The apartment was a little cluttered. Bed was only a double, we're used to king size, however we both slept extremely well and the bed was comfy

Plus, there were plenty of great places to eat and visit nearby. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He provided us with invaluable advice on must-visit attractions and recommended some fantastic dining spots. What really impressed us was his proactive communication; he reached out a few days before our check-in to ensure everything was in order, which added an extra layer of comfort and assurance. His attention to detail in both service and the apartment itself was mind-blowing. **Apartment**: The apartment exceeded all expectations. It was immaculately clean, tastefully designed, and equipped with high-quality appliances. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. We particularly appreciated the laundry facilities, which were a godsend after a long stretch of hiking on the Camino. **Location**: The location was unbeatable—central, with easy access to Porto’s best attractions, and just steps away from a market and excellent restaurants. **Overall Experience**: Our stay was flawless. Tiago warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the property. He showed us the laundry room's location and then took us to the two sun terraces. One overlooks the city of Porto, while the other is equipped with a BBQ, multiple seating areas, and a toilet. Our studio was perfect for our needs, with fantastic amenities, including a balcony, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, very comfortable beds, and a powerful hot shower. After Tiago left us in our room, we found a large bag of groceries waiting for us, stocked with everything we could need for breakfast and snacking. Tiago also helpfully recommended multiple places to eat, the best places to visit, and where the local supermarket was. He had marked it all out on a map for us, along with a printout of recommendations. The location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk to the market and a 10-minute walk to the river edge, but still in a quiet area for sleeping. We have been very fortunate to visit many cities, but Porto felt so safe, especially since we were travelling with our 12-year-old daughter. We were already planning our return visit.

The location was central and the room itself was excellent with lots of little amenities and media streaming services to boot! (Don't miss the rooftop chillout zone with sofas and barbecue!) The host was very knowledgeable and personable and even suggested an itinerary for the length of time we were there.

While well catered, the room is compact as if designed by a well-known Swedish furniture store. Still, nothing is lacking (except maybe parking) and its size can be excused by the central location which is handy to almost everything). Ribideira is 20-30 mins hilly walk.

The property is in a great position and close to the metro. It is close to several great restaurants and a lovely area. The property is compact but perfectly formed. It has everything you need : a comfortable bed and a good shower. It was very clean and well equipped. I loved the little balcony to have a morning coffee. It is cleaned every day which was a nice bonus. There is an outdoor space if you want to use it too. Tiago couldn’t haven been more helpful or friendly . He organised an airport pick up and showed us where to go and eat. Very reasonably priced and would recommend to anyone .
