I liked that it had two separate bedroom areas. The main bedroom was huge and had en suite toilet and sink. It was very clean and well furnished. It was definitely quirky but in a really cool way especially in that it had a record player. The location was nice and quiet but close enough to walk to the centre.

The kitchen amenities (kettle, sink, fridge etc)were behind large floor to wall wooden framed glass cabinets. To access the kitchen amenities you had to open these large glass doors which got in the way and there was the constant fear of knocking into them and breaking the glass.

The room was incredible. Big space, super comfortable bed and air conditioning. Ines got another single bed in to accommodate 3 of us and worked around our early check in which was lovely. The port on arrival was an unexpected bonus!

No fault of the property's but it was a bit of a walk to the train station up a big hill so was a good workout!

Our Hostess was extraordinary! She was kind beyond belief! She was very helpful in many situations! Everything was well prepared in advance for a wonderful stay! The location turned out to be very convenient (walking distance) for our plans! And it was easy to find for Bolt drivers!

There was some noise from cars on the street side. It is good to know that reservations are required for the popular restaurants.

Great apartment decorated beautifully! My apartment was cleaned every day and stocked with coffee. Great style and amazing hospitality! Also has a hand made map to help you plan your visit to Porto! And a little bottle of port as a welcome on my arrival. It's very close to the metro to get to the city centre and to the airport. Has a super market very close that is open until 9 pm if you need to get any groceries .I had a lovely time, everything was excellent!😊

Nothing to dislike

The location is great, and i like the design and facilities in the room. Daily cleaning was provided including laundry services, which is really nice!

Our room is facing the garden, which means it is next to the street. It is a bit noisy in the night even you close all the windows. Another issue is that we found little black bugs on the bed, it scared me a little bit. Not sure if it's normal here but I don't usually see these in the UK (probably because of the weather).

Specious room. Good facilities. 10 minutes walk from city center (note: up the hill when you return to the room)

Bad acoustics. You can hear the neighbors late at night and early morning (not for light sleepers)

Welcome message and drink from the host. Great location, close to city centre. A few minutes walk from metro connecting to airport. Bus stop just a few steps away. Tea & coffee facility, microwave and plates provided. The host Lady very nice, provided the map and recommendations. She always promptly responded to all queries. Next door there is a cafe. Also supermarket that works 7 days a week. Highly recommended for any type of stay.

Pillows were a bit too hard.

Very nice apartment in walking distance to City Center.

The apartment has a very small bathroom (and a separate small room with a toilet). There are only 4 hangers for towels (2 in the bathroom above the toilet and 2 outside the bathroom). If you are a party of three this is not enough for your 6 towels, which are not changed during a multi-day stay.

The manager was very approachable and spoke good English. She also provided a custom designed map with good nearby restaurants and other services. The room was large, with vintage furniture, a fridge and cook plate, microwave and supplies for coffee and tea.

The plaza and street can be a bit noisy, but the rear of the building is very quiet.

The flat was a short distance from the main subway/metro station Trindade (bear in mind that you do have to go uphill), in a central location in Porto - walking distance from many attractions. The place was stylishly furnished and decorated, clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket close-by so I was able to have a sturdy breakfast at home - the flat had a fridge, small stove and the necessary pots, pans and cutlery to do some simple cooking. Despite the curtains being thick, some small amount of light does get in, so for sensitive folk it would be wise to take an eyemask. Thermal and sound isolation is great. Inês was kind and attentive, and available when in a pinch. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning and/or recommending the place to friends!
