Thank you for warm welcome, we had experience with super nice Administrator - it was a Lady with glasses, she was ultra helpful in all and positive. She proposed to us better room with bigger bed, was enough space in the bathroom, we had a terrace. Breakfast was classic with bakery, cheese, jam, butter, jama for bakery, yogurts, coffee, tea, juices, water, fruits and tomatoes. Thank you very much!

I expected to try some eggs for breakfast or other dishes too. But in common, breakfast was good. Thank you. Also in the room I expected to have a slippers, with it I feel more comfortable, my feet’s are more warm and like at home.

The location is very good. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The place and the room are very clean. It has am elevator. Great view from the rooftop. I asked to keep our luggage because I we arrived before check-in time, and they not only save it but also put in our room, so when we arrived to the hotel I just ask for the room key. Very kind 😊 I also asked to keep our luggage on the checkout and they, very kindly, did it. I recommend this hotel for sure.

The room furniture it is a little bit old. If they renew it, it will have a better look. The Breakfast was ok, but miss the scrambled eggs.

From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel so welcomed and every member of staff we encountered were friendly, professional and so informative. The location was perfect and within walking distance to so many points of interest. We had such a busy itinerary that we just needed a place to sleep etc. This hotel was so much more, so clean, provided for our needs and even when we checked out, we could come back and freshen up when we collected our luggage. I will definitely stay here in future when I'm in Porto and will recommend it to family and friends.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. If I was being picky, I would say the room didnt have milk for my cup of tea. That's just me!!!

Amazing location and really clean hotel , a super market 3 minutes walking and next to the metro station

I didn’t like that they said that you will pay at the hotel once you arrive and they charged the first night one day before my reservation without permission from my credit card It’s weird that you have to leave the key every time that you go out , sometimes I had to wait long time because it was a line in the front desk just to get my key . The rooms are really old , the furniture it’s old but to be honest everything is really clean so I didn’t mind that much

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is central. Perfect for exploring the city. Trindade metro station is very close by. So very handy for getting to and from OPO Airport or visiting FC Porto Football club. Meeting points for a lot of the tours are close by too. Room was a bit on the small side but we weren't there for a lot of the time and it was cleaned every day. We didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment as we like to try various places out. The bar is on the top floor where the breakfast is also served and has a balcony where you can eat or have a drink.

No swimming pool but we knew that when booking. No tea facilities in room. Tv was quiet small and very high up.

The location of the hotel was great. We were only about two blocks from the Lello Library. The restaurant next door had the best Franchesia. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was great.

The only thing that I didn't like was the tall tub. It had a long slope at the back end of it and was difficult to step in and out of the tub. I had to help my wife to get in and out of it. I would suggest that a handle be added. Better yet just change the tub to a shower instead.

I liked that the room was clean, quiet, and comfy. The bathroom was clean and a good size. The location was great, very close to the metro or taxis, as well as short walks to many of the main areas of Porto. I would stay there again.

The first night the woman who checked us in was very helpful and gave us useful information about Porto. The other two nights the desk clerks were not too helpful and didn't seem to know too much about the city from a tourists point of view

The hotel is located in the Historic Centre of the city. It is within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, pubs, museums and old churches. This city is an absolute gem. We had a basic room which lived up to it's title but it was spotlessly clean and was maintained every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff could not have been nicer and were so helpful and friendly. There is a Metro station literally 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

We felt that the room could have done with a fresh coat of paint and few more electrical outlets. We had to unplug the bedside lamps to charge our phones. The view from the room was of the back of an adjacent building.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and regularly re stocked. We had cocktails in the evening on the roof terrace they were good measures and well priced. The hotel was ideally situated for us to explore the city. The rooms are a bit dated, but perfectly adequate, they bathroom was clean and the toiletries plenty. We were a trio of girl friends in our 40's and 50's and it really was perfect for us. It may be a 2 Star hotel but the staff were as good as any from a 5 Star

I suppose the room we had could be updated. The hotel is in the middle of the city surrounded by tall buildings, it does have windows but the natural light is obviously restricted due to that, better lighting would be good and also a full length mirror would be a great addition to the room. All of that being said for the price we paid we were really happy, it is a 2 Star hotel after all.

The staff are great, really friendly and accommodating. The room was very good and we got a good breakfast which set us up nicely for the day. The location is ideal, central, close to the train station, metro, bars, restaurants, meeting point for walking tours, hope on bus tour - basically everything we wanted to see and do. Also hotel staff were really good at getting back to our email queries before the stay, when we arrived the helped us with information and arranged a discounted taxi service to the airport.
