Everything was perfect. Clean, modern, large room. Comfortable bad, well equipped kitchen, interesting design. Nice friendly host. Excellent location, close to metro station and the majority of attractions. Supermarket about 5 minutes walk, a plenty of restaurants just nearby.

If you are light sleeper” room with the balcony” isn’t for you, soundproofing is very low! You should better choose another type of room, maybe with garden view. It is extremely noisy street with bars and restaurants working until morning. Even earplugs didn’t help.

Super location, really well appointed apartment with everything you needed, including a little bottle of port. Bright, comfortable and clean, great bathroom & the shower was brilliant. Air conditioning was great and really quiet. The terrace was nice to have but, we didn't really use it as it wasn't a very comfortable space to relax in. Having self check in and check out is brilliant and so convenient. The apartment is just a 10 min walk to the metro, on a direct line to the airport (€2.30). Some lovely bars and restaurants close by. I can definitely recommend staying at I Loft Porto

This is totally out of the control of the property owners and they do have soundproofing in the apartment to reduce the problem but, the street noise was a big problem for me. I'm a poor sleeper and was woken every night with noise. My suggestion would be to request rooms that are facing the garden side, away from the street. WiFi wasn't great in room 8. Signal/speeds were slow much of the time.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment! The location is so perfect, right in the center, close to everything, supermarket, restaurants, stores, etc. within walking distance.The windows are very well insulated, so we were never disturbed by noise from outside. The apartment was also very clean, the cleaning team were so helpful, as were the I Loft Porto staff in general, who regularly checked in via WhatsApp messages. We really loved staying with you, and we'll book the same place next time we come back to Porto. Thank you very much!

The apartment is enough for two people. Having kitchen was a nice touch. They had all the untensils. It is in Ribiera, so it was easy to walk to places. If you want to do a pub crawl, it's really close to the bars. Good value for money. Communication is good with the host.

I wish there was salt in the kitchen too and extra sugar as we stayed for 3 nights and only had 3 packets for sugar for 2 people. It would've been nice if they cleaned the 2nd day as well.

Great spot, very central and close to the city centre, great restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a modern interior. The place has everything you need: a little kitchenette and an AC. The host Camila was so so lovely and extremely helpful and responsive throughout. I would definitely recommend it and come back.

The windows face a busy street full of restaurants so it's pretty noisy in late evenings. The location is also uphill - going to the city centre is great, coming back (especially after a day of exploring and drinking port) is challenging ;)

Near subway, great location for exploring the city. Even though in a busy night time location we heard nothing from courtyard rooms. The little kitchenette had all the tools you need for a quick snack or a simple meal. Comfy bed, plenty of storage, hot shower with nice pressure. Ideal for a 2 person stay.

Not a criticism but something to be aware of. No elevator and a lot of steps if anyone had mobility issues or a lot of heavy luggage.

We liked the location and the friendliness of the host. The room had wonderful lighting and a great/ private balcony access. The host was super attentive and nice. She even sent out a huge list of recommendations of things to do. The only reason why we didn’t rate the place a completely ten it’s because the pillows and bed were not too comfortable to sleep in. Other than that everything was great.

I really liked this oasis, off a narrow cobbled street in Porto. The codes for the front door and to my apartment were communicated to me some days before, together with lots of information. I travelled by train to Sao Bento station, only ten minutes walk away. I Loft is also close to a metro station. The apartment had everything, great air conditioning, reliable wifi, a comfortable bed, a small kitchen and piece and quiet from the surrounding city noise. I would highly recommend I Loft.

The apartment was easy to find. Instructions for access were very clear and easy to understand. The location was perfect. Apartment and courtyard area were kept very clean. Owners were very good with communication and responding to questions. Also very kindly held our bags safe on our check out day. Courtyard area was peaceful and a nice break when we wanted to get away from the city but stay in the sun.

Realistically there is nothing I can fault this apartment with. If I had to say anything there was a little confusion as booking.com states that check in is at 14:00 and check out at 12:00 but communication states check in 15:00 and check out 11:00. This isnt any inconvenience though.

The room was modern in design, beautifully clean and well presented with a long, thin balcony looking out onto the street. The bed was very comfortable and the hosts had left some water and a welcome gift of a little bottle of port and some biscuits which was a nice gesture. The access code system worked really well and the location of the property was excellent - close to everything and with lots of bars and restaurants very nearby. Communication with the host was good.

The online check-in form link didn't work which was a bit stressful as we were asked to complete it before arrival and were not able to so we were worried it might affect our booking (it didn't). The host's representative was efficient in dealing with this and reassured us it wouldn't affect our booking.
