The location was excellent. Across the street from Clergios Tower and near Livario Lello and a trendy area for night life. The views were stunning as we could clearly see the Porto Cathedral. The staff was friendly and attentive. Also, the amenities were fantastic. We needed to wash some clothes and the washing machine was very handy. The bathtub was super comfy after long days of walking and very soft pillows that helped fall asleep quickly. We’ve never planned on rebooking a specific stay until this location - and the wife is a flight attendant, so you can imagine what that means.

There was a small finishing nail near the bathroom door that started to come up and needed to be tacked down. Other than that it was perfect.

Great communication by the hosts provided clear instructions on check-in making that so easy. The place is located above a major street and you can see Clerigos church. To the north is a lot of great contemporary restaurants and specialty coffee. Just behind you less than a block is a great cocktail bar called Marlindo 1959. Porto is cool enough that you can open your windows and let the breeze in, even during July. Much nicer than air conditioning. You are a ten minute walk from the very famous river walk.

(very minor) Just the typical European shower with the half door. You will probably splash some water onto the floor no matter how hard you try.

Good location.

Our room was on the third floor and it had no lift, so it wouldn't suit elderly people. The property advertised that it had car parking, but when we arrived they told us there was no car parking left. So they told us to go to a public car park to park the car which cost us a lot of money which added to the cost of our stay in Porto. They also give us wrong directions toget that car park. To me that is false advertising.

Location was incredible, right next door to Los Clerigos Church. We couldn't get lost finding our way back to the condo as the church bell tower is visible from just about anywhere! The bakery just next door was fabulous for Lattes and Pastel de natas. The location was safe, condo very clean and hosts responded immediately when we had a question around midnight as the power had gone out and needed to have circuit brakers switched back on. Would definitely stay here again!

No elevator, but good for getting exercise!

The location is great and it's perfect for a solo traveller staying in Porto for a few days. It has everything anyone needs and a fantastic view from the kitchen and bedroom areas - making for a great evening sundowner! There are plenty of stairs to climb but I love a good workout and it's a great way to work off the extra Pastel de Nata's. There's no cupboard space to unpack; but this doesn't bother me as I don't unpack on short trips but it may be something to consider for other visitors. I had to extend my trip by an evening and the team were very accommodating and Rui, the guy I met at reception was exceptional in providing me with recommendations of the city!

I was happy with everything

The location was just perfect, a minute away from the Torre dos Clérigos and 20 minutes walk from the Ribeira, Luis I Bridge and Cathedral. Plenty of local bars and cafes, great range of food and opportunities for people watching. Good communication from the agents and we felt they were just a call away if we needed anything.

There was nothing we didn't like, and if there was an issue we knew that we could resolve it with a phone call to the agents.

The apartment is clean and well equipped with appliances eg kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils to make for a comfortable stay. The location is also amazing that allows you to walk around and discover Porto on foot. Close proximity to restaurant and the river. The staff is highly responsive and professional through WhatsApp. There is no reception but they provides clear information on how to check into the apartment.

The apartment is a walk up. So there will be stairs to climb. This crucial information should be highlighted. Not recommended for older folks or if you have heavy luggages. Housekeeping is by request. That was not make clear to us. The mattress is too soft for my liking.

We stayed in the 1bedroom apartment, 3B. The view from the apartment and the location definitely make this worth every penny. We loved that we were centrally located, walking distance to all main attractions, right across from shops, bakeries and restaurants. Although you're on a busy street, you can't hear anything from the top floor apartment. The bed was comfortable and checkin was very easy. Communication from host was great too.

Shower temp would drop and eventually run out each shower which was annoying but not a massive deal.

The attendants, Paolo and Joao, were exceptional! Even though they were usually located at another property, they were immediately responsive to all What'sApp questions, and even came over and carried our suitcases up and down the stairs for us as I had a broken wrist. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was fabulous - right downtown near the train station, the Libraria Lello, the Bolhau Mercado, Majestic Cafe, the free walking tour, etc. I highly recommend these apartments for your stay in Porto!

There were lots of stairs and no elevator, due to this being an historic building. Everything else was great!

Location was prime. Interior design was thoughtful and beautiful. Very chic and cute. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen had everything that were needed to make meals. Staff were super helpful!

Everything was great except the shower water splashes out of the tub quite a bit. Can be easily fixed with a shower curtain or bigger shower glass. Otherwise, more shower mat/towels on the floor would soak up the water and dry the floor.
