The location of the property is good, friendly staffs, comfy beds. Plenty of restaurants around for dinner.

Thought the credit card details was provided during booking and after self check in, the payment should be taken automatically. Did not expect if not pay the booking upfront, we have to go to a different location to make payment with physical card to machine, to collect keys, then travel back to the property where we booked to stay for the night. Not ideal when arrive in the evening.

Close to beautiful train station and restaurants. Easy access for taxis. Older apartment but roomy. Spare toilet but shared bath/shower between bedrooms

No air conditioning and noisy fans. Area around train station full of smokers and cigarette butts and beggars put a damper of Porto.

Great location near Sao Bento station. Nice roomy apartment with all the amenities. Ability to check-in online.

It was quite warm during our stay and one of the bedrooms (without windows) was very warm even with a fan running all night. Otherwise, we really loved the apartment.

It was very easy to communicate and coordinate with the property --- key code information was promptly given to us before our arrival so it was easy and seamless to get in. We were given the option to do self-check-in and this was very convenient. The location is very central --- walking distance to the Sao Bento station, to the cathedral, and mostly everywhere we wanted to go. The two apartments we rented were very tastefully designed with complete kitchen equipment, plates, utensils. We enjoyed cooking while we were there. We also appreciated the complimentary wine provided as a thoughtful gesture. We initially had some issues with the WiFi but it was resolved the following day after a router reset. It was an enjoyable stay and we'd definitely love to stay here the next time we visit.

Nothing really as the issue was resolved promptly. It would help if a manual/guide for appliances can be provided or maybe just a link to a site we can access. Some words weren't in English and there was a need to Google how to get the washing machine to work.

Perfect location, the room was clean and comfortable

There is no door in the bedroom, so you have less privacy. For some people staying a long time this could be a problem. It did not affect our stay as we didn't mind

The house is very nice and spacious, and in a great central location. If you go by car there are several parkings near to choose from (just make sure to book your spot in advance from a parking application or else it may get pricey). The staff was very communicative and helpful and the self check in process was easy and smooth.

Ideally for up to 5 guests, since the double sofa bed is not so comfortable for two adult persons. It tends to get a bit hot inside and while some fans are provided, I am not sure how comfortable staying there would be in mid summer.

The location was right next to Sao Bento station. Clean and unique space, able to do some people watching as it is right on top of the busy touristy street. The apartment is surprisingly quite despite located right next to the busy street and bus stop.best part is that we could store our luggage for free at Spot Storage and Lounge after check out and continue to explore the city! Other plus points are the large toilet on the ensuite. There is an elevator to the apartment level.

No washing machine.

Location was amazing, although a little hard to reach with luggage (it's on a high slope street) so if you have trouble walking I would avoid. Apartment is fully furnished with all required amenities. Bathroom was clean, although a little small. The reception (which you don't have to go through) has free luggage storage and a lounge with a coffee bar, bathrooms and hoswrrs, to relax and get organized in before your flight. It was 10 minutes walk away from our apartment, but we took a Bolt ride for less than 5 euros.

Street is very steep and it was hard getting there with luggage. Reception for luggage storage is 10 minute walk away.

Superb location! Could not get more central, and only a few steps away from the Living Tours office (where all tours depart/drop-off). The apartment had all the amenities you could hope for; TV, cooker, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, quick WiFi etc

The location, although amazing for being central, was a little sketchy. On the grass verges opposite we saw groups of people gathering to drink, smoke and I’m sure other substances. They were there all day (perhaps homeless) and it was quite intimidating as two girls, walking to/from the apartment. Also, the floors could have been cleaned better, we saw hairs and balls of dust in some corners. The bed also wasn’t the comfiest - quite hard - but that is just my personal hang up/preference.

Apartment is in a great area, easily can walk to the tourist attractions. There are restaurants and shops nearby for one to choose. Inside it was clean, comfortable, warm and cosy. Access was communicated on the day of arrival and was easy to follow. We liked it and would recommend for anyone who is visiting Porto.
