It's a very good hotel located inside Santarém, and a short ride to the events and business center. Perfect for a business stay. The breakfast had all standard Continental breakfast items, including some better cheeses. Very good for what I would expect from this hotel.

Nothing to point out. Keep in mind this is not a luxury hotel, there are always things to improve, but nothing that would hinder my business stay.

This was a modern contemporary hotel at a reasonable price. The room I had was simple and clean. There was no restaurant facility, and the restaurant that they recommend an offer transport  to was close because it was a Sunday. However, there was a very good sushi and Japanese restaurant and takeaway just two minutes up the road where I was able to eat and it was excellent. They provided safe storage on my bicycle, always a plus went on a cycling tour all in all a decent hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Just a suggestion, Breakfast was good, but could do with some more choice of hot food, it was the same hot food for three days we were there. Lots of disturbance one early morning... for over an hour..a group of people outside the hotel checking in.... understand staff on duty couldn't do anything about it. But overall the stay was good 😊

We read all the reviews. We found it clean ans very comfortable. Ww are walking the camino. When we told the guy at the desk we were leaving before breakfast, he said he would have a box breakfast ready for us. The next morning it was ready to go and the person at the desk made us a coffee.

All good. Yes, it is dated, but it is clean and everything works.

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for one night and the first thing we witnessed were the kindness and professionalism of the staff, breakfast was also really appreciated (the pancake machine was top!). Price was competitive.

Although the room was not bad, it looked quite old and the furniture should be refreshed, as well as the acoustic isolation could be improved. The position was also not the best, as you need a vehicle to reach Santarem center.

Staff was amazing, very friendly. Very clean, good selection of breakfast and all looks fresh.

Smelled a bit of sewage coming from the toilet and the walls from the room were painted in very dark colours making hard to see if with all light switched on. Also could hear all the noise coming from other rooms.

Literally everything and everyone was great. We'll definitely stay in this hotel again on our next trip

The only thing we've missed is a small fridge in the room. Everything else is perfect

The staff was really kind and helpful! The room was quite nice for a three star hotel too! The lobby was very modern and quite cozy!

The shower, the shower head was super small and super difficult to control. The breakfast was also super simple, not much variation.

If you are walking Camino, location is not that good. It is another 20 minutes of walking after you enter city and that is a lot when you are walking 30 km that day. If you are not walking, than hotel is good for you.

This hotel is located at the bottom of the city center, so I had to walk uphill for dinner and drinks. If not, you can take an Uber or taxi to eat in the center of the city.
