The room was nice, modern and clean. Ireally liked the view from my window to the church top. The restaurant Pátio da Graça was simply outstanding! (Nikkei cuisine, fusion between Japanese and Peruvian gastronomy) really recommended 👌 Just a 5min walk from the Portas do Sol terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast or a coffee with the most magnificent view over the surrounding landscape!

There's not much sound insulation from the external noise (noise from the restaurant/kitchen, from other guests in common areas, sounds from neighbouring rooms...) More hangers would be useful (namely in the bathroom, behing the door or on the wall)

A nice place for a stay in the heart of Santarem. The studios are located on a side street in a renovated building, offering complete privacy. The ones located at the groundfloor have a common terrace, perfect for breakfast. The studios are small and intimate, but well equipped, perfect for 3 people, but not enough for 4.

When arriving, our reservation was messed up, as it appeared in their system single occupancy instead of 3 (2 adults and 1 child), also the prices were different, even if they confirmed it more than 3 months ahead. The nice lady from the reception double checked it with Booking and the owner and cleared all the missunderstandings. The toilet bowl needs a fix, as it shakes when seated.

Great location in the old city. Half a kilometer from Portas de Sol and W shopping mall. Clean and tidy, good AC. Good beds and pillows. Nice and friendly service at the reception. The restaurant is apparently famous for it's food, unfortunately our stay was now too short to enjoy a meal but the ambience and wine was very good.

The stairs to the other bedroom are steep and narrow, also the glass rail was low and did not feel secure so I would only recommend this apartment to agile adults. We were lucky to find a spot for our car, buy might be a challenge on the narrow streets.

A very well-located apartment, right in the historic center of Santarém. It's a beautifully restored building with great taste. The apartment is very cozy and has a huge balcony with a superb view. The reception staff were extremely friendly, the key handover process was very easy, and they personally escorted us to the apartment, which is in a different building. Communication via messaging was quite quick; we always received timely responses, and they were very accommodating in accepting our request for a late check-out at no additional cost.

The only less positive aspect was that, after requesting a late check-out and having it accepted, we were disturbed quite early by housekeeping knocking on the door. There must have been a lack of communication between the services.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful . Top Higiene and Deco ! Home from home . We have a child with special needs and the staff and accommodations where perfect , the staff was kind, helpful and wonderful human beings ! The check in was pleasant, fast and without any hustle . The young lady at the check in desk was by far one of the lost professional ,kind and non judgmental human we encountered in a while our many journeys through Portugal ! Top 5*

Perfect in every way !

I've not stayed in many hostels and I did stay in a private room but I thought that Villa Graca had much more of a feel of an upscale hotel than a hostel. The room was large and clean with a lovely view to the Graca church, staff were very friendly and helpful and it was nice to have a small common area to sit after check out whilst I was waiting for my bus. Breakfast was delivered in the morning in a nice little basket and they even made an effort to get it to me early so I could leave on the Camino. Thank you for a nice stay!

Everything!! From the moment I arrived everything was exceptional. Although check-in closes at 8pm and staff leave at 9 pm, the receptionist waited for me until I arrived at 9:10 pm which was vey sweet and accommodating as I had no control over flight and train times. Room was spacious and had a really nice vibe with a considerably large bathroom and a nice view. Best Japanese food I ever had in a restaurant on property!!

Everything was just amazing!

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped. The en-suite was roomy with a large shower recess. We had a shared courtyard with our own table. The location was central and close to all the sights, bars and restaurant's and minimarts. The staff were friendly and helpful. The main Praca was a short walk away and a great place to be in the evening before eating. The town itself is up on a hill and had many areas where you could look out at the excellent views. If you are travelling by train I would suggest that you get a taxi up the hill into the historic part of town as the roads up are quite steep. Santarem is not on the main tourist trail in Portugal but is a lovely place to spend a few nights. We stayed for 3 nights and caught a folk fest in the main square which was good fun. Portugal is such a great place to visit.

Evening restaurant is excellent! Chef is friendly and talented. Where else could I get a good Pisco Sour?

First two nights we had a bedroom with a loft but going upstairs was a little difficult for us retired folks, but we booked what was available last minute, having stayed there before. Last night there we moved to a first floor apt. which was more accessible and our favorite (washer, elevator, spacious and less $).

Very clean, new facilities and each bed had everything you'd need over and above, linens and towel: locker to store your bag (under bed - keys provided to lock it), power point and usb ports for charging devices, reading light and curtain for privacy. Bathroom and shower good size and clean. Common area with vending and coffee machine plus clothes rack for drying clothes very handy! Staff very friendly and helpful too.
