lovely location in Vale do Lobo close to Julia Beach, the hotel is lovely with a great pool and gardens area. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

Our bedroom was around the main atrium and although the view is lovely, it was noisy, when groups of guests were checking in and out.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable with Molton Brown toiletry provided, the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was really nice with great sunbeds and plenty of them. The staff were on hand for any requests. Breakfast was delicious with a large amount of choice. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

There was nothing at all that I disliked. The overall stay was perfect You could not fault anything about this hotel. So no complaints from me or my husband.

That’s the third time I’ve stayed at Ria Park but this time I had my 11 month old son. All the staff made a fuss of him and were very accommodating. It was the perfect place for our first family holiday.

Hotel is getting a little dated but despite that everything is kept in good clean order.

Overall had a lovely 4 night stay here. Travelled out of school holiday season and as such the hotel was quiet and made for a really peaceful stay. Pool area is lovely, plenty of sun loungers and a lovely vibe to it. Great location for walking down to great beach bars and restaurants and easy in Ubers to Vilamoura or Vale De Lobo. Room service was prompt and not crazy price also. Brilliant stay

Generally nitpicking as it was a great stay, only things were: - Only got bottles of water in our room on arrival, would have expected more over the course of the stay (€6 each at pool bar) - It was advertised so not a surprise but having to pay to use beach loungers and tennis courts was a bit of a stretch for a 5 star - Service was good but again not top tier for a 5-star

We had a wonderful stay at Ria Park Hotel & Spa. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the pool area and landscape are stunning. The proximity to the beach is also a significant advantage. The location is lovely and offers a peaceful retreat, which was exactly what we were looking for.The staff were very polite and accommodating.

The food, while decent, was not exceptional and seemed overpriced. Additionally, there was no complimentary water provided, regardless of the length of stay, and the cost per bottle was quite high. The rooms also had an empty minibar and very small televisions.

Everything was great at this property room, food, The only thing was that you had to pay for your sun beds at the beach where the hotel had a there own section on the beach and not only did you have to pay for a sun bed it increased in price for different months example I was their at the end of 24th of June until the 4th of July and the prices were increased in July. the money people are paying to stay and then spend in the Hotel its very poor for such a nice hotel a lot of guest complained about it.

That was the only thing we felt about the hotel

beautiful hotel. spotless. food was amazing. pool area was beautiful. 7 mins from an amazing beach and boardwalk and some lovely restaurants.

lack of more casual food in the hotel after 5pm. only fine dining available. expensive but fab. Very quiet in the evenings. a man playing the piano one evening but otherwise mothing to entertain the guests. one of the reasons i booked it was because they gave the option of a kingbed so i requested a king bed on booking but was given two single beds pushed together with single duvets etc. This was disapointing

-Lovely pool and lounge area. -nice buffet breakfast with big selection. -10min walk from beach and beach restaurants ( recommend Julia’s restaurant for lunch, dinner & drinks) -25min taxi from Faro Airport. -5min taxi from Vale do Lobo Praca ( plaza with several restaurants). -10min taxi from “the Campus” in Quinta do Lago. -staff very friendly and amazing service. -stayed on my birthday during Easter and received a bottle of champagne, birthday cake and an Easter egg to the room.

-nothing to do with hotel but no supermarkets within walking distance of hotel. -quiet location which may not suit some who are looking for nightly entertainment in the hotel.

The room was fine and clean, breakfast was excellent . The pool was busy and crowded .

At times the Hotel should keep guests that are on a holiday and guests that are there for conference. separated especially the evenings in the bars. The Hotel should have kept both bars open in the evening, one for the conference guests the other for guests on holiday, which would enable people that are holiday the chance to be able to get a seat for a relaxing comfortable evening drink. One other thing not everybody wants to watch football which meant that the bar which the Hotel decided to keep open was very busy and noisy.

Staff were wonderful

Visually the pool looks great but with the number of trees it shades a good percentage of the pool throughout the day.
