We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer than one night. The suite was spacious and fabulous. Everything was very modern and clean and we had an extremely large bathroom 'suite'. There was plenty of space for everything. We had complimentary fruit on arrival. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. I thought I had lost my passport whilst unpacking and one of the staff spent a lot of time helping me to find it with very good grace. The breakfast was very good. I didn't use all the facilities. I wasn't expecting them as I thought the hotel was 3* but it really was of 4* calibre as far as I was concerned.

The hotel is located close to the main town centre, sea front & marina with lots of restaurants around and easy access to the train station/ shopping centre if needed. The swimming pool is great for a quick dip at the end of the day. Didn't try the sauna. Clean facilities too. The best about Continental breakfast were the cakes and variety of breads. The scrambled eggs were more rubberish as kept for too long cooking. But definitely the sweet section compensated for it. The free Parking was a bonus.

Parking outside and lovely helpful staff, we arrived early so went in the bar and as soon as our room was ready we were allowed in (still early). Great breakfast which was replenished regularly. We didn't bother with the pool/spa but we were given all the information about it. We will definitely stay there again.

A minor point, I didn't really like the opaque toilet cubicle.

The breakfast was really good. Lots of quantity, nice quality. The room wasn't very large but with all the facilities. very clean. The pool had water with a nice temperature and it's very clean.

I didn't particularly appreciate that the hotel didn´t have a restaurant. Some collaborators aren't so friendly.

From the moment we arrived the staff were as helpful as they could be. One room had a shower and rain shower and electric shutter which was excellent. I got a sweet left in my room with lovely note last day. Pool was small but nice and i asked for sauna to ve turned on which was lovely.

One of the rooms had a shower over bath and the couple staying were older and said it was difficult to climb into and the reception said this was only room left in hotel with bath but both rooms were same price. Position of main door wardrobe doors and bathroom doors were on top of each other in this room so difficult for someone coming out of bathroom if someone else was taking something out of wardrobe. Advertised as having dietary menus but there were none.

I really liked this place, it has a vintage feel due to its 1960's - 1970's aesthetic, and it is very comfortable and appealing. It is in an excellent location, convenient to the camino and to the train station. Lots of restaurants etc close by. The breakfasts were very good.

Great staff and team, with a clean and big room. Very balanced breakfast, comfortable swimming pool and place to park. We will return in the future.

Small things: the steam bath could be hotter (and switch on early). On a personal taste some decoration and objects review. But in general everything was has expected.

Loved the location. It was quiet and, lots of things to see and do within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and polite

The rooms were small, but very cozy

Breakfast very good. staff were very helpful and friendly especially the senior receptionist and Ana. Bedroom was good size and storage space good. Cleanliness was very good.

I would like to have tea and coffee making facilities in my room. Electric blinds not working in room 309. There was no information available in the rooms I found the pizzas were too big for me and would like to have had a choice of size.
